I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The company is not being truthful about the delivery date for the dumpsterThe delivery date was always the *** of March because myself , my fiance, and my dad all had that day and only that day off to clean up trash at an address miles from where we liveThis information was conveyed to the original order representativeThere are seven people in my house hold and part of this project that were aware of the delivery date agreeded upon originallyThe company upon having mechanical issues with their one truck tried to change the delivery to Tuesday the *** which I advised would not be possibleThey refused us a refund due to their problems of mechanical failureHowever we are not paying for a service not rendered on the ***.Their own supervisor advised if a dumpster did not get to our address of delivery on Monday we would get a full refund Supposedly these conversations are recorded I called twice on Friday the *** , five times on Monday the *** and once on Tuesday the ***....even my contractor talked with the driver on TuesdayThey have no signed documents because I never signed them nor did my fianceThey have multiple complains just like this on their websiteWish I had read them first.Taking money for no service is fraudulent activity

*** called our company to place an order for a dumpster to be delivered on 10/**She called in on 10/**, and spoke with Tony (the manager) who advised her that there was a defect on the dumpster and we would be able to get her out a dumpster today, 10/**He also advised her that we would give
her a $credit for taking the dumpster today 10/**, and she was perfectly fine with that updated delivery dateI spoke with my driver as I got this complaint, and he stated that he spoke directly with ***, and she accepted the dumpster stating she needs it, and to place it on her propertyDumpster was dropped this morning, hours ago

The reason I was done with the dumpster was because the discrepancy wasn't being taken care ofAgain I was trying to explain this to the different people they were passing me fromRegardless, I asked for the issue to be resolved, it wasn'tI then asked that the dumpster be taken because the discrepancy wasn't being taken care ofI had to call a second time to confirm that it was leaving as the dumpster sat onsite until this morning when it was finally taken.

We have contacted our assistant company who delivered this dumpster for usThey are currently looking into the situation, and will take proper steps to make sure if this is damage done by their driver/truck, they will be sure to get this fixed

Frist He assured me that the dumpster would be there on Friday the *** of octand that it would arrive at or 3:that afternoon, as I said it did not show up and I had to rent a truck and trailer and pay extra to my helpers for the wait and extra work, when he was telling me this my phone was on speaker and so we all heard him say it would be there, at no time during any of the calls I made did anyone say that they did not make same day deliveries I would not have ordered it if they hadI knew they did not deliver on weekends but that is when I wanted to use it and have it picked up on Monwhen I talked to him on the 3rd he still did not mention it he said it was up to the driverI do have that conversation on my phone, I can email that to you I do not know how else to send itHe also said he recorded his calls so you could get it from him if he knows how to send it other then an emailI also did not say I was canceling I told the lady I talked to that I was not canceling that she could call it what she wanted so I could get my full refundshe choose to say I canceled.

I was told a dumpster would be delivered on 4-**-I got a call saying it may be delayed until the morning of the ***, the dumpster never showed up on the ***On the *** I called again, they said it had been delivered to the wrong address and that it would be there "shortly" the dumpster never showed up! On the *** after talking to several (and some rude people) I was told they were backed up and would not be able to deliver the dumpster until next weekat this point I canceled the orderthe total charged to my card was $682.50, they have only refunded me $Why should I pay $for something never delivered or used??

Customer placed order on 6/** to be delivered on 6/**When sales rep put the order in Dispatch advised the rep that schedule was already full for 6/**, therefore we could not deliver until 6/**Sales rep confirmed with customer that it would be okay for the dumpster to be delivered on 6/**When
the driver arrived at the site, the customer turned the driver awayPer our terms and conditions, there is a $cancellation fee

The way this business goes about their business is very unethical As I (along with many others who have written reviews) has stated, at no time was I told that only ton would be included in the price I would have NEVER moved forward with a yd dumpster that only included ton of waste If I brought up the discrepancy what would have been done? From what I read you would just not pick up the dumpster (leaving it to sit in my customers yard) and charge me for every day until I agreed to sign what you had sent over As I have already uploaded many other complaints about the same types of issues and shady business practices I never authorized for you to charge my account for the "overage" fees

we have pictures of the trash that was in the dumpster, which I believe is more than word of mouth to prove that there was trash mixed with the roofing material in the dumpster

