We have sent everything to them, we have not hold anything back we also made an offer of $6000 to close the claim, but yet to email us back about it

The response offered by Dumbo moving doesn't address the discrepancy between the on site estimate and the final unauthorized charge for the move. The claim that 60 of 82 bins were unpacked is incorrect. In reality only 2 or 3 bins were unpacked. The china boxes were also not unpacked.The statement about availability of elevators influencing unpacking of bins is illogical. Since all our belongings were already moved into our apartment before the elevators closed, the bins could have been unpacked. The use of an elevator is not required to open bins and move items around within the apartment.

Tell us why here...1. Initially the job was booked for 08/**, then per her request it was rescheduled for 08/**, and sent confirmation email on 08/**/15 at 5:52PM: "Per you request your move has been rescheduled: - Arrival between 8-9am on 08/** arrival...

between 8-9am on 08/**" 2. She is so [redacted] at the end, her lawyer got a vacation and she could not find him, secondly, the landlord told her you cant move in till mid Sept. Then she requested keeping her items in our storage. I gave her a reasonable price, and told her we don not have an availability on 08/**, instead I can pick up your items on 08/**. 3. She told she did not know the price was doubled, but I have an email confirmation:[redacted]: -[redacted] moveMe : -As per your request I can do this move on 08/** & 08/**, however, because of high volume of moves at the end of each month we have a different rate and the PRICE would be $1,995.[redacted]: -[redacted] *. no offer will be made to them, dumbo moving sales person talked with someone who was helping her and not once talked to the customer. on phone recorded lines we informed her that the move will be in 2 parts and in 2 payments, 1 payment for the move into storage, and 1 payment for the move out, also...

offer free storage but if didnt move by the time the free storage ended, we will have to charge for month number 2. she asked what happens if we don't pay, I anthony collazo , informed her that we will keep it for 90 days before we will have to dump the belongs due to it not being claimed.

we are informed that he refused the repair, then said that the repair man refused , when send an email with the repair man and his manager cc's in it to clear it up, he then refused to talk about it and wanted to take us to court, we respect that and we will wait for the courts to close the...

Business claims that they do not have proof, despite us already providing it to them (per prior emails, 3rd-party letters and statements provided directly and through Revdex.com). 
Business' last offer for $500 is insufficient to cover the more than $3,700 it cost for a 3rd-party contractor to repair the damages the Business caused during the move in question.

it does not add up to 400 pounds and we have explain that over and over with them, we also can not open a claim on cosmetic damages, press wood damages, and internal damages, and them  add photos of the damages so you can better understand the claim... [redacted]...

In order to ensure your satisfaction with our service and keep you as our customer we will increase the compensation to $100 account for inconvenience you have endured. After looking over you move and you did not pay for insurance at all. We do not cover press wood.

We have opened a claim for this custmer, and we have offer the most we can offer for this claim($200) We also see that she signed on the day of the move, that everything she put in storage was delivered  to her. When someone moves into storage for a long time, a lot of times what happens is...

they forget what they had or didn't have. We take a list of everything that we take and place is storage. Again we are sorry they feel like we did wrong on this claim, and is working to the best we can to offer the max we can to help them out

customer by email confirmed that she watched the movers pack everything, and checked the truck after the move, we do not have her belongings

The keys are brand new. This is a 2016 vehicle. This is also not just a plain key. This is the remote since my car has push button start and I have contacted the Subaru dealer and was provided a cost of $300 to replace the remote so not sure where $50 comes from. It is certainly not the price for the remote for my vehicle.Your company should be insured when your employees cause damage carelessly.

dumbo moving as of 12/*/15 has stop taking cc payments over the phone, customers are the only ones who can make payments on there move by an online link that is sent to them, Also has not reported a claim to [redacted] this is the first time we are hearing about her claim, if she...

 As can be illustrated by the response written by the manager at dumbo in poor English they are not clear comminicating  their terms and conditions, I would have never agreed to paying almost 5900 dollars for an in state move that is 30 miles from apartment ( including storage ) their competitors have given me much more reasonable pricing . I live on social security checks and don't have the luxury to spent that much money , I am also disabled and I asked for face to face assistance and asked the guys that came to my apartment to draw a contract for me with an all inclusive price . If they have shown me a price with the move in and love out fee clearly ( without taking advantage of my disability and my age and not add terms at the end of the contract with small letters ) I would never agree to 2700+1900+400 fees , in addition all contracts and all my furniture was done under my friends name and not my name which makes this transaction void and  which shows the level of unprofessionalism and quality of the services . The storage in Newark was explained to me as a clean and safe place to store my antique furniture . It is a disgusting facility if it was shown and explained to me I would have never authorized this transaction .
