we spoke with this customer today, and had come to a agreement that we would refund him for half of the charges. Customer was refunded while on the phone with representative.

Customer called to place order for dumpster rental on November **, 2015 for a dumpster to be delivered on November **, 2015. Customer received documents on November **, 2015, which were signed by customer on November **, 2015. These documents stated clearly that the dumpster rental had 14 days...

included in the price and anything over the 14 days the customer would be responsible for paying $15 per day over. It also states that we do not automatically remove the dumpster, that customer must call for a final removal. On March **, 2016 customer called to ask why the dumpster was still on site. We explained to customer that he was 99 days over the rental days included, and there was a balance due in the amount of $1,485. Customer then explained to us that if we didn't remove the dumpster,and that he was not going to pay anything, and hung up the phone. Customer has not gotten in touch with us since. Customer does need to pay balance due, as this was agreed upon when signing our documents, which is a legal contract.

This customer called for a dumpster to be delivered on January *, 2016 to [redacted] [redacted]. The customer had 30- rental days with the dumpster. When customer placed the order, she was sent an email which contained the paid invoice and our terms and conditions. Per our terms, every day over...

the 30 days would be an additional charge of $15 per day. Customer did not call us for a removal of the dumpster until May **, 2016 of which at that point was told that she needed to sign the documents before we can remove the dumpster, as well as there were rental charges due for being 137 days over the 30 day rental period. Balance of $2, 069 is due as of today's date. Customer was advised to send in phone records of proof that she was calling us for a removal before the [redacted] of May. Customer refused to send anything over. We would gladly waive the rental if customer would send us over the phone records.

hey [redacted] we spoke to you yesterday and this morning ,  as we told you threw the phone you're NOT being  charged  any extra days and itll take 24 to 48 hrs for the driver to pick up.

This customer has been refunded already, minus the cancellation fee, as of March **.

The address [redacted] has put on the complaint, is not an address we have ever delivered to. We have made a delivery to [redacted] at a different location, of which my assistant company had made the delivery and has already checked the site out to confirm if the damage was done by his driver or not.

The way this business goes about their business is very unethical.  As I (along with many others who have written reviews) has stated, at no time was I told that only 1 ton would be included in the price.  I would have NEVER moved forward with a 15 yd dumpster that only included 1 ton of waste.  If I brought up the discrepancy what would have been done? From what I read you would just not pick up the dumpster (leaving it to sit in my customers yard) and charge me for every day until I agreed to sign what you had sent over.  As I have already uploaded many other complaints about the same types of issues and shady business practices.  I never authorized for you to charge my account for the "overage" fees.

I'm very upset with this company last week I call to order a dumpster and was told it be here Monday Jan 15 2018 around 12 I pm I started call asking what time was the dumpster going to show up at my house got the run around all day today is the Tuesday the 16 2018 I call them this morning still can't tell me what happened to the dumpster I also sent a email to the company

Review: I contacted Dumpster Rental on 10-**-15 to rent a dumpster for my home...They took my credit card info and charged my credit card $385.00 for delivery of a dumpster between 8:00-12:00 on 10-**-15

I called on 10-**-15 around 11:30 am and they said that I wasn't scheduled until 10-**-15 which was I lie...I spoke to a Nicole who was arrogant and not helpful, then I spoke with a Tony who said the dumpster had a broken door and they would have another one on 10-**-15, I called three times on 10-**-15 and got the run around again...needless to say I never got a dumpster and my cc was charged

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card not to be charged...

She called in on 10/**, and spoke with Tony (the manager) who advised her that there was a defect on the dumpster and we would be able to get her out a dumpster today, 10/**. He also advised her that we would give her a $25 credit for taking the dumpster today 10/**, and she was perfectly fine with that updated delivery date. I spoke with my driver as I got this complaint, and he stated that he spoke directly with [redacted], and she accepted the dumpster stating she needs it, and to place it on her property. Dumpster was dropped this morning, hours ago.

