Dumbo moving verified the amount we paid for the move. It hasn't done anything to address the fact that this is far in excess of the binding on site estimate or that they did not complete the move and walked out without unpacking our belongings.

 The company is dishonest.1. If they recorded the calls, they did so illegally. There was no mention at any time that calls are recorded.2. They delivered 25 containers to move but only 16 were used.3. The movers were allowed by building management to begin the move at 8:00 AM and not at 8:30 AM. Nonetheless, there was no communication from movers to customer that they had arrived at 7:00 AM.4. There were 19 additional pieces. There were 7.5. The items we asked the movers to take to the garbage were part of the move inventory.6. The owner of the company refused to take phone calls to resolve the disagreement.7. Given [redacted] had to be out of the old apartment that day, the movers insisting in additional charges amounted to extortion.8. [redacted] is not [redacted]'s boyfriend. He is her business partner.

as you can see from the email and signed paper work dumbo moving is release from this claim, we made a max customer service offer of $250 customer has refused it. there is nothing here for us to do, I never made a customer who signed all the paper work before checking what it says or even checking there belongings,  the customer said he wish to take us to court he can do so, send all the paper work to dumbo moving at [redacted] [redacted]

 I got a message from them saying "we are informed that you have filed a claim with Revdex.com, we will now work with Revdex.com on closing the claim." Then I received another message saying "We can no longer look at your claim, Understand when a review is posted we hold the rights to deny your claim.  due to [redacted] and other social media platforms rules we can not offer any refund or reimbursements to any customer who post a review on dumbo moving. Making any type of offer may look like we are paying for the review to be removed and [redacted] fines and bans companies who does so." After I complained about them on [redacted].I saw the message they sent to you in response that I checked the truck with the movers which is absolutely false. That being said, even if I did  check and could not find legs, it is their responsibility to reimburse me for them, as they were the ones that lost it on my move-out around a week ago. I had a full functioning bed around a week ago, and now I am being threatened with no type of reimbursement.

The damage is well more than $150 worth of damage. There's a nearly 8foot scratch across our brand new hard wood floors. There are multiple other scratches on floors plus the stairway floorboards. The movers banged the furniture into newly painted walls and ceiling denting and damaging the walls and ceilings - besides the damage to the clothes and furniture... All of which we have thoroughly documented and sent to them. They sent someone out to fix it - who went out to his car to get tools and never returned. They never sent an insurance adjuster or anything. if they don't want to fix it or give an adequate amount to cover the damage, we can file a claim directly with their insurance company or have our insurance company do so .... unless it was a lie that they actually have insurance. In which case we will have to see what other recourse there is.

 I would like to remind Revdex.com about the details of my complaint and the fact that even the contract was don't under my neighbours name and my furniture was stored under her name in a dirty unsafe and disgusting warehouse and this business wanted to charge me almost 6000 dollars for this poor quality and falsely advertised service . I am 65 years old and I have never put a complaint about any business. This business's unprofessionalism and blunt disrespect for customer's needs and lack of any effort to render a quality services ( contrary to their false advertising that they are apple of moving and a high quality moving service  ) has prompted me to take action not to just to get refund but also to warn other customers about this businesses practices . As evidenced  by their customer service and CEOs abrupt and rude tone and messages written in poor English , this business and its claims manager have no respect for customer needs and or their legally binding contractual obligations . They r unable to even render a signed binding contract that has my name and signature on it . The paper work they sent is not valid or legal under Usa law and customers especially disabled senior citizens like me should be protected from businesses like this . I  hope Revdex.coms will conduct an in depth anaylsis and launch a formal investigation into pricing and false advertising policies of this business . I am also writing to nj attorney general and consumer affairs and other agencies for further action . I look forward to hearing your decision about this business . Thanks and regards

We have already sent the insurance company his file they will call or email him to open the claim

We have looked up and found the emails that was sent to your work email that you told [redacted] to send it to.
looks like it was a little mix up with that. and I will send it again to both emails you have gave us.
We will like to refund you $100 on this move.

customer can reject any offer made that is there right but they can not say give me this amount or I will do something about it. again if this customer like us to make an offer they would need to email us at [redacted].. no offer will be made by Revdex.com

Dear customer - throughout this conversation and the other conversation you shown nothing but no resolution, all these emails are a clear evidence that we tried every effort to work with you on this damaging budget to us, these settlements are for us to finish the job which you refuse. however you choose to pay this money and more to other companies and decide to approach us negatively   by labeling us on stereotypes and with proclaiming that for some reason we are lying without responding to the details. on top of that you also use some form of extortion by threatening - as only a court order will decide what are we liable to.for this particular move we will not  be subject to scrutiny by a customer or a lawyer - but only respond  to a judge or other court ruling.we are not going to pursue the $2500 that we lost so far as we understand that this is the cost of doing business with different type of moves.please note that throughout our email we never use bad approach or tried to label anyone with one or other type of behavior, we have no right to do so and we believe that no one has the right to do so to us.   we wish you good luck with the move

I am informed that the refund of $425 happened already I will call the bank and confirm
