Customer called on June ** to have a yard dumpster delivered to addressThe price of $included the drop off, pick up, ton of disposal and rental daysAnything over the ton of disposal customer would be responsible for paying $per ton, and anything over the rental days
customer would be responsible for paying $per dayCustomer did receive this via email, of which customer did sign and agree to these terms on June **When we brought the dumpster to the landfill, it weighed a total of tons, which was tons over the ton included in the customers chargeCustomer was charged $for the tons of trashCustomer will not be refunded as this is a valid chargeWe do have a weight ticket from the federally regulated landfill that shows the weight as well

I ordered a dumpster from them on 6/** They billed my credit card and told me the dumpster would be delivered on 6/**/ That day I was informed it would not be delivered until 6/** before noon It was not They then told me it would be delivered by the end of the day It is now 6/**, and still no dumpster and no word from them I called them and they said it would be delivered 7/* I canceled the order and pray they refund my money
And their customer service is horrible! From being put on hold endlessly, cut off, and not returning my calls they effectively have no customer service I actually had to finally get in touch with their billing department in order to cancel the order

Customer called to place an order for yard dumpster to be delivered on March *She was charged $for the yard dumpster with ton included and rental daysShe was sent documents on February **, which was the date the order was placed, and the same date that the documents were
signedThe documents contain a paid invoice, with the explanation of what was included in the priceUpon signing the documents, the customer agreed to any further charges, such as over tonnage or over rental days, as well as agreed to call when ready for a final removal, as we do not automatically remove the dumpsterCustomer called on March ** for a final removal, at which point we put her on the schedule for the dumpster to be removed from her houseWhen the dumpster was picked up, it was brought to a federally regulated landfill, where the contents of dumpster was emptied onto the scale, and a weight ticket was provided to the driverThe driver then brings the weight ticket back to the office, when it is submitted to the accounting department, and is billed outThe customers waste weighed tons, which is tons over the ton included in the price customer paidIf customer would have asked, we would have provided them with the weight slip, where they can call the landfill themselves for proof that he waste in the dumpster was in fact tons

My driver came out to deliver the dumpster to the customers address in Staten Island, NYWhen placing the order, she advised our sales rep that here was a slope on her drivewayThe sales rep advised the customer that we can place in the driveway with a slope, as we do it all the timeWhen the
driver went to place the dumpster, the driveway was too steepWe have no idea how steep a persons driveway is going to be, and can only take the customers word for itNormally we charge a $dry run fee, however, we did waive that for the customerShe then was angry and stated we never even attempted to deliver the dumpster, which is falseI told her I would provide her with the GPS from the driver which states he stopped at her locationCustomer did not want to wait for the dumpster to be delivered a different day, therefore there is a cancellation charge of $which is explained in the documents that were sent to her email when she placed the order

This company is the worst company I have ever experiencedThe lady on the phone treated me as baby and so unprofessionalI don't understand how this kind of company still doing business in the market !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with. What they delivered and what I ordered were two different things. At this point, it doesn't matter because they don't give a *** about their customer service or the fact that their sales person lied to me about what he was selling me. On top of all that, I signed the documents and returned them on December *** and when I called to inquire why the dumpster had not been picked up, they told me that they were going to waive a $additional charge because I signed the documents late. How kind of them. It's all about the almighty dollar and what they can get by lying to their customers. I called them on Wednesday, December *** and was told that the dumpster would be picked up within hours. As of Monday, December ***, the dumpster had STILL not been picked up and when I called the company who owns the dumpster on Monday morning, they told me they had not been contacted by Dumpster Rentals, Incto pick the dumpster up. The company who owns the dumpster was going to call Dumpster Rentals to schedule the pick up. Again, *** Customer Service on their part.
This issue will never be resolved because this company only cares about what they can cheat their customers out of to get more money from them. I would never recommend anyone use them for dumpster service unless you want to be overcharged and frustrated in your dealings with them

Documents were sent when dumpsters were already placed and I was forced into signing documents in order to have dumpsters removedI was being charged penalties by the city inspectors for having dumpsters out passed week and as a result dumpster rental incKnew this and sent documents showing overage I did not initially agree to and said in order for dumpsters to be removed I HAD to sign thE documents. If that is not strong arming a business into signing something they don't want to sign I don't know what is

Customer placed the order on November **At that point she was sent a paid invoice, and terms & conditions to her email address of which she provided when she placed the orderCustomer did receive and open these documents, on November ** @ 3:pm, of which I have the email receipt of proofIn those documents, it stated that customer had gotten a yard dumpster, of which she was placing C&D (construction debri) inside the dumpsterShe had tons of waste included and rental daysAnything over the tons, she would be responsible for paying $per ton over, and anything over the rental days, she would be responsible for paying $per day overOur documents also state, that we do not automatically pick up the dumpster when rental period is over, and that we do need a phone call when customer is done with the dumpsterCustomer opened the documents for a second time on November ** @ 2:pm, and then she signed the documents the same day at 2:pmCustomers dumpster was delivered on November **If there was any type of disagreement with our terms, or any of the pricing or sizing of the dumpster, that should have be brought to our attention on the date she FIRST opened the documents, which was November **The dumpster was delivered days laterIf there were any discrepancies, customer should have contacted us right away, so we could fix the issue, before the dumpster was deliveredInvoice states very clearly, that customer ordered a yard dumpster, and pricing is for a yard dumpster, NOT a yard dumpsterCustomer then called in for a final removal on December *** which was day over the rental period, therefore she was to pay $over, as per the documents she signedWe did waive that for her, as she was very upset over her dumpster, and the "wrong sizing." Customer called us on December * to complain about the sizing issue, which is at that point days after delivery of dumpster, and days after receiving the documentsCustomer then did not call back to schedule her dumpster to removed until December *, which was days after she called to complain about the dumpster sizing being "wrong." Customer has advised us, she cancelled the credit card she provided when she placed the order, and disputed the charge as wellOur policy is that it takes **-hours for us to remove the dumpsterSometimes however it does take us a little longer, as we can be busy and backed up

I'm sorry, but I know what I put in the Dumpster and I don't know what pictures you took of what dumpsters and besides as you can see they are not addressing the issue of roofing work debris and just stating there was trash in pictures from I don't know whereI stated what material I disposed of in the previous reply and the business response is avoiding stating what they say is trashThis business is not being honest about trash in the dumpster because if they have a picture of my dumpster it will show the materials I stated in my previous reply which is the usual roofing construction debris which any other dumpster service would agree withI want the $charge refunded