I called on 10-**-15 to inquire about my dumpster and was lied to from Nicole in dispatch saying that I did not order the dumpster for 10-**-15 that it was ordered for 10-**-15 at that time she offered a $10.00 credit....which I implied was an insult as I had someone at my home waiting for 4 hours for the delivery...they never called me to say the dumpster had a broken door which only proves that my delivery was scheduled for 10-**-15..Only after numerous phone calls to the company getting hung up on a few times I finally reached Tony who said he was a partner in the company...he listened to my complaint and made a joke about it which I didn't find amusing...He only then mentioned that the door was broken on the dumpster which once again proves I had a delivery set up for 10-**-15 and no phone call from the company informing me of this and or trying to set up a reschedule date...Tony never offered a dollar amount credit and said he would see what he could do and promised that I would have dumpster first thing in the morning of 10-**-15...I called the company once again at 8:00am on 10-**-15 only to be hung up on and got the run around that they should be there this morning buy 11:00...I mentioned that I need a phone call an hour before so someone would be there to accept the dumpster...once again no phone call 11:00 came and went..at that time I wanted to cancel the order. Finally about 11:30 my neighbor called and informed me that there was someone at my house with a dumpster and where did I want it...I asked to speak to the driver and an asked where he was from...he said he was subcontracted out...I told him to put the dumpster on the side of the house and informed me that the stuff that I had probably wouldn't fit in the dumpster that I should order a bigger one...when I called to order the dumpster I told them what kind of stuff I had and they suggested the size I purchased...if the dumpster goes over the weight they would charge me...I do not want an additional charge on my credit card from them.. After I submitted this complaint I got NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AT MY HOME AND ON MY CELL from various phone numbers in the NY AREA (as if they were trying to disguise their number so I would pick up)...Nicole (the one who was VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT to me from the bigger left a sweet little voice message (which I saved)... Even though I now have the dumpster after 2 days of torture I still feel that this company should not have a good review for their customer service skills are atrocious...and furthermore I have not received a credit on my credit card as they so said I was promised

I have spoken with this customer today in regards to this issue. The $25 credit has been issued, however, it does take 3 - 5 business days to appear back in her account. She has disputed the charges for the dumpster rental. I explained to her that she will need to un-dispute them or send us updated payment information as she now has our services and has not paid for them. She advised me she will un-dispute them as we have issued her credit to her card.

This company is absolutely horrible. I called on a Monday to have a dumpster delivered. They told me one would be delivered Tuesday morning. They called back about an hour later saying their truck broke down and it couldn't be delivered until Wednesday morning but they would give us $40 off the price. I said it was okay. We were cleaning out my mother's house who just passed away and had people there Wednesday to help with the removal of things. We called in the morning to find out exactly what time they would be there, the lady said they can't give us a time but that it would be in the afternoon. We explained that they told us morning and she said they can't give a time only that it woukd be in the afternoon now. So we waited....I called again at 2:30 only to be transferred to "dispatch" who didn't answer and voice-mail box was full so I could not leave a message. I called right back and the lady told me the truck would be there in the afternoon. I reminded her of the time and her response was that if it wasn't there yet it should be there soon because it was getting late. I called back at 4 to ask what is the latest they'd deliver and no one would answer. The dumpster never came. I called the bank and the money was pending in my account to be taken out. I called at 8am Thursday to cancel the dumpster. The lady told me she would take care of it. Then hours later I receive a call saying someone is about to drop off a dumpster. I told them I cancelled in the morning. It was a broker dumpster company is what I was told. I called back Dumpster Rental inc and told them someone was trying to deliver a dumpster when I had already cancelled. She told me that's fine I can cancel but that I would be charged a cancelation fee. I explained that they have screwed up this entire process for me and that I shouldn't be charged. She said that I opened and signed a document stating I would be charged if I cancelled. I told her I never opened or signed anything. She then told me that I did open it and so therfore have been informed of their policy. I actually did try and open the eSign thing they sent me but it never opened...I never read or signed anything. I told her I'd call my bank to stop payment and she said "I'm hanging up now go ahead and do what you need to do but I'm charging you the fee! " and then she hung up on me. I'm hoping I will be refunded from the bank the full amount, if not they are charging me 100 for nothing but mistakes on their part. This is the worst company ever and the customer service is horrific. Don't ever do business with them. I am sure the only way they make money is by charging people cancellation fees.

I paid for a dumpster and after it was paid for and the person came out he stated that it wouldn't fit in our alley way. I informed them before hand that it is a alley and me not knowing how this crap works. They did not tell me that it have to be a certain size to clear the truck. I have seen little trucks that carry these containers without a problem. They sent me a huge flipping dump truck, the driver pulls off with the dumpster without me using it. I then called the office to request a full refund and they told me it is a fee for the driver coming out (in which was not told to me nor on the contract I signed). These females are unprofessional [redacted] that need training in customer service. They still have the full amount and have returned my money!!

Review: I rented a dumpster for Friday, Nov **, 2015 with John G[redacted]. The dumpster never arrived. I was charged $618 on Nov **, 2015. I was unable to reach anyone until Monday, Nov **, 2015. On Monday, I called the office and was told that the dumpster was scheduled to be delivered today. I told the lady that I don't need it today. I am at work and it's Thanksgiving week. I will be out of town starting Wednesday. I don't need a dumpster for only Monday and Tuesday since I work. I had friends and family that were helping me on Saturday, November **.Desired Settlement: Refund

She actually called with her bank on the phone, and was refunded and satisfied with the refund when she was speaking with the bank on the phone to my accounting department.

