Needed a new water heater because the old one has a leak. I don't know how they would get the old one out and the new one in because it was really tight.No problem for Antuan C, he looked it over and with a few measurements got to work.
I always wondered how they would get a new tank such a tight place but they did. Now I know!!

Andy G. and Kyle came to replace my broken water heater. They were professional and quick! They got the job done efficiently and answered all my questions without seeming rushed. They did a fantastic job and helped me out tremendously! I would suggest them for your water heater needs for sure

Antwan and Tyler from DRF Trusted Prooperty Solutions came out and did some work for The Home Depot. They were super friendly, timely and very effective in doing what they do. If we have more work done, we would request them specifically.

We had an excellent experience with DRF. We ordered our water heater from [redacted] on a Sunday, got a call within an hour from DRF (they do the installation, etc...). DRF came out the next morning and got the job done well and promptly. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Would be glad to have them out again for another home project.

Within 10 minutes of purchasing our water heater at [redacted], we received a call from DRF to schedule our installation appointment. Antwan & Bill were very professional and efficient during our water heater installation. When they were finished, they went through what they did, how to operate certain features & left us with a gas & carbon monoxide alarm & water leak alarm, a nice surprise!

Misunderstanding on my part on timing of install as I was told I would be first stop in a.m., but did not know the guys had to go to warehouse first to get water heater.

Antuan and Eric C. were very professional and courteous. Antuan explained all the work to be performed and there were no deviations, add ons or exceptions to the quote. They were careful bringing the water heater in the house and exchanging out the old one. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend their work.

I recently had a hot water installed by DRF Trusted Property Solutions. My installer, Andrew [redacted] was very professional. The installation went without a hitch, ahead of time, and according to code. Donovon and Andrew worked together very well and knew what and how to do all parts of this installation. They left the area cleaner than when they got there. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a hot water heater installed.

I was very pleased with the service by DRF Trusted Property Solutions in installing my hot water heater. Andy G. and assistant Kyle performed the installation, and when finished, Andy provided a good overview of the valves and working process for the new hot water heater. He was very thorough in answering questions and reviewed the warranty information for this new model. They cut down the box for the garbage and left the area clean. Thank you!

Andy G. and Ty were prompt, friendly and very straightforward. We needed a water softener replaced the same day and it was a smooth process from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly. Very happy with their service!

purchased are actually Home Depot extended protection plans. The extended protection plans extend the labor warranties for an additional five years. The Rheem tanks that you purchased covers tank and parts for six years and one year of labor. The Home Depot extended service plan covers the labor for an additional five years giving you a total of six years of labor. Our billing department mailed a brochure to your home address which gives you information about the plan, how to contact Home Depot if you have any questions and how to register the plan. The matter was taken care of and I tried to close the complaint some time ago.

My two installers Andy G. and Noe did a great job. Cleaned up the work area and had the work done in less than an hour. I had a previous commitment I needed to make and they were able to finish in time.

I found the team of Rich [redacted] and James to be a very professional representation of DRF Trusted Property solutions. Courteous, clean, well mannered and overall very pleasant people. I would highly recommend this company to others and their fees are very reasonable.

From what you describe, your water pressure issue is not due to the work we completed. Pre-existing conditions including galvanized pipe are beyond the scope of work of the water heater installation we were contracted to provide – which we did and there are no problems with it. We have checked with the village and learned they have not yet performed their final safety inspection of our installation and recommend you contact the plumbing inspector to schedule this important inspection as soon as possible. We also suggest that you ask him or her for a free independent third-party evaluation of your issues. If the safety inspection reveals any problems with our installation, we will schedule service to repair any deficiencies in our work at no additional cost to you. We understand that this is a frustrating situation for you, and hope that you can see that we are trying to resolve this situation the best way we can.

Great job on emergency install

Saturday I was provided excellent service by Jesse and Bill from DRF. I was contacted by DRF to let me know of the plumbers' arrival. They came in and provided excellent service and worked quickly to complete the job. They also provided me with information to assist me with a job I am planning now.

I have been using DRF for several years now and have always had great experiences with their staff. They are fair and competitively priced, and don't try to up sell or push customers into a decisions. Most recently I had a water heater replaced. I contacted Ellen about issues and that I thought I would be needing a replacement heater. She was very open about the costs, and helped me understand the details about the unit I have in my house. She didn't try to push me into the purchase, rather gave me time to investigate options on my own. When I knew I should just get the job done, they were there for me and installed it quickly and neatly. Andy came by and took care of the problem and helped to educate me on ideas to extend the life of the new one. This company is a keeper. Not to many out there like this these days. Thank you DRF team.

The guys from DFR (Andy G. and Kyle) installed a new water heater for me. They were prompt, took the time to explain the process to me, and did a great job. I'd recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I highly recommend DRF Trusted Property Solutions if you need a plumber. Matt and Logan addressed my plumbing issue promptly, professionally, and took the time to explain and answer any questions. Both men were trustworthy and wonderful to work with.

AndyG was part of a team of installers for DRF. He and partner Noe installed a water heater purchased from Home Depot. They did a superb job of installation, cleaned up afterwards, and took the previous heater away. They did it efficiently and competently, furnished instruction on use and maintenance, and departed.
