I e been using my Earnin IPhone App for several months. Yes there were a few bugs and it was frustrating getting accounts synced but mostly due to their incredible security screening. Once verified I've never had an issue in obtaining funds deposited directly into my account during the couple of times I really needed them.
Recently after an IOS update my account had to be reverified and updated to the newest version which was confusing. I contacted Earnin customer services and the Rep patiently walked me thru the process of updating and reverifying my identity.
The ONLY issue I have is I'll periodically receive emails to inform me of an increase of fund availability only to follow link or go to app and it's not increased but that's a minor bug that doesn't take away from my review. I recommend Earnin to anyone!!

I have tried many payday advance loans, traditional and online... Of ALL of them, Earnin is by far the absolute best. No monthly membership fees or ANY fees actually, they'll work out a payment arrangement if you can't pay them back the full amount, and if you work from home, they'll STILL help you as long as u send in ur timeshares weekly. Most other payday advance, especially brick and morter charge insane fees. Some even memberships. Most apps even charge 1.00 membership fee and have 75 to 100 limit. Earnins limit is 550.00 I believe? All they request is a tip, I tip 10% usually... but thats optional but helps them stay open and the money is instantly available! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Customer service chat reps are amazing too. Very easy to get ahold of, very knowledgable and helpful too. Use no other but EARNIN'!!!!

This app has helped me out so much! The customer service is excellent. I love that I now have something I can use instead of getting advances from my company. Customer service Noriza was absolutely amazing she fixed my bank issue right away.

Earnin is one of the most helpful app/companies that I've ever encountered!! They are so helpful in every way from being short on cash and needing a quick bit of help to if there is an issue their on hand employees help you in every way possible to get your info secure and back to working! Earnin updated my employer to unemployed and deposited money into my account without my authorization.
I asked to have my account cancelled in Jan. 2020 I deleted the app and haven't used it since. Last week in may I noticed they had deposited 100 dollars into my account then withdrew it 5 days later and now my account is over drawn. I never downloaded the app to ask for the money. So I contact customer service and the lady tells me that I updated my employer to unemployed and the money was taken out when my account got low. But I haven't had the app downloaded in 5 months. Thought my account was cancelled haven't had any activities on the account in 5 months but they say I updated the information.
I would like my overdraft fees and overdrafts paid for. And my account cancelled.
We have collaborated with the community member and have issued a refund for the overdraft fee.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accepted the refund of my overdraft fee and the deletion of all my information from their system.

Great service, it puts you in control to be able to move funds around between pay days as needed, no pressure and no hastle ever put on you, you tip as what you can afford and excellent customer service and response time always! It's like a safety cushion between pay checks for bills or unexpected expenses that always pop up, much less expensive than pay day loans and high interest rates, truly a great public service app!

Earnin is a great source for those living pay check to paycheck and for emergencies. They don't over charge you to receive money and you tip what you feel is fair. Their customer service team response time and professionalism is truly amazing!
