Customer rented a dumpster with us on 7/**/2016. At this time he was given a legal contract to sign which explained that he had 3 tons of waste and 14 rental days included in the original price he was charged of $556.40. Anything over the 3 tons he would have to pay $95.00 per ton and anything over...

the 14 days he would have to pay $15.00 per day. Customer was charged the $556.40 when placing the order on 7/**/2016. Customer was then charged $100.00 on 8/*/2016 for street permit that was required by the city in order to place the dumpster on the street. On 8/**/2016 when customer called for a removal, customer was charged $60.00 for being 4 days over the rental period. The last charge was on 9/*/[redacted] which was for $264.10 for over tonnage on the dumpster. The dumpster had a total of 5.78 tons in it which was 2.78 ton over the 3 tons included in the price. We have not charged the customer anything since 9/*/2016,

we do apologize for the miscommunication . but your sales rep did informed you about the half of ton you received and if you did go over the ton you will get charged every Dumpster rental does that, that's why you was charged 150.70 your tonnage final weight was 1.87.

 I found them online and ordered them from a phone number there. If they did not take orders on Saturday we would have never done business.  I tried several times to call the number the "assistant company" gave me to reach them. They(the assistant company) can document that I called several times expressing displeasure that I could not reach them (Dumpster, Inc). I was not aware of a contract until I finally heard from someone after multiple calls for removal. I was then told that they would not remove the dumpster unless I signed. I signed the contract but not terms. I called to let them know they had a typo on the time period.  Some time later they assessed late fees. I called to explain that this was not my original deal with the person who made the arrangement. The manager acknowledged that it was unfortunate that I was given faulty information but because I signed that they were going to charge me anyway. I feel I have been deliberately tricked as the verbal agreement before the dumpster was delivered was not honored and I was forced to sign to have the dumpster removed. They feel no obligation to honor the original deal. I was coerced to sign the contract by the need to have the dumpster removed. At the time, I thought that despite the inability to communicate with them that perhaps they were just badly organized and still in good faith, so I signed and followed up to let them know about the typo in the terms. I see in the record that this is not the first time a situation like this has arisen with this company.  I don't mind pay the amount we originally agreed upon. I do mind being charged for the extra fees because they are not honoring the original agreement, I was forced to sign a contract with different terms, they were nearly impossible to reach, and they should have picked up the dumpster or contacted me if they legitimately thought my time was up on the unsigned contract.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: At no time during the conversations with Kevin J[redacted] was there any mention of a 12 yard dumpster.  The order was for a 20 yard dumpster from the beginning of the conversation and the company should stand behind what their sales representatives sell.  I talked with Kevin J[redacted] several times throughout the day on 11/** and called later in the day to confirm what I ordered and what was going to be delivered for the price we agreed on.  If their sales representatives are not properly trained, they shouldn't be selling the products for the company.  I had an opportunity to get a 20 yard dumpster from another company for the same price and since Kevin told me he could get me the dumpster for the $440 (+$17.50 processing), I went ahead and placed the order.  This company has told me that if I'm not happy with what I got then I can empty all the trash out of the dumpster and they will charge me another $250 for a dry run to come pick up the empty dumpster.  Now that's great customer service!  That way they keep the $440 I already paid and get another $250 on top of that.  That is not a satisfactory resolution either.

This charge is for customers over tonnage. Customer agreed to pay this overage when they signed the contract when order was placed. Customer has been sent the weight ticket via email from dispatch

Customer called and placed an order with our sales rep, Kevin, on November ** for a dumpster to be delivered on Novembe[redacted], to [redacted]. Customer placed an order for a 12 yard dumpster for $457.60, which included 2 tons of waste and 10 rental days. Anything over the 2 tons, she would be...

responsible for paying $73 per ton over, and anything over the 10 days, she would be responsible for paying $13 per day over. This was all explained in detail on the invoice, terms and conditions that was sent to her email address when she placed her order. I do see we did have an incorrect email on file, but then obtained the correct one, and customer opened the documents on November ** (delivery receipt received). Customer called yesterday, November **, and stated she wanted a refund as she did not get the size dumpster she paid for. Customer claims she ordered a 20 yard dumpster. The price she paid is not a price for our 20 yard dumpsters. I offered to refund customer the difference between the 12 and 20 yard dumpster, as well as include an extra ton of weight in her waste. Customer refused, and said she would call me back with an answer.

Customer called on 5/** to have a dumpster delivered on 5/**. Customer was sent the invoice, terms and conditions the day the order was placed. Customer opened, but never signed them.On the documents, it does state that we do not automatically remove the dumpster, that the customer does need to call...

in for a removal. Customer called 7/** for the FIRST time to have the dumpster removed. At this point, she did speak with Tony who offered a discount on the rent, and customer said they would sign and call back with updated payment. Customer then did not call back until 7/**, when they spoke to Nicole, who explained they needed to sign first before removing the dumpster, customes said they would sign. Customer then called back on 7/** and spoke with Blake (the owner of the company) who said he would discount the rental down more, they just needed to sign the documents. Customer said they would call back after they sign with the credit card for payment of the rental fees. Customer has not signed, or called back with updated payment.

Customer called on 7/*/2017 for removal. That same day within minutes, we contacted DS Disposal who delivered this dumpster for us to customer to tell them to remove this dumpster. This is now on DS Disposal as we did ok the dumpster to be removed.

sorry for your inconvenience but you did sign our documents and it clearly explains all the overages  and  states we are not responsible for any damages nor covering the dumpster. Our delivery men work from 6 to 5 and if they weren't able to pick up your dumpster its cause either something...

or a car is blocking our dumpster.

I phoned the business first thing in the morning. I was blamed for the confusion of the delivery date and was told that I would be charged $250 for a cancellation fee. Basically, too bad, so sad for you. I then called my credit card company who suggested we call together, which we did. For some reason the gal on the phone was bending over backwards to help. (Definitely not my experience calling on my own). I had already typed up my complaint for the Revdex.com and sent it. Then I began getting harrassing phone calls again from this company trying to bully me like they did on the morning phone call, so I hung up. When I see the FULL refund, I will respond. I do not appreciate the aggressive phone calls that this company continues to make.

 No one was outside my house, I did not receive any call from the driver!! What number did they call? Why wasn't the dumpster dropped off? No one even tried to ring the doorbell or anything. At no time did I call to cancel the dumpster. I took the day off from work to wait for the dumpster.  Company never tried to get in contact with me until I called them all weekend and wasn't able to get in touch with anyone until Monday. I called the company multiple times on the [redacted] asking about the dumpster. The one time someone answered they said that the driver was running late. Around 2pm on the [redacted] I tried calling again and no one picked up and I was not able to leave a message.

Could you please keep the case opened until I the dumpster is removed because they did that in the past.  they told me to pay 450.00  and then they change their mind. Please leave it open until Tuesday.

All invoices are sent automatically when the sales representative puts the order in the system. Customer opened and signed all documents days before calling or a removal. As stated on the documents customer must call and schedule the final removal, we do not automatically remova the dumpster, and the is the reason we notify customers of the over rental charges.

I never cancelled the service, the just never showed up to my house with the dumpster on June [redacted] as listed on the invoice between 8am and 10am. I would like a full refund at no time did I cancel the delivery of the dumpster. The company never showed up at my house. I never called to cancel so I should not be charged a cancellation fee. I need a full refund of $375.00 and as o today I still do not see any type of refund in my card.

we do apologize , but we sent you the invoice and terms and conditions which you should of reviewed and signed . the dumpster cant be picked up if the docs arent signed and we do have a fee for cancelling and having our haulers coming back for pick up.
