Andrew and Alex did a great job replacing my 50 gal water heater. They were very polite and did their work very neatly. They explained the new equipment and left the job site clean.

Made a selection, and since they already had someone in my area, they were at my house by 12:30. They did not try to upsell me at all. Install was quick and clean with no issues. Hot water working by 2:00.

Rich was very friendly and professional. I was extremely happy when he put a large garbage bag around the bottom of the old water heater to take it outside. It had been leaking and would have made a big mess if he had not done so. Thanks Rich! From start to finish the job was completed within 1 ½ hours.
We are very pleased with the installation and even the code inspector said it was a very nice job!!!

Rich [redacted] provided prompt and professional service. He arrived at the time promised. He completed the job within his estimated time frame. I would recommend his company and him personally to my neighbors and relatives if they needed a licensed plumber. Also when I went to the Village Hall to obtain the permit to complete the work and they already received a fax providing the Village the information needed. Therefore my time at Village Hall was done quick and easy.

Mike [redacted] installed a toilet for me; I am very pleased with his expertise. He taught me a few things about plumbing. Not only was he good at his job, he was easy to work with.

Had DRF plumbers out at our home twice this week for 2 different jobs, both times Tom was knowledgable, polite, quick and clean working. Prompt arrival. Have had no issues with tankless water heater they installed 1.5 years ago, would recommend for a big or small job.

DRF installed a water heater for me today. Excellent, professional, and competent. (My plumber team was Tom/Javier.) When they arrived, Tom assessed that the existing water heater - which was installed by the home's previous owner - was still under warranty. He was able to get the cost of the new water heater completely reimbursed and then bring all the connections to the new water heater up to code. Installation took less than two hours. Impressive.
