on 4/27 I contacted earnin to update my bank info, I had not been using the app since 02/2022. There were two debits that were supposed to go through and then I would be able to close out my account. I contacted support to setup a debit for the full $154.50 which was two different debits that added up to that; we set it up for 5/9/22, then literally the next day they overdrew my bank for the full 154.50. This messed up other things besides what I had going on with earnin. So, I contacted them again and the rep said that I would have to wait until it posted in my bank. Okay not a problem, couple days later I contact support again because it posted, the next rep tells me I have to wait until it posts in the earnin app and that could take a few more days. Fast forward to 5/6/22 and it clearly shows its posted in the earnin app as well. I contacted support again on the app and the first rep was not helpful at all and did not let me know what was going on they took over 10 minutes to respond to me to let me know they were still there even. They transferred me to another rep and did not tell me they were doing so, then I waited another 12 min for this new rep to even acknowledge me. The final rep just keeps going in circles about the situation and not addressing the issue. I just want my money back.

I am an Earnin Express member. Debits are only supposed to be taken from my Direct Deposit. Since 1/22 unauthorized debits began showing up requiring me to call each pay period to have the problem resolved. I am met with apologies and promises that they know about the problem and their engineers are working on it and it won’t happen again. I was credited back 204.00 on 3/19 for an incorrect debit on 3/18 but they later reversed it on 4/1. They still owe me 102.00 from an incorrect debit. Something happen to their system in January. They are no longer using emails to resolve problems only chat which is very inefficient. I would use caution using this company until they fix their problems.

Although, there have been issues and what company doesn't, I have been happy with each outcome.

Also, I love the dynamics of the company as to how, you do the tipping instead of charging an enormous fee that families in need can't handle.

I love this company! I've been using them for good 2yrs, and I never had an issue. I see a lot of negative reviews, but this is the customers responsibility to have the money to pay back when you set up your account. If you don't have the money; don't borrow the money. Be responsible for your own actions, and stop blaming Earnin for your financial mistakes. Their customer service is great! Carl is amazing.

Have no issues with this app. Ive used it several times and it helps me tremendously during the pandemic (my hours got cut). Thank you!

Short, sweet, and got the job done. My question was answered with a direct response, and I was back to my day.

I have used Earnin for quite a while. With exceptional customer service, not once have they let me down.
I do have issues at times where they cannot recognize my direct deposit dates , however they resolve the issue fast and painless.

At times I wish they trusted me more with larger withdrawals since I get paid $4800 a month but they only trust me with $100 to $150 . I guess over time this will change for the best. Other then that earnin rocks

The Earnin app and service is really great. After some system upgrades, it takes a little extra clicking to reach customer service chats, but they are great to work with and timely. Kudos to Christianne Neil and her team for their great srrvice! Highly recommended for those in between times before paychecks arrive and paying bills on time.

This company is great. Very helpful customer service reps, and when I switched jobs, they were right there to help me update, and get me up and running.

Honestly this app is awesome!! If used responsibly it really has helped. I see negative reviews about change of debits etc if you don't have the money don't borrow the money problem solved it isn't the companies fault for your personal situations. Would highly recommend the app to friends and family.

Taking money that was not owed causing overdrafts emotional distress and a payment to another company to be returned.
I made the mistake of using this company for paycheck advances everything went well until I had some covid related financial issues . I had asked this company to push back debits again and they refused taking everything I had in repayment and causing 2 overdraft fees in the process but collecting in full . Two weeks later when I'm finally getting back on my feet they again make withdrawals for money that isn't owed ! Now they have taken money they aren't owed out of my bank account that they don't have permission to access leaving me with no money and a payment to another company that will be returned because of their poor business practices. Currently I'm waiting in vain for customer service to try to get my money back but They don't seem to be answering .

I personally love Earning it has been a lifesaver specially in rough times.
