Whoever replied from Dumbo misrepresented the factsThe repair man showed up and said he could not fix anything. I offered to have a phone conversation to clarify the feedback from the repair man and figure out the best resolution and was told (via email) that it was not possiblePlease review the attached thread of emails between me and the claims managerAs you can see there was never a response from the repair man or their manager.The only reason I threatened legal action was because they would not want to discuss it with meI have not initiated any legal action yet, pending this request from the Revdex.com to intervene on my behalf

The customer reported a claim days after his move, when he reported the claim we opened the claim and from there it was under reviewWe later founded out that the damages to the customers belongs we not done by dumbo moving movers, but by the customer himselfWe then deny the claim and sent it
to the insurance company for them to go overThe insurance company contact Dumbo moving and the customer to inform us that they deny his claimThe customer then asked his bank to fight the claim but going a chargeback in efforts to get refunded for his moveCustomer did that times and in all times the bank deny his claim alsoAs for the hanging up on the customer, we have zero tolerance with customers who curse us out over the phone, he has done this to the movers, claim *** *** and other sales persons Along with a bank mediatorOnce a customer curses at us we warned them that we will end the call if the language continues

Police report that's 3-days to make it has been almost weeks, you will need to go to where ever you file at and pick the report up and send it to usReport number you sent us is not on file in the tri-state

The response from the business is rubbishI am not so concerned about the guaranteed fixed price but the irrepairable damage to many of my belongings. This company is a mover and storage and should have looked after my belongings. It feels as if I paid them to trash everything.I have pictures and I would estimate the damage runs into the thousands. They originally offered me $which I declined and when I said there was no way that would cover cost and tried to negotiate they wouldn't budge.When I stood my ground that this offer is unacceptable and the guy was so difficult I said if they didn't cover the damage of my belonging accordingly I would make a complaint and write a +review of my experience.He then accused me of extortion, which is absolute rubbish. It is this company who has extorted me. Charging me $plus $tip to move my stuff, store it and return it when many pieces scratched, broken, damaged etc. I continue to find things they were damaged.Please advise next steps, I will file another complaint if necessaryThis business is totally unprofessional and ripping off consumers.
