I had DRF service technicians Jesse and Tyler come out today to install new water heater. They were prompt, actually early which was great. They first surveyed the area and explained what was going to happen and what they needed to do in order to install new water heater. They were done in about an hour or so and cleaned up after themselves by wiping floor in area they were working. They explained clearly the work they performed, how to turn off water, gas, and new water heater. They asked if I had any further questions and the ones I did have they answered. Definitely would recommend DRF and especially Jesse and Tyler.

Excellent service! DRF Trusted Property Solutions got someone out here for our broken boiler within a day. They brought the replacement model we requested and installed it for us in the basement, removing the broken one quickly and efficiently. Our service pro, Tom R, was both professional and cordial. Would definitely recommend.

Tom R. and his apprentice Andrew were excellent! Instead of just replacing our 2 year old water heater and charging us $520 in labor, which is what they were dispatched to do, they determined the issue was actually related to a clogged pipe for the air conditioner/furnace drain pan. It was draining water on the floor making it look like it was coming from the water heater. They saved me over $430 from what I would have been charged if they didn't approach their work as true professionals! They are both to be commended for their work, their professionalism and excellent customer service!

Mike P. was extemely helpful with the install of my new toilet. There were complications with the previous install but the team remained calm and were able to problem solve the situation. Mike was apologetic foe the time that it took even though it was not a issue. Great experience overall.

DRF Trusted Property Solutions was a very good company to get my work done. They were prompt, did excellent work and were very friendly. They showed me how they installed my hot water heater and how to maintain it. Jesse and his helper Alex R. were in and out within an hour and they had to make some changes to my system. Jesse knew what he was doing and acted in a professional manner. Very courteous. I would use this company again.

We had two newly-purchased toilets installed through this company. The installers showed up when they were scheduled to, and brought all of the equipment they said they would. They were extremely courteous and clean. They took care to make sure the carpets were protected, and cleaned up after removing the old toilets and before installing the new ones. They were quick and professional (both installations took approximately thirty minutes total.) I went through the bathrooms after they had left, expecting to have to do a massive clean-up, but was pleasantly surprised to find very little to clean up.

DRF technicians Tom R and Tom replaced our leaking garbage disposal in 25 minutes. They were very courteous, answered all my questions in an understandable way and left nothing uncleaned. I would highly recommend DRF TPS for their superior work methods.

Andrew and Ryan were the team that came to install a toilet that I purchased from [redacted]. I have used DRF to install my water heater in the past, and also had a good experience with that installation as well. Andrew and Ryan were fast, friendly and professional. Good team!

My water heater sprung a leak and Phil & Donovan helped replaced it when I signed up with DRF. The Phil and Donovan were very professional and knew exactly what to do. Though replacing water heater is very messy, they kept the mess to a minimal. Job was completed quickly and water heater operational. Great job, guys!

I found DRF to be both professional and knowledgeable. They called and arrived at the times that they said would and answered all of my questions completely. The two plumbers Rich and Anthony worked efficiently. The paper work clearly listed what materials they were using and what actions were required to complete a water heater install that was within code.

I recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Tom R and Bill were rock stars. No hot water...not a happy wife. Called DRF, Tom looked at it, saw the issue, pointed out a serious safety issue and quoted me on site. Maybe not the lowest price, but certainly the highest quality without a doubt. They helped with expediting the permit process, came out the next day, installed the new water heater above and well beyond my expectations. If you want the best, don't hesitate. Thanks guys! The problem this customer is experiencing is not due to a defect in the water heater that was installed, an incorrect installation, or the improper product being installed. We advise customers with a well water supply that there is a possibility of an odor as a result of the minerals in the water...

reacting with the standard magnesium water heater anode rod. Options to avoid/correct this condition include replacing the anode rod with one made of non-reactive materials, bleaching the system, or consulting with a well company. During the sales call with the customer on Saturday, 10/31/2015, our representative read our standard waiver relating to well water and anode rod replacement option. The waiver explains the possibility of a smell because the property is on a well and that replacing the rod could be discussed with the plumber at the time of installation. We have reviewed our recording of the sales call and have confirmed that the waiver was read to the customer, and that the customer acknowledged and agreed to it. We installed the new water heater the same day; our installation passed inspection by the Village on 11/4/2015. On Saturday, 11/28/2015 the customer called us regarding an odor in their hot water and we scheduled a service call for Monday, 12/1/15. The customer was advised that since this appears to be a well water issue relating to the anode rod and most likely not an installation issue, an $89 charge for the service call would apply. The customer subsequently cancelled the service call. To correct this customer’s hot water odor situation, our recommendation is that the anode rod be replaced. In our experience, this action mitigates the problem in the majority of cases

Antuan and his helper Josh came to install a garbage disposal in my home today. They were very courteous and professional. They explained everything and I really like that they put on booties as soon as they walked in. I really like that they boxed the old unit and took it with them. I am glad I did not have to worry about cleaning up after them. It is so hard to find good service providers these days. I would definitely use DRF again.

Very good experience with Tom, Junior, and the company in general. Very fast, polite, and very clean. Had new water heater in place and working without issue. Also removed the old unit as well.

Andy G was here to replace a garbage disposal. He was on time and very pleasant. Turns out he had to do a little repiping in order to install the new disposal and it is now neater and tidier than before. He did an excellent job!

I think DRF Trusted Property Solutions is GREAT! My Hot Water Heater went out on Thursday. On Friday, I called them and they sent Sal over to look at the situation and help me decide which Tankless Hot Water Heater System I should buy. I made up my mind and on Saturday morning Rich P. and Jake (his assistant) came to the house and got to work. These guys worked hard, in a cramped space in the basement, in the rain and wet outside while drilling vent holes through the brick, and got my HOT WATER restored in about 5 hours. Not only did the installation go well, they cleaned up after themselves. My wife and I now have limitless HOT WATER and we owe it to the great service and professionalism of Rich and Jake from DRF. Thank you!!!

Joe and Dennis arrived on time and finished the job quickly and professionally. They went through the operation instructions for the water heater before leaving and kept the house clean by placing tarp on the hall floor.

DRF came out to install a kitchen faucet. Matt B. provided great service and did excellent work in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again.