I phoned the business first thing in the morning. I was blamed for the confusion of the delivery date and was told that I would be charged $250 for a cancellation fee. Basically, too bad, so sad for you. I then called my credit card company who suggested we call together, which we did. For some reason the gal on the phone was bending over backwards to help. (Definitely not my experience calling on my own). I had already typed up my complaint for the Revdex.com and sent it. Then I began getting harrassing phone calls again from this company trying to bully me like they did on the morning phone call, so I hung up. When I see the FULL refund, I will respond. I do not appreciate the aggressive phone calls that this company continues to make.

Review: I was quoted a price for A 15YD dumpster which included 2 tons. I agreed and paid $495. They delivered the dumpster. A week later they still did not pick up the dumpster. I called them and they said they would not pick it up until I signed the paperwork (which they NEVER emailed me). They finally emailed it to me after my call which I looked at the invoice and it said paid, and I owed nothing. So I signed it. The next day I get an email saying they are charging me $218 for OVERAGES of tons. They tried saying only 1 ton was included and charged me without any warning. When I emailed them back they were rude and unhelpful. After I researched the company and found many more complaints.Desired Settlement: I would like my $218 refunded.

[redacted] was sent the paperwork the day he placed the order which was September **, 2015. At that point he provided us an email address that was incorrect. On September **, 2015 he called in for a final removal, at which point I advised him that he had provided is the incorrect email address. [redacted] then gave me his correct email address and received the paperwork. The invoice he was sent, which was paid for, explains the breakdown of all charges. He was charged $494.00, which was for a 15 yard dumpster, which included 1 ton of waste and 14 rental days. Anything over the 1 ton, he was to pay $145 per ton over, and anything over the 14 days, he was to pay $15 per day over. When the dumpster was removed on October *, 2015 it was brought to the landfill where it weighed 2.51 tons, making the overage 1.51 tons and a charge in the amount of $218.95. When [redacted] received the paperwork, and he thought there was a discrepancy, that should have been brought to our attention at that point. [redacted] waited till he was charged the overage to bring to our attention that he as "quoted" 2 tons included. Our 15 yard dumpsters do not ever include 2 tons, they always include 1 ton. If he would have gotten a 20 yard dumpster, then there would have been 2 tons included. Or if he would have gotten a 30 yard dumpster, there would have been 3 tons included. We do not offer 2 tons in a 15 yard dumpster, ever. Upon receiving an email from [redacted], I explained to him what the charges were, and he demanded that we refund his car. I had explained to him that we will not be refunding him as we have paid out of pocket for the overage on his dumpster when we brought it to the landfill. He refused to listen to anything I had to say in the numerous emails back and forth with him.

I provided them the correct email address. They are the ones who got the email wrong. When I opened and viewed the invoice they sent to be signed, it said "Paid" with a "0" balance. I signed it because it said my balance was 0 and it had already been paid in the amount of $495.

When the customers order is put into our system, the credit card is charged and the documents are sent to the customer at the same time. There may have been a miscommunication with the sales rep and the customer, but we would not be sneaking as we are a professional 5 star company. As explained to [redacted] when he had the complaint about the overage, every dumpster company charges differently. Some charge by weight, some charge by size, others charge by weight and size. We do not include all of the customers weight in the dumpster, unless it is for concrete or dirt, of which we provide a flat rate price. [redacted] has received the documents before he had his dumpster removed, and if there was a discrepancy, he should have brought it to our attention that point, not after he had signed the documents and had his dumpster removed and brought to the landfill. Most customers don't listen to what the sales reps are telling them when they place the order, and do not understand that there is not an unlimited amount of waste included in the price, that is why we send the documents, and have them sign them, to confirm that they understand all charges. Again, we will not be refunding [redacted] as we have already paid out of pocket for his garbage from the landfill, and do have a weight ticket to prove the charges.

Review: I had contacted this company to pick up trash at my cabin. I was given two dates that someone would show up. No one came either time and I was not contacted that they did not have a truck to come.

I asked for a refund. I was told that because my credit card had been hacked and changed that I would need to be refunded by check. I was careful to be sure the address the check was to be sent to was correct, even asked them to repeat to me where they were to send the check as it was different from the service address. They sent the first check to the service address which is 100 miles from my house. I had already made two trips down to meet the truck and did not feel I should have to drive down there to get the check. I was told I would be sent another check and it has not come. I was told I would be notified when it was mailed and I have not been notified.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the amount I am owed. It would be desirable to be refunded for my two trips to meet their truck as this was 100 miles and I waited two full days for them to show up. I signed an agreement that if I did not meet their requirements I would be charged $250 and I feel it should go both ways.

Review: Sales rep [redacted] promised a dumpster I be delivered to my house on 4/**/15 that never showed up. I was charged for this and the company tried to call this a "dry run", as if they tried to deliver but I was not home. I happened to be in my front yard all day, this was a no show by Dumpster Rental, Inc.

Further investigations show that I am not the only person this happened to, sounds like a fraudulent operation.Desired Settlement: Full investigation into what is going on at dumpster rental inc. I would like to try and prevent others from falling for this scam.
