 There was no trash mixed in with this load there was only ordinary roofing construction debris plastic wrap from shingles, plastic sheet used to catch debris from roof removal falling to the ground, old shingles, wood from pallets,old roof vents, old flashing and old lumber removed from roof. In my search for a dumpster company I called other area dumpster companies such as Budget Dumpster and others asking the same question regarding the roofing construction debris I discarded in the dumpster and this was all obvious roof construction debris to them so as I kept calling I stopped asking but this company has decided to call the plastic sheeting I threw away trash as per some rep I spoke with over the phone. Otherwise in their response of trash I did not have any trash in my dumpster. This is not a valid charge, very unbecoming of a professional business.I want the $318.63 refunded.

Customer called on Friday 10/** to have dumpster delivered. We do not do same day deliveries, and are closed for the weekends. Customer was advised that the dumpster would be able to be delivered the next business day with was Monday 10/**. Customer called morning of 10/** looking for a time of...

arrival of the dumpster, and was told it was en route. Customer then stated they no longer wanted the dumpster and cancelled the order. Per the terms and conditions the customer signed, there is a $250.00 cancellation fee.

The business is right on several accounts, but incorrect on a few others. The order was placed on that date, the dumpster was received on that date. I was sent the invoice and terms and conditions which I opened and signed on 3/*/2016, a couple days after the dumpster was delivered. When I read the terms and conditions that's when I called the company and tried to rectify the situation. They again told me that the 7 days was applicable that if I had it emptied the 7 days would start over. The exception that the business is referring to is the one I understood the first time I called, when I called the second time the exception was not listed on the terms and conditions. This is what I wanted and they wouldn't oblige. As far as the dumpster goes, it was not removed from our property until this morning at 08:33. I will add the picture of the dumpster still sitting on my property. If they have the weight ticket with the date of yesterday I would love to see it. Yes, it is true that the dumpster was used as the second it arrived we threw trash in the dumpster. I will pay for the use of it.

I have  already responded to this same statement. I did speak to the "assistant company" on at least 3 occasions trying to reach the dumpster inc. company.  The assistant company gave me a number to call for the parent company. No person answered the phone at that number. I subsequently called the assistant company again later to confirm the number and then I called again. I was not able to reach anyone. The assistant company did finally assist me in contacting the parent company when the dumpster company exceeded the two week time frame that was originally stated by the operator who took my order. The company claims that I should have known because I signed a contract when the dumpster was delivered. That's not true. I did not sign a contract before the dumpster arrived. I never even saw their email until I called at the two week mark,  because I didn't know to look for it. Because I was traveling, and had heard that the dumpster did not arrive on Saturday, as the operator told me it would be, I was not looking for a contract, and was surprised to learn that the dumpster had been delivered. As mentioned, I called a few days later to let them know that the dumpster could be picked up but it was the "assistant company" I called because that was the number on the side of the dumpster. When the assistant company finally had someone from the parent company contact me, they told me they were sending a contract  and that I had to sign it to get the dumpster removed. I did so, but I called to let them know that they had the term incorrect. They removed the dumpster then charged me twice the original fee in "overages" for a term that their operator originally told me was standard although I only needed it for a few days. The parent company says that they have a receipt that I opened and read the original contract. This is a lie. It is still in my email unopened. They said that it was unfortunate that their operator (the only person I spoke with before the dumpster was delivered) had given me incorrect information on both the Saturday delivery and the term. However,  they refused to take any responsibility for this problem and insisted with very angry tones that I would have to pay for the "overages" that they claim anyway, even if I was mislead, there was no contract before delivery, and the contract was signed under duress for necessity of removal.

Cust called and placed an order with us for a delivery on April **. On that date, customer was sent a paid invoice as well as our terms and conditions. At this point, customer only signed and sent back our terms and conditions, signed. The customer never signed the invoice, which we do need signed...

as well. Customer then called on 3/** for a final removal of the dumpster. and was advised to sign the invoice at that point. We did not receive the signed invoice back until 3/**. Even as of that date, customer was still over on the rental charges by ** days, which would make a balance due in the amount of $465.00. We are not charging customer for any days past the 3/** date. We can not remove this dumpster without an updated credit card on file, so we can get paid.

Customer called and placed an order for delivery on May **, which is also the day that the customer was sent the documents. Customer opened the documents on [redacted] at 3:33 pm, customer cancelled the order at 5:56 pm. Customer then sent an email to cancel this order after opening the documents with all...

of the terms, including the cancellation fee, on them.

This customer was on schedule for a delivery for TUESDAY March **. She was never on schedule for a delivery on Monday March **. She called on monday requesting an ETA of the dumpster, and we explained to her that the dumpster would be delivered on Tuesday morning. She was very rude and nasty to...

every persons he talked to at the office, as well as her fiance who called and was screaming at us, telling us all to shut up. Customer's card was charged the date the order was placed, which was March **. Card was NOT charged on date customer is claiming. Customer has not been refunded in full as she cancelled 24 hours within delivery. She will be refunded minus the dry run fee, as explained to her and her fiance when they called on Monday.

This customer was refunded in full before this complaint was made.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
They are so bad it feels like you are in a SNL skit. Totally rude, totally incompetent, totally criminal.

This is the worst company ever! I got over charged by $500!!! The ladies on the phone will lie to you and say you won't be overcharged, but won't write the comments in your folio. I honestly don't understand how this company stays in business! The pathetic owner who is probably rich from stealing so many customers money, dosent even have time to talk to customers! Please run ur business better or you will fail!! Do NOT rent from this company!!!


Everyone including the truck drivers need to,work on customer sercice! That is the most important quality in a business!