I called on 10-**-to inquire about my dumpster and was lied to from Nicole in dispatch saying that I did not order the dumpster for 10-**-that it was ordered for 10-**-at that time she offered a $credit....which I implied was an insult as I had someone at my home waiting for hours for the delivery...they never called me to say the dumpster had a broken door which only proves that my delivery was scheduled for 10-**-15..Only after numerous phone calls to the company getting hung up on a few times I finally reached Tony who said he was a partner in the company...he listened to my complaint and made a joke about it which I didn't find amusing...He only then mentioned that the door was broken on the dumpster which once again proves I had a delivery set up for 10-**-and no phone call from the company informing me of this and or trying to set up a reschedule date...Tony never offered a dollar amount credit and said he would see what he could do and promised that I would have dumpster first thing in the morning of 10-**-15...I called the company once again at 8:00am on 10-**-only to be hung up on and got the run around that they should be there this morning buy 11:00...I mentioned that I need a phone call an hour before so someone would be there to accept the dumpster...once again no phone call 11:came and went..at that time I wanted to cancel the orderFinally about 11:my neighbor called and informed me that there was someone at my house with a dumpster and where did I want it...I asked to speak to the driver and an asked where he was from...he said he was subcontracted out...I told him to put the dumpster on the side of the house and informed me that the stuff that I had probably wouldn't fit in the dumpster that I should order a bigger one...when I called to order the dumpster I told them what kind of stuff I had and they suggested the size I purchased...if the dumpster goes over the weight they would charge me...I do not want an additional charge on my credit card from themAfter I submitted this complaint I got NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AT MY HOME AND ON MY CELL from various phone numbers in the NY AREA (as if they were trying to disguise their number so I would pick up)...Nicole (the one who was VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT to me from the bigger left a sweet little voice message (which I saved)Even though I now have the dumpster after days of torture I still feel that this company should not have a good review for their customer service skills are atrocious...and furthermore I have not received a credit on my credit card as they so said I was promised

Our company has an ad for $starting price for our dumpstersNothing is a "come on." Customer was sent the documents explaining that she was to pay for any day after days, and was to call for the removal as we do not automatically remove the dumpsterCustomer is claiming she was told we

I had a very ill experience with this companyI chose this company for residential service use of large dumpster to dispose of household/construction wasteI was getting some construction done to my homeI contacted the sales repand explained my purpose for seeking the companies servicesThe repasked about other companies I considered and I shared this information along with quoted prices from other companiesThe sales repagreed to allow me to rent the dumpster that include delivery piand any overage fees in one priceIt was my understanding from this representative that the almost $price would be inclusive of overage feesThis is why I chose this company over the other companies because of this agreementI was told that I would receive an electronic agreement to signI ordered the dumpster on June *** and I didn't receive an invoice to sign until July ***I gave the representative my credit card information and I was promised a delivery date on a Friday, which was days away from my original callOn the promised delivery date, the dumpster had not been deliveredThe payment for the services had already cleared my bank but I never signed an agreement about the terms and conditions because the agreement was not originally sent to me as promisedI made several attempts to contact the representative, who by the way called me on his cell phone, so of course he would not recieve my phone callI finally made contact with someone and the dumpster was delivered a week later than promisedI kept the dumpster from June *** to July ***I had to call the company to pick the dumpster upI didn't receive an invoice about my agreement until after the dumpster was picked up, not when originally agreedThen after picking up the dumpster, my credit card was charged an additional $I still don't know whyI called and inquired about the additional $and was told that this was overage costs and that I did not owe anything elseToday, months later, I received an invoice to my email account indicating that $was taken out of my account without my permissionI phoned customer service to inquire about thisThe representative was very rude and indicated that I signed a contract stating that I would be responsible for any overage fundsI was told that the company has been trying to collect the $overage funds since July of last yearI asked why I was not notified of this until now because I was told that my balance was paid in fullThe repkept stating that I signed an original agreement inidicating that I would be responsible for overage fundsI asked the repwhy I didn't receive a bill or a phone call stating that I owed a balanceThe repstated this $fee to my account since July of last yearThis is the worst customer service experience everI feel like there are some illegal practices going on with this companyCustomers are not well-informed about serivices provided and no one should have the right to withdraw money from a bank account six months after dealing with the company without the customers knowledgeThe customer was told after paying an additional $for overage and pickup that no balance was due and then six months later to have someone begin to take money from your bank account without your knowledge, nor was I notified that I had a balance dueThis has to be illegal practicesThe representative for this company hung up in my face when I was trying to resolve this issue with her over the phoneVery poor customer service practicesI would never use this company again
