Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I'm an educated professional and I was never told this was any sort of contract or was given time, or told about signing anythingThe sales rep was extremely pushy for me to get the deposit in so she could lock in that price which she proceeded to say was not going to be a penny moreShe then said when I asked about their day cancellation, she said it would not apply to me because my move date was within the days meaning, in daysShe said it would not apply to me and I still had days to cancel and be fully refunded by federal lawWhen I called the next day to add items they racked up their estimate to $after they promised that it would not be a penny more originallyI refused to pay them and contract their services because I have read many complaints from customers with my same exact situationWhen I requested a cancelation the rep refused to cancel and continue to push me to get a better rate, he was very persistent and rudeThey refused to cancel at that time and placed the move on hold for a year and kept my $deposit for a service I did not useThis is stealing money out of pretenses, I requested the person to listen to the call so he could hear that rep lying to me and they refused to do thatThey threatened me when I told them I would complain on their practices and heres the email I received from another rude employeeLet me clarify they are not a moving company, but a broker and do not disclose that to you at frontI have not signed or agreed with their new estimate therefore there is no contract, if I don't agree with their new priceEmail : [redacted] [redacted] *** In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I wouldn't have went with this company at all if I had know they were going to lie continuously and up my prove after taking control of my belongingsSo, how can their employee to get business misrepresent what the companies policies are? We apologize for any inconvenience to the customerPrior to the move, our Quality Assurance department spoke with the customer to reconfirm their inventory to ensure no additional items or overages at pick-up The carrier assigned for the move arrived at the pilocation as scheduledUpon arrival, the carrier noticed the customer had additional items that weren't on the inventory list and double the load size than what was agreed upon onAccording to regulation, the carrier provided the customer with a revised written estimate for the additional cost of the extra items from the customerPrior to loading the inventory, customer refused the services from the movers and cancelled the move while the movers were presentDuring the pick-up, the customer spoke with our dispatcher, but refused to negotiate or continue with the moveBecause of this, the customer was made aware of the forfeit of depositPlease see the clause below from the agreement:Upon carrier arriving within the daypick up window ready to render services agreed on original order, If customerhas more items or more services than what was on the original estimate andcustomer does not allow carrier to perform services, or refuses carrier’sservices that was originally signed and agreed upon by customer, customerunderstands that he or she is forfeiting the deposit made for the services andthat refunds under these circumstances will not be madeIf customer agrees tomake a deal directly with carrier, and the customer does not advise ApolloRelocation Services Incof such actions, he or she will forfeit deposit and norefunds will be issued

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I FORMALLY DO NOT ACCEPT RESOLUTION OF THIS MATTER based on the information in my complaint and the information belowPROPOSED REMEDIATION: As of today, [redacted] February 2016, Apollo remains in breach of contractMany of my items have been in transit for over business days at this pointOther items were damaged, destroyed or are still missingRequesting final and prompt delivery of my possessions and refund of at least ½ of the $1,($925.00) I paid to Apollo Relocation Services and their sub-contractors.IN RESPONSE TO YOUR EMAIL:Apollo’s statement that, “ As per the carrier the customer was delivered, but by accident the carrier left about (4) boxes in their truck ” is inaccurateMost of my possessions were delivered but not all of themThe boxes they did deliver were delivered very late, and cost me money as they contained items critical to my occupation that I was needlessly forced to replace due to non-delivery by the Apollo sub-contractorWhen those items were delivered about ½ of the items needed to be disposed of – Brooks Brothers shirts at about $– so a $loss thereAdditionally, I am still missing a lamp that I was told was destroyed, at least one box containing a pair of new sneakers and about Brooks Brothers ties – conservatively they cost $each so that alone has cost me $1,Additionally my butcher block – valued at about $- was delivered broken and had to be replacedMy guitar was delivered broken and may not be salvageable and most of my dishes arrived broken - Service for is now service for Regarding Apollo’s statement that, “ Since most of the customer's items were delivered, the contract was not breached; regarding the business daysThe carrier then confirmed a time with the customer for the delivery of the boxes and the customer didn’t