I paid for a dumpster and after it was paid for and the person came out he stated that it wouldn't fit in our alley wayI informed them before hand that it is a alley and me not knowing how this crap worksThey did not tell me that it have to be a certain size to clear the truckI have seen little trucks that carry these containers without a problemThey sent me a huge flipping dump truck, the driver pulls off with the dumpster without me using itI then called the office to request a full refund and they told me it is a fee for the driver coming out (in which was not told to me nor on the contract I signed)These females are unprofessional *** *** that need training in customer serviceThey still have the full amount and have returned my money!!

The reason I was done with the dumpster was because the discrepancy wasn't being taken care ofAgain I was trying to explain this to the different people they were passing me from
Regardless, I asked for the issue to be resolved, it wasn'tI then asked that the dumpster be taken because the discrepancy wasn't being taken care ofI had to call a second time to confirm that it was leaving as the dumpster sat onsite until this morning when it was finally taken.

I found them online and ordered them from a phone number thereIf they did not take orders on Saturday we would have never done business I tried several times to call the number the "assistant company" gave me to reach themThey(the assistant company) can document that I called several times expressing displeasure that I could not reach them (Dumpster, Inc)I was not aware of a contract until I finally heard from someone after multiple calls for removalI was then told that they would not remove the dumpster unless I signedI signed the contract but not termsI called to let them know they had a typo on the time period Some time later they assessed late feesI called to explain that this was not my original deal with the person who made the arrangementThe manager acknowledged that it was unfortunate that I was given faulty information but because I signed that they were going to charge me anywayI feel I have been deliberately tricked as the verbal agreement before the dumpster was delivered was not honored and I was forced to sign to have the dumpster removedThey feel no obligation to honor the original dealI was coerced to sign the contract by the need to have the dumpster removedAt the time, I thought that despite the inability to communicate with them that perhaps they were just badly organized and still in good faith, so I signed and followed up to let them know about the typo in the termsI see in the record that this is not the first time a situation like this has arisen with this company I don't mind pay the amount we originally agreed uponI do mind being charged for the extra fees because they are not honoring the original agreement, I was forced to sign a contract with different terms, they were nearly impossible to reach, and they should have picked up the dumpster or contacted me if they legitimately thought my time was up on the unsigned contract

I called on 10-**-to inquire about my dumpster and was lied to from Nicole in dispatch saying that I did not order the dumpster for 10-**-that it was ordered for 10-**-at that time she offered a $credit....which I implied was an insult as I had someone at my home waiting for hours for the delivery...they never called me to say the dumpster had a broken door which only proves that my delivery was scheduled for 10-**-15..Only after numerous phone calls to the company getting hung up on a few times I finally reached Tony who said he was a partner in the company...he listened to my complaint and made a joke about it which I didn't find amusing...He only then mentioned that the door was broken on the dumpster which once again proves I had a delivery set up for 10-**-and no phone call from the company informing me of this and or trying to set up a reschedule date...Tony never offered a dollar amount credit and said he would see what he could do and promised that I would have dumpster first thing in the morning of 10-**-15...I called the company once again at 8:00am on 10-**-only to be hung up on and got the run around that they should be there this morning buy 11:00...I mentioned that I need a phone call an hour before so someone would be there to accept the dumpster...once again no phone call 11:came and went..at that time I wanted to cancel the orderFinally about 11:my neighbor called and informed me that there was someone at my house with a dumpster and where did I want it...I asked to speak to the driver and an asked where he was from...he said he was subcontracted out...I told him to put the dumpster on the side of the house and informed me that the stuff that I had probably wouldn't fit in the dumpster that I should order a bigger one...when I called to order the dumpster I told them what kind of stuff I had and they suggested the size I purchased...if the dumpster goes over the weight they would charge me...I do not want an additional charge on my credit card from themAfter I submitted this complaint I got NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AT MY HOME AND ON MY CELL from various phone numbers in the NY AREA (as if they were trying to disguise their number so I would pick up)...Nicole (the one who was VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT to me from the bigger left a sweet little voice message (which I saved)Even though I now have the dumpster after days of torture I still feel that this company should not have a good review for their customer service skills are atrocious...and furthermore I have not received a credit on my credit card as they so said I was promised

We as well have proof of contacting DS DisposalWe have a written email that requests the final removal of the containerCustomers account is closed out and paid in fullCustomer was not charged for rental time, or over tonnageI am not sure why customer is writing a Revdex.com complaining about the dumpster being on the property later than expected, when no additional charges have occurredDumpster has been removed, account has been closed out

I called the company to rent a dumpster and we were assured by the representative that the dumpster could be either placed on driveway or at the curbwe the driver got to location he said it was impossible to drop the dumpster either on drive(too small) or at the curbthey took the empty dumpster back right the away, but charged us $

I am one of the scammed victim by this Dumpster Rental Company. I ordered 30-yard dumpster for $525 on the phone. They delivered 23yard dumpster the next day without my appearance. They then sent me the invoice for 25-yard charge for the same amount.
This company is truly the scammer. Be aware of them.

We will not settle for less than 50% of what is owed.

[redacted] has quite a few dumpsters rented with us. He signed the documents for each and every dumpster he had rented. On these documents, it explains that there is a certain amount of waste included in the price, as well as a certain amount of days. Anything over what was included in the price...

customer agreed by signing the documents, to pay the overages. Customer was charged for over rental days as well as over weight on the dumpsters rented. When customer signed the documents, he agreed to allow us to charge the credit card on file for any and all overages that may occur for his account.

Customer called on 7/** to have dumpster removed. It does take us 24-48 hours to remove the dumpster, which in this case, we picked up the next day. Customer was already 5 days over on the rental when they called on 7/**, and the charge is $15.00 per day. Customer did call today, and explained to...

Nicole that they had the dumpster delivered a day late, therefore a credit of $15.00 was issued to the customers credit card. Also, our policy is $100.00 cancellation fee for any cancellations on the customers behalf, we do not charge $100.00 for any changes to the order.

Customer called to have dumpster delivered on June *. When order was sent to dispatch, the schedule was already booked for that date. The sales rep then called the customer back and asked if Monday June * would be ok for delivery. Customer advised it would be fine. Customer then called on June * and...

cancelled the dumpster as she was told the dumpster would be there first thing in the morning, and we do not promise a time here as this is the trucking industry. Customer was refunded minus the cancellation fee, of which was discounted from $2*0.

Driver was at location on June ** between the hours of 8 am and 12 noon. Customer did not leave placement instructions, therefore we do not just drop the dumpster at any location on the property without the customers approval. Drive is not responsible to knock on customers door, as driver does have a schedule to follow that needs to be completed in a timely manner.

 I provided them the correct email address.  They are the ones who got the email wrong.  When I opened and viewed the invoice they sent to be signed, it said "Paid" with a "0" balance.  I signed it because it said my balance was 0 and it had already been paid in the amount of $495.
