Tom R installed my new water heater in a friendly professional manner

Mike P. and his partner at DRF Trusted Property Solutions installed a new hot water heater at our house. They were fast and efficient in getting the work done and got the job done in about an hour, which was faster than I expected. Mike walked us through what he was doing and explained everything about the new hot water heater when they were done. The old hot water heater left some sediment on our stairs and floor and they cleaned it up before they left. They did a great job and I would recommend them.

I have been using DRF for several years now and have always had great experiences with their staff. They are fair and competitively priced, and don't try to up sell or push customers into a decisions. Most recently I had a water heater replaced. I contacted Ellen about issues and that I thought I would be needing a replacement heater. She was very open about the costs, and helped me understand the details about the unit I have in my house. She didn't try to push me into the purchase, rather gave me time to investigate options on my own. When I knew I should just get the job done, they were there for me and installed it quickly and neatly. Andy came by and took care of the problem and helped to educate me on ideas to extend the life of the new one. This company is a keeper. Not to many out there like this these days. AndyG was part of a team of installers for DRF. He and partner Noe installed a water heater purchased from Home Depot. They did a superb job of installation, cleaned up afterwards, and took the previous heater away. They did it efficiently and competently, furnished instruction on use and maintenance, and departed.

DRF Trusted Property Solutions was very easy to work with when my water heater stopped working. They promptly scheduled a service call. Antuan was friendly and took the time to make sure I understood the issue and solution. I highly recommend this company and plumber.

Our water heater developed a severe leak this morning, so I called Home Depot to schedule an appointment to have a new water heater installed. DRF Trusted Property Solutions was [redacted] chosen installation company for my area. I received numerous update calls (which were offered and accepted by me) as to when the installers would arrive. They gave me a call 30 minutes before they would arrive, which was perfect as I was able to attend my son's soccer tournament without worrying if the installers would be waiting outside my empty house. Mike ** and Noe were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional as they removed my old water heater and installed the new one. The whole process took half as long as I would have expected and it looks and functions fantastic. If I need another water heater (hopefully in a decade or more) I will utilize this service again. Highly recommended.

Jesse and Javier came to install a toilet. The installation went smoothly and they were very clean and professional. I would use them and their company again.

Plumber Tom R. and his assistant, Donavin, did excellent work in my time of need. They were professional and helpful explaining what they were doing and why. The job was completed on time and for the price quoted. They cleaned up after their work and even helped me in cleaning up my mess. I would call on them again if I had a similar problem in the future.

Andy and Ty arrived in a timely manner after a phone call letting me know about when they would arrive. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient in their work. They left the work areas clean and neat. The 2 toilets were bagged and taken to the curb for trash pick-up on the morning of the service provided. Both men were helpful with any questions I had. I was very pleased with their work ethics and pleasant attitudes. They would get my vote of confidence!

Andy G. and Nick were very professional. When they arrived to install the water heater I purchased over the phone the night before from [redacted] (DRF is the retailer's water heater installer), they learned the model was too tall to properly connect to the existing ventilation system though the furnance chimney. It was a relief that Andy had another model on the truck that would fit (DRF always carries spares he says) and the installation did not have to be rescheduled because the old water heater was leaking badly. The quote for the new model was less. Installation went smootly and clean-up was spotless, which exceeded my expecations. Andy walked me through the features on the new water heater and answered all my questions. Extremely satisfied with the installation.

The 2 man crew, Andy and Noe were superb--professional, knowledgeable, and met and exceeded our expectations.
However, the telephone contact was not as professional-- she spoke too fast, did not
properly identify who she was with and as a result we did not know who was calling
and that resulted in having confusion as to delivery dates.

Tom R. & Donovan showed up at my house to install a new faucet and garbage disposal and I would recommend them to everyone I know. They were very thorough, cleaned up EVERYTHING and were very concerned if I was happy with the work they had done. The next time I need a plumber, I'll be calling DRF Trusted Property Solutions in a heartbeat!

Tom R, and his apprentice Bill, just installed a new water heater in our unit. They were considerate and quick and did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with their service. Tom R even took some additional time to show all of the valves and how to operate the water heater if there were any issues. Would definitely work with them again.

Joe and Dennis came and installed a hot water heater, They found many problems with my existing piping and how the existing hot water heater was installed. They advised me the correct and most economical way of this correcting this. They did a great job and left everything looking better then they got there! Thanks for the great work!