show up until about an hour and a half later ” THIS STATEMENT IS NOT TRUEI made multiple arrangements with the carrier and they did not show up or call each time - a total of 7-timesI left work early to meet them on three different occasions and woke up early in the AM to meet them at least twice – every time no call and no showThat was the case until last Friday [redacted] FebruaryOn that day – well beyond the agreed upon business day delivery period - I was at a restaurant with my parents when I received a call from someone who had been working late in the office who indicated that “ someone was trying to reach me urgently.” It was 7:PM ETShe gave me the numberI called back and it was the movers calling me at work (not on my cell as they were asked to do) letting me know they were in front of my buildingNo prior notice at all – they just showed upI had to leave dinner to meet themSo since what I do have was delivered on [redacted] February – well after the day period – and many of my belongings are still not here (as of February) Apollo remains in breach of our agreement.Regarding, “If the customer has any missing/damaged items the customer would have to file a claim.” If Apollo would like to send me the link and instructions on making a claim I can file a claim for the numerous damaged items and missing possessionsThey can post that information here.In response to their comment that, “If the customer has any questions he can give us a call at ###-###-#### where one of our representatives can assist him.” I would like to note again that I have made multiple calls to Apollo related to this matter and when their representatives could not resolve the issue, I repeatedly requested calls back from senior Customer Service (Director or VP)I have received no responseMy last interaction with Apollo was related to you in my initial claim – that interaction was what ultimately prompted me to file this complaint with the Revdex.comI’ve recounted that interaction for you below as a reminder.ISSUE NUMBER FROM MY ORIGIONAL COMPLAINT DATED [redacted] JANUARY: “On Wednesday [redacted] January I again contacted Apollo Relocation Services (Jessica this time) and explained the movers had again not called or shown up as promised, and that I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and the sub-contractorI asked for a refund and to speak with a senior staff memberShe would not grant either requestI asked for a contact in their legal departmentShe denied that request as wellI asked how she intended to resolve this situationShe remained silentI asked when I could expect my remaining items be deliveredShe indicated she could not comment on that eitherShe finally did agree to request that her supervisor – Seth – contact meThat was an hour ago and I have not heard back.”PROPOSED REMEDIATION: As of today, [redacted] February 2016, Apollo REMAINS in breach of contractMany of my items have been in transit for over business days at this pointOther items were damaged, destroyed or are still missingRequesting final and prompt delivery of my possessions and refund of at least ½ of the $1,($925.00) I paid to Apollo Relocation Services and their sub-contractors In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We apologize for any inconvenience the customer has experienced We contacted the Human Resource department for the company that we contracted for her move We spoke with them and they filed a formal complaint against the moverThe mover has been reprimanded and put on a temporary leaveHe will be retrained in areas such as harassment before he is allowed to return to work As for the delay in delivery, the customer was given an estimated delivery time of five (5) days As stated in our contract “ [redacted] : Based on the load and mileage of your move, delivery may take anywhere from 1-business daysWest coast1-Mid-west 1-East Coast 1-These estimated windows begin on the first day of the shipper’s availabilityGoods may be warehoused before deliveryAny situations on delivery such as, no delivery before or after a certain time, or no weekend delivery may cause your delivery schedule to go past the estimated time and may incur additional feesIn the event of any conflict between the Bill of Lading and the terms of any estimate, the terms of the Bill of Lading shall controlThe estimated price listed on this agreement is based on a flexible schedule as well as accessible conditions at both pickup and delivery locationsEstimated time of arrival is determined by many factors beyond the control of any carrier and Apollo Relocation Services Incsuch as traffic, weather, mechanical, and any acts of God.” As for the incident in which the carrier called the customers grandmother, the customer stated in her complaint that the phone number was off by 1-digit We do apologize for that inconvenience, however, that is a simple mistake that anyone could makeIt is on file that the operator gave the customer claims information via the phone because she called into the company about damaged itemsWe will have a manager in the Customer Care department email the customer the claims information as wellWe apologize again for any inconvenience Apollo Relocation Services is here to answer any other questions or concerns the customer may have We await her callRespectfully, Apollo Relocation Services ###-###-####