This was refunded on [redacted] in the amount of $75.00. Transaction ID [redacted]. Receipt was also sent to customers email. Takes 3-5 business days to appear back in the account

I have spoken with this customer today in regards to this issue. The $25 credit has been issued, however, it does take 3 - 5 business days to appear back in her account. She has disputed the charges for the dumpster rental. I explained to her that she will need to un-dispute them or send us updated payment information as she now has our services and has not paid for them. She advised me she will un-dispute them as we have issued her credit to her card.

This company is absolutely horrible. I called on a Monday to have a dumpster delivered. They told me one would be delivered Tuesday morning. They called back about an hour later saying their truck broke down and it couldn't be delivered until Wednesday morning but they would give us $40 off the price. I said it was okay. We were cleaning out my mother's house who just passed away and had people there Wednesday to help with the removal of things. We called in the morning to find out exactly what time they would be there, the lady said they can't give us a time but that it would be in the afternoon. We explained that they told us morning and she said they can't give a time only that it woukd be in the afternoon now. So we waited....I called again at 2:30 only to be transferred to "dispatch" who didn't answer and voice-mail box was full so I could not leave a message. I called right back and the lady told me the truck would be there in the afternoon. I reminded her of the time and her response was that if it wasn't there yet it should be there soon because it was getting late. I called back at 4 to ask what is the latest they'd deliver and no one would answer. The dumpster never came. I called the bank and the money was pending in my account to be taken out. I called at 8am Thursday to cancel the dumpster. The lady told me she would take care of it. Then hours later I receive a call saying someone is about to drop off a dumpster. I told them I cancelled in the morning. It was a broker dumpster company is what I was told. I called back Dumpster Rental inc and told them someone was trying to deliver a dumpster when I had already cancelled. She told me that's fine I can cancel but that I would be charged a cancelation fee. I explained that they have screwed up this entire process for me and that I shouldn't be charged. She said that I opened and signed a document stating I would be charged if I cancelled. I told her I never opened or signed anything. She then told me that I did open it and so therfore have been informed of their policy. I actually did try and open the eSign thing they sent me but it never opened...I never read or signed anything. I told her I'd call my bank to stop payment and she said "I'm hanging up now go ahead and do what you need to do but I'm charging you the fee! " and then she hung up on me. I'm hoping I will be refunded from the bank the full amount, if not they are charging me 100 for nothing but mistakes on their part. This is the worst company ever and the customer service is horrific. Don't ever do business with them. I am sure the only way they make money is by charging people cancellation fees.

This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with.  What they delivered and what I ordered were two different things.  At this point, it doesn't matter because they don't give a [redacted] about their customer service or the fact that their sales person lied to me about what he was selling me.  On top of all that, I signed the documents and returned them on December [redacted] and when I called to inquire why the dumpster had not been picked up, they told me that they were going to waive a $15 additional charge because I signed the documents late.  How kind of them.  It's all about the almighty dollar and what they can get by lying to their customers.  I called them on Wednesday, December [redacted] and was told that the dumpster would be picked up within 48 hours.  As of Monday, December [redacted], the dumpster had STILL not been picked up and when I called the company who owns the dumpster on Monday morning, they told me they had not been contacted by Dumpster Rentals, Inc. to pick the dumpster up.  The company who owns the dumpster was going to call Dumpster Rentals to schedule the pick up.  Again, [redacted] Customer Service on their part. 
This issue will never be resolved because this company only cares about what they can cheat their customers out of to get more money from them.  I would never recommend anyone use them for dumpster service unless you want to be overcharged and frustrated in your dealings with them.

We were told the 2 ton dumpster would be $525 for a week. Trying to get a hold of the company after the week was up proved to be very difficult since they never sent us the email with the link to sign the documents to get the dumpster picked up. I had to look on my credit card statement to find their number (which is strange that I was charged even though I HAD NOT signed anything). When I spoke to Marie and asked what email address she had on file she repeated my email address back to me with an extra letter on the end, which seems to be common on other complaints). After finally getting the email I was so flustered that I just opened and clicked the sign button without reading the document which now was changed to say it was a 1 ton fee of $525. Now we have received overage invoices which state the price per day you go over will be $20 and any tons you go over will be $160 per ton. Funny how that number seems to change on every single complaint I've read. One complaint from April says they were charged $15 per day they went over and was quoted $450 for a 2 ton. One from September says $15 per day after 11 days. One from June says $425 quote for 2 ton with a $19 processing fee and $150 per ton you go over. So many inconsistencies, but the ONE consistent thing is how rude their customer service is and how they are scamming people into paying more than they were originally told.

Customer was refunded in full.

This company leaves much to be desired. I am still waiting for them to pick up a dumpster they delivered on september 16th and was supposed to pick up 7 days later. I called on Monday, September [redacted], from a recorded phone line, after my tenants reported it still being there to be told they would pick it up that day. They never showed up. Another call from my tenants and I called again on Monday, October [redacted], again from a recorded line, got a very unprofessional loud mouth on the phone who tried telling me they were going to charge me for the extra days it was there. I got angry, let her know I had been calling for pickup for 2 weeks and I was not authorizing additional charges. She told they would be there to get it the next day. They charged my card for the agreed upon fee on drop off. We hung up and I called my credit card company. They had just attempted to charge my card an additional charge, WITHOUT EVEN PICKING THE DUMPSTER UP YET! I got a statement from my card company showing the attempted charge, called my lawyer and forwarded him the calls, the statement as well as the waiver they had me sign. And......THE DUMPSTER IS STILL THERE!

 I provided them the correct email address.  They are the ones who got the email wrong.  When I opened and viewed the invoice they sent to be signed, it said "Paid" with a "0" balance.  I signed it because it said my balance was 0 and it had already been paid in the amount of $495.
