My husband and I are senior citizens and were desperTe to get a water heater installed .we purchased our them water heater and was given the DRF trusted Property Solutions our job. It was done in a very fine manor and with exceptional service. They explained all the dials and settings.we would highly recommend Tom * and Junior in the future if we know of anyone who needs help with their water heater. Thanks guys , you made our day!

I found DRF through my water heater's manufacturer website for servicing my Rheem tankless water heater for error code 1L.

I called them for fixing an error code showing in my water heater display panel. They advised me that a flush would take care of that issue and scheduled an appointment for the flush and charged me $129.99.

But even after the flush the error code didn't reset, the technician who did the flush didn't sound very experienced about the issue...

They called me the next day and wanted to schedule a service appointment for $250.00 to diagnose what the error code is.

As experts in tankless water heaters, I expect them to have known what the issue is before suggesting for a flush, that could have saved my money & time.

Arranged Water Heater install on Sunday Afternoon for a Monday delivery/install. Andy and Ty arrived on time late morning. Both where engaging and knowledgeable about the item I had purchased. Their work was excellent and the job was done in a very timely manner. Both where mindful of the our home with no issues. Left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Thank you for a job well done. Highly recommended.

Tom R provided exceptional plumbing service at my residence on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. I rec'd communication letting me know Tom's ETA. Surprisingly Tom arrived ahead of the stated ETA. He proceeded with his and his trainee James' introduction. During the preliminary inspection, prior to the installation of my kitchen faucet, Tom informed me that my disposal was not properly tightened. He tightened the disposal then installed the kitchen faucet. Upon completion, they cleaned the area and Tom provided a demo on how the faucet works. The timely professional service provided was greatly appreciated.

Very professional crew, explained everything they were going to do. When finished installing the [redacted] Tankless Water Heater, Mike P. explained how to operate the unit and preventive maintenance requirements.

We had new countertops installed and the very next morning the plumber came out and reinstalled the plumbing. Matt was very efficient and very pleasant. He explained as he went along making us feel we were in excellent hands. When he finished the work he cleaned everything and made it look as good as it should if not better.

rgb(31, 73, 125); font-family: "Calibri",sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">Our customer service representative advised that you may need a special pump.  The brand of water heater pump was not available and with the pump it would take 3 hours to complete the flush. This was the reason for the price. 
 
Be that DRF wanted to assist the customer as best we could given the circumstances, such as try to do a flush without the pump, our plumber looked at [redacted] videos to see if there was a way to bypass the pump that was needed and complete the flush for the customer.  Unfortunately, that was not possible.
 
Regarding the $149 charge for the service call.  Although the plumber was unable to complete the flush that day the $149 is still charged because the plumber was dispatched to the customer’s home, he quoted for the work and the plumber was on the phone with Rheem for over 40 minutes during the service call.  
 
We hope this customer further understands the circumstances of the situation and that DRF has always had the best interests of the customer in mind.

Tom R. and Javier installed my hot water heater. They were wonderful. I purchased a 75 gallon hot water heater to replace the 50 gallon water heater. Tom explained what needed to be done to accommodate the larger unit. He answered my questions and my husband's (by phone). Both Tom and Javier worked efficiently and were very courteous. After installation, Tom explained everything to me and told me to call with any other questions. I am so happy with my new and efficient hot water heater. In addition, I am so pleased with both Tom R. and Javier. They are wonderful!!!

DRF Trusted Property Solutions recently installed a new garbage disposal unit. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. I recommend them for any kind of installation you might require.

A few days after purchasing a new toilet from [redacted] and ordeing their installation service, Matt B and Kyle came to my house to replace an existing toilet in my powder room. Were very professional, efficient and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend these two!

The installers were quick, competent, helpful, and courteous. They explained the systems and gave advise on maintenance and purchasing salt for the water softener.

Mike and Andrew did such an incredible job. They were prompt, clean, polite and skilled. I know I could not have had a better experience with anyone else. Others could be as good, but none could be better.
