Rich and Alex recently installed a new water heater for me. It was a challenging job, requiring cutting off and replacing 2 valves, and coming back a second time to complete the job, due to scheduling difficulties w/ the Village to turn off/on the water supply to the unit. They were very professional, and quite capable of facing and overcoming these obstacles.

I write to express my deep appreciation for the courteous support and meticulous work that I have received on 4/20/2016 from Rich and Anthony, the two associates from DRF Trusted Property Solutions, who came to my house to replace two toilet bowls and install two new replacements. Dedication to customer satisfaction, professionalism, and graceful patience distinguish their work; their clean-up work is admirable. In my opinion, Rich and Anthony bring credit not only to DRF Trusted Property Solutions as an institution, but to those and especially to those, who directly support them. The newly installed toilet bowls functioning flawlessly. I am grateful to them both, and I wish them success in everything they do.

I had my hot water heater replaced - being pro-active as it was on its last year. DRF - thru [redacted] sent Chris and Brian to do the install at my residence. Both gentlemen were very polite and curious. They did a excellent job of the install. Unfortunately - I had it set up as a basic install and of course more things were needed with added costs. That was a bummer. But Chris figured out how to do the required work - went very well and passed inspection the next day by the city's inspector. Appreciate their professionalism and exceptional work. - AJ

Highly recommend DRF Trusted Property Solutions. Rich/Javier showed up at my house on time and were very professional. All my worries were gone as Rich explained everything he was doing to remove & install my new water heater. All questions I had were answered.

An install of three hot water tanks was started on Thursday 5/28/15. A complaint was called into DFR Trusted Property Solutions on Friday 5/29/15 requesting proper finalization/completion of the prior day's installations. On Saturday 5/30/15, a technician/plumber arrived and took many pertinent notes and photographs. When the technician came on Saturday, it was expected that he would have the parts and tools (whatever he deemed necessary) in his truck so as to complete the installation of the three hot water heaters. He simply took notes/photos and said that another technician/plumber would come within the following week to do what was necessary for the completion of the installation of the three hot water heaters.

So, the concern is that - although - notes and photos are good for documentation of the installation, any other technician/plumber would have had the parts and tools ready for completion of the installation on the same day (Saturday 5/30/15) of the notes/photos.

A member of our care team contacted the customer today and extended a refund for 10% of the water heater cost. This resolution was accepted by the customer.

Peter & Jake arrived about 8pm and completed the water heater install beofre 10. They also had to do a lot of additional work to bring my 15 old replaced year old water heater connections up to code. Not to mention the rerouting of the water pipes and flue because the new one was larger in diameter than the old one. They were neat & extremely courtious. Well done guys.

Antuan and Zach installed a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal. The old faucet was rusted in place and the disposal leaked. Antuan broke the rust, removed the old disposal and installed the new faucet and disposal. They were both polite, professional, and competent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service! DRF Trusted Property Solutions got someone out here for our broken boiler within a day. They brought the replacement model we requested and installed it for us in the basement, removing the broken one quickly and efficiently. Our service pro, Tom R, was both professional and cordial. Would definitely recommend.

Service was prompt and extremely professional. Everyone I worked with at DRF was courteous and knowledgeable. I would defiantly recommend there services.

Tom and his assistant James took out an old garbage disposal and installed a new one in our kitchen. They were both very professional, clean, and courteous. Tom explained everything he was going to do beforehand, and walked me through the installation afterwards. It took less than an hour from start to finish. I would recommend these two, great experience.

Had a water heater removed and replaced - same day - on a Saturday! No Additional cost!! The job was performed by Andy G. His work was fabulous. He was quick, thorough, neat, and clean. Could not have found better.

Andy G. AND Logan were efficient , courteous, and punctual . Upon completing the installation of the new water heater , Andy gave me a thorough explanation of how to deal with any future problems that may occur . In all , a good transaction .

Tom R. and his apprentice Andrew were excellent! Instead of just replacing our 2 year old water heater and charging us $520 in labor, which is what they were dispatched to do, they determined the issue was actually related to a clogged pipe for the air conditioner/furnace drain pan. It was draining water on the floor making it look like it was coming from the water heater. They saved me over $430 from what I would have been charged if they didn't approach their work as true professionals! They are both to be commended for their work, their professionalism and excellent customer service!

Antwan C. went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing challenge. He was personable and professional.
