This customer called this morning, and we advised her that she will be refunded right away. Customer was refunded at 11:41 am, BEFORE she even made this complaint. She actually called with her bank on the phone, and was refunded and satisfied with the refund when she was speaking with the bank on...

the phone to my accounting department.

I rented a dumpster on Monday, to be delivered on Tuesday they told me it would be there between 8 and 10 a.m. they never delivered it until Wednesday at 3:45. They charge my credit card. Then before they would pick it up the dumpster they email me paperwork that I had a sign stating what could and couldn't go in the dumpster. That was on the [redacted] of March. It is now the [redacted] of April and they still haven't picked up the dumpster and don't know when they'll be able to. I asked to talk to the owner of the company they said the boss is never there and they wouldn't let me talk to him.

I believe this company is simply a broker which sells services for local waste removal companies. The local company which provided my service agreed that Dumpster Rental Inc customer experience is awful.
Every call I made to Dumpster Rental Inc was unpleasant, the sales process felt pushy, and the amount I ended up paying was above the quote due to Franchise and others fees.
Two weeks after dumpster was removed my credit card was charged $159 without notice. Shortly after (while I was on hold waiting to speak with Customer Service), I received an Invoice for excess tonnage (overweight) beyond the 1 ton limit. Total weight was listed as 3.65 tons in my 12 yard dumpster which was mostly carpet and old mattresses.
I asked to see the weight ticket from landfill which was provided within a few hours. The actual weight appears to have been 1.22 tons, costing $13 in overweight charges instead of the $159 charged. Original transaction of $159 was voided.
Manager Tina Brooks attributed this to a "system error" and offered no apology. The weight of my dumpster waste was TRIPLED and I suspect it was not an innocent error, though I have no proof otherwise.
Handle all dealings with Dumpster Rental Inc. with great caution.

Customer did not call with any discrepancy until the day he requested the dumpster to be removed off his property. If he would have called, we would have taken care of it at that point. When a customer calls to state that something is incorrect, it can not be done the day the customer is done with the dumpster, it should have been completed the second he opened he documents and say the "mistake" he is claiming.

I called about a dumpster rental on 6/*. The man on the phone appeared helpful when he offered a dumpster for $425 flat fee. I asked about weight charges and he told me the total was $425 and not to worry about weight, everything was included. I agreed and gave him my credit card number. A few minute later he called me back and said he was unaware of the drop fee of $100 but would drop it to $50. I agreed and he told me the total was $475. He told me he was sending a contract, to read and an e-sign it and they would get me on the schedule. At no time did he say anything about cancellation fees, etc. Only to sign the contract to get started. They immediately charged my card. I NEVER signed the contract. A few hours later I called to cancel and only got an answering service. I was told to call back in the morning. I also emailed them to tell them to put it on hold as we were still working things out with our project. First thing in the morning I called and asked to cancel the order. The first person to answer was a male who demanded to know why I wanted to cancel. I told him we did not need it and he hung up on me! I called back and a female answered. She was extremely rude, raised her voice and told me that I was being charged $100 cancellation fee. I told her I did not sign a contract. She rudely replied that I did not have to sign it and the fee was clearly stated in the contract. They charged my card before sending me the contract and never said anything about a cancellation fee at the time of the order. I would never have agreed to that and would never have given my credit card number. Our conversation went back and forth about my not being told about this and she refused to refund my money. Additionally they added at $19 processing fee that was not agreed to and added $150 per ton overage on the invoice after I was told that weight did not matter. Luckily I cancelled before a dumpster was dropped. I asked to speak to a supervisor since she would not help me and she replied "I am the customer service manager." She said we obviously we not going to be able to resolve this so we needed to end the call. I told her I would take it up with my credit card company. She said that was fine and they deal with peoples credit card companies all the time. I'm Not Surprised About That At All! I have never, ever dealt with a worse company. They are criminal. Customer service is disgraceful.

Customer called and expressed his concern about the rental time. I did honor the date of the [redacted] as he claimed he was told in the beginning. He was still over on the rental time, and was charged correctly for the rental time. He was discounted from $250 - $75 and his dumpster will be removed in...

24-48 hours as explained to him over the phone.

The business is right on several accounts, but incorrect on a few others. The order was placed on that date, the dumpster was received on that date. I was sent the invoice and terms and conditions which I opened and signed on 3/*/2016, a couple days after the dumpster was delivered. When I read the terms and conditions that's when I called the company and tried to rectify the situation. They again told me that the 7 days was applicable that if I had it emptied the 7 days would start over. The exception that the business is referring to is the one I understood the first time I called, when I called the second time the exception was not listed on the terms and conditions. This is what I wanted and they wouldn't oblige. 
As far as the dumpster goes, it was not removed from our property until this morning at 08:33. I will add the picture of the dumpster still sitting on my property. If they have the weight ticket with the date of yesterday I would love to see it. Yes, it is true that the dumpster was used as the second it arrived we threw trash in the dumpster. I will pay for the use of it.

