Earnin promises to protect your bank account from receiving fees such as overdraft but upon their debitting action caused my account being negative
After earnin debited my account I was put into the negative. These people obviously screw up people's bank accounts. As a result I would like to see their business shut down.

Desired Outcome

I would like earnin to shut down my account and leave me and my bank alone. Their business needs to stop.

When this community member last contacted us about their debits, the debits in question were still in the processing phase on the date they were meant to be debited. We do have the ability to reschedule debits, but the community member must reach out to us at least three business days before the scheduled debit to ensure it is not already sent to the bank. Since our last interaction, we see that the debits in question have been returned to the bank. These debits to Earnin remain unpaid and have no been debited from the community member's bank account.

They took there payment a day early and caused 3 NSF fees from my bank and now I'm overdrawn.
I have emailed proof that they were suppose to take out our payment on the 31st and they decided to take it out a day early on the 30th, and caused me 3 NSF fees totaling *** I'm now negative and they will not pay for those NSF fees when it's there fault! They owe me back that money!

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund of *** to cover my fees

They advertise as a company who will give you your paycheck the day you earn it. In turn you pay them back and leave a tip. I have been using this app since September. In November I had issues with it. They couldn't connect to my bank. I emailed customer service and no one had any help for me. Then they overdrafted my account. After that it started working again however since I messaged them and told them I was upset with their customer service they are lowering my max every pay out of spite. I leave tips, I don't overdraft my account. The only time I overdrafted it was their fault. This company is a complete scam and is not at all what they advertise for.

Desired Outcome

I want them to make it right with me as their customer they should be doing whatever it takes to keep customers. Not treat them like dirt.

We never dictate Max amounts based on personal interactions.

All Earnin community members start with a $100 pay period and daily Max. Your pay period Max can range from $50-$500 based on your use of the app, spending, and the health of your bank account.

Here are some tips to increase your Max:

Maintain a positive bank balance and avoid overdraft fees
Spend less money than you make
Have enough money in your bank account to cover our scheduled debits

Maxes help make sure that we don't cause overdraft fees when we take back your most recent Cash Out on payday.

I've been a customer of Earnin for a few years and every conversation I have had with a representative has been pleasant, friendly, professional and quick! Jovanni was no exception tonight! I believe the rep I spoke with the other day name Cherry...or maybe Sherry. She was very nice & PATIENT!!!! My phone was acting crazy and kept timing out so I had to keep going back into the app and signing in etc. They both deserve rewards/awards! (Sorry I deleted the last email) Moving forward I will always take the time to acknowledge you all's awesome service!

I'm choosing this rating because the service I received from support was truly top notch and superior. They were very helpful and responded very quickly to my request for help with my earnings by updating my work location due to me not working at the office location but rather working at the property that the company I work for manages. The staff was very professional and courteous. So anyone who says that customer service support is slow or non responsive to help requests is either neglecting some fields, doing something wrong or may not be satisfied with their results because the answer they got wasn't what they think things should be. Example, took three days or longer for the their account to finalize setup or to get paid which is clearly stated in writing that its standard due to the time it takes most banks to verify your information. Also states you have the option to link your debt or credit card to your account, which says this option allows you to receive your money in minutes rather than days and it also happens to be free. They also offer cashback on purchases if you link a card. I'm satisfied with the app and satisfied with the Earnin team. Thank you Earnin!!"

Was told my max would be increased after a few uses. As asked they wont increase max as advertised, and told by support. Falsely advertised.
I've been with earnin since the beginning of my job since towards the beginning of last year. I've paid all dues owed from the times used, and I've been told by support after a few uses they would increase my max. I'm a consistent loyal user, and I advocate for them to grow within my company, yet even after contacting them, they will not increase my max as i've been told would take place soon since my account through them has been reviewed positively. Yet, still no increase on max, and I very well need it very much in order to get my car fixed. I'm not asking for the full 500 max, but at least 200. I feel as i've done a beyond fair job on my end keeping to my paybacks on time as expected biweekly.

Desired Outcome

I would like my max to be increased to at least 200 of the 500 or 300 of the 500 would justly turn my experience with the company into a positive one. As I've been told several times it would after a few weeks using them and now it has been several months. I will be able to payback without issues when it is due back on payday. I'm just trying to utilize the app as advertised and expect as a loyal client to be able to fully utilize it in order for both the business and I to get what is earned with my earnin credits being *** right now. I should be able to access at least 200 of the

There are many factors in which your Max can increase or decrease. Some examples include bank balance, direct deposit amounts, and how frequently you use the app, among many other factors our engineers have in place to protect our community members' financial situation.

We apologize that this community member is having trouble logging into their account. After reviewing their previous chats, we do not see they were informed that someone other than the community member themselves is using their account. However, we do see that one of our advocates has reached out and is awaiting a response. We urge this community member to check their email and follow the steps provided by our advocate so we can appropriately troubleshoot their problem.

Customer support promptly assisted me with the issue I was having. It was an all around amazing experience! I have yet to have an issue with any of the services they offer and in times of need they come in handy. I wont stop using this service, it's the extra money I need from time to time.