Customer called and placed an order with our sales rep, Kevin, on November ** for a dumpster to be delivered on Novembe[redacted], to [redacted]. Customer placed an order for a 12 yard dumpster for $457.60, which included 2 tons of waste and 10 rental days. Anything over the 2 tons, she would...

be responsible for paying $73 per ton over, and anything over the 10 days, she would be responsible for paying $13 per day over. This was all explained in detail on the invoice, terms and conditions that was sent to her email address when she placed her order. I do see we did have an incorrect email on file, but then obtained the correct one, and customer opened the documents on November ** (delivery receipt received). Customer called yesterday, November **, and stated she wanted a refund as she did not get the size dumpster she paid for. Customer claims she ordered a 20 yard dumpster. The price she paid is not a price for our 20 yard dumpsters. I offered to refund customer the difference between the 12 and 20 yard dumpster, as well as include an extra ton of weight in her waste. Customer refused, and said she would call me back with an answer.

This customer placed an order on Feb **, 2016 for a 10 yard dumpster to be delivered to his address on March *, 2016. Customer was sent our invoice, and terms and conditions of which he opened. additional charge of $25 per day. The exception was, if he was to get dump and returns he could have the dumpster for 30 days as every time he got a dump and return the rental period starts over. Customer used this dumpster, and it has been removed from his property. We have a weight ticket of proof that there was trash in this dumpster.

Customer placed an order for a 10 yard dumpster at the price of $431.60, for construction debri. Customer opened the documents we sent to her, on date of order. We then received a phone call from our driver that the dumpster was loaded with concrete and dirt. The dumpster that was located at this...

site does not carry concrete and dirt. We were unaware of the concrete and dirt going into the dumpster, as if we were we would have dropped the proper dumpster at the location. Also, our pricing we have is for 1 tons included. If we were to know it was concrete and dirt, we would not have included 1 ton as that type of material can be extremely heavy, and weigh over 10 tons. We would have quoted the customer a flat rate price, not a per ton charge. Customer was offered to have a dumpster dropped off that is meant for the proper materials. Customer refused to pay anymore money.

The delivery date was always the [redacted] of March because myself , my fiance, and my dad all had that day and only that day off to clean up trash at an address 72 miles from where we live. This information was conveyed to the original order representative. There are seven people in my house hold and part of this project that were aware of the delivery date agreeded upon originally.. The company upon having mechanical issues with their one truck tried to change the delivery to Tuesday the [redacted] which I advised would not be possible. They refused us a refund due to their problems of mechanical failure... However we are not paying for a service not rendered on the [redacted].Their own supervisor advised if a dumpster did not get to our address of delivery on Monday we would get a full refund . Supposedly these conversations are recorded I called twice on Friday the [redacted] , five times on Monday the [redacted] and once on Tuesday the [redacted]....even my contractor talked with the driver on Tuesday. They have no signed documents because I never signed them nor did my fiance.. They have multiple complains just like this on their website. Wish I had read them first.Taking money for no service is fraudulent activity....

Thankfully Dumpster Rental Inc has finally refunded the full amount.... It was really unnecessary for me to have to go through all of this to clear this issue up. I hope in the future Dumpster Rental Inc can improve their business model to actually provide better customer service and better delivery options for customers..." We are in fact the reason they have a business " without customers that are happy there can not be thriving business.

I phoned the business first thing in the morning. I was blamed for the confusion of the delivery date and was told that I would be charged $250 for a cancellation fee. Basically, too bad, so sad for you. I then called my credit card company who suggested we call together, which we did. For some reason the gal on the phone was bending over backwards to help. (Definitely not my experience calling on my own). I had already typed up my complaint for the Revdex.com and sent it. Then I began getting harrassing phone calls again from this company trying to bully me like they did on the morning phone call, so I hung up. When I see the FULL refund, I will respond. I do not appreciate the aggressive phone calls that this company continues to make.

When the customers order is put into our system, the credit card is charged and the documents are sent to the customer at the same time. There may have been a miscommunication with the sales rep and the customer, but we would not be sneaking as we are a professional 5 star company. As explained to [redacted] when he had the complaint about the overage, every dumpster company charges differently. Some charge by weight, some charge by size, others charge by weight and size. We do not include all of the customers weight in the dumpster, unless it is for concrete or dirt, of which we provide a flat rate price. [redacted] has received the documents before he had his dumpster removed, and if there was a discrepancy, he should have brought it to our attention that point, not after he had signed the documents and had his dumpster removed and brought to the landfill. Most customers don't listen to what the sales reps are telling them when they place the order, and do not understand that there is not an unlimited amount of waste included in the price, that is why we send the documents, and have them sign them, to confirm that they understand all charges. Again, we will not be refunding [redacted] as we have already paid out of pocket for his garbage from the landfill, and do have a weight ticket to prove the charges.
