I received a phone call from the company telling me that they moved some things around in order to get my things sent to me tomorrow nightThey then asked that I remove my complaint on here as "middle ground" for getting my things deliveredI asked for the money off that I requestedThey put me on holdWhen they came on they denied the request for money taken off my BillThen they said they would not be delivering my things tomorrow and did not know when it would be delivered.

We did not have confirmation from the carrier that they were coming by the close of the business day on the 2nd day of the scheduled move and therefore we had no choice but to act accordingly that they were not comingNO confirmation that they were coming by the close of business on the 2nd scheduled date was made (8pm EST is the close of the company's business and therefore no one was taking calls) At 7:50pm a call was made to the business and they still had not reached contact with the driver stating he must be on his phone which was the same excuse we had been receiving since 2pm that afternoon They gave us a last time at 9pm and when we asked what we are to do if they do not come as the business is closed they guaranteed the driver would be there by then(hours after the first time given)Calls were made every hour and recorded on the voicemail of the company that the driver had not arrived after 8pm as no one was there to respond or answer the phone, a call was made at 11:informing the company they did not meet their contract and we needed to find other arrangements for our move.This therefore breaches the contract signed because no contact was made with a carrier within the day window by the close of business on the 2nd dayNo carrier was confirmed or contacted us until a man showed up at the doorThe last call made to the business was 7:pm and they still had no contact with the driver This was clearly not met and there is no reason why a simple call from the carrier/driver could have been made to inform us of the time and that they were still coming You can not claim "traffic and other issues" when hours difference from the provided time and the actual time of arrival without a single phone callTHE BUSINESS NEVER made a call to us and we had to call them multiple time to get any information.As for the company offering a rescheduled date, we can not change our move out date due to being called to active duty and needing to be at the station so the offer to have this company reschedule the move is not an option and we would not trust this company anywayWe had to quickly pack a Budget truck and move it ourselvesTherefore we had to make other arrangements to get our move completed.
Showing up to someone's house at 11:pm is not acceptable without any call or confirmation that someone was coming, especially since that last time given was a clear 9pm guarantee by the business office This move could not have taken place within this business day even if we let the men into our house so late at night at 11:pm

Since the customer chose to cancel within the cancellation window and a truck and carrier was already dispatched, the customer is unfortunately ineligible for a refund, as stated on our cancellation policy three (3) times before a customer electronically signs for the agreement

We attempted to provide the service however the client choose not tobe present or have a representative their to sign for the shipment as per Transportation statutes dictate so the movers were unable to perform the service and isince it was the clients mistake we cannot refund the deposit which was
used to cover expenses of dispatching the movers

I find it fascinating that Apollo relocation basically only addressed one aspect of my complaintWhat aboutclaim by Napoleon that they would have an assigned truck for my move, available on the day I wanted to moveI really wish I had that conversation recordedThey get you to pay the deposit by luring you in with claims such as thisOnce you pay the deposit, you are stuck. Terrible communication: Apollo relocation was entirely clueless regarding the details of the move, including up to the date of the moveThey are a broker company so they essentially work with third party movers (Legion express in this case) who does not care at all about your moveMoving company did not show up on the initial expected move dateHad to cancel flight, and pay for a new flight. The moving company showed up on the last day of the lease with a form that requires signature stating they have 2-business days for your moveI have no option but to sign this form as my lease ended that day and I had no other optionThey did not inform me of this business day window prior to this. business days is essentially weeks in real timeThe movers did not deliver my goods for daysI started a new job shortly after moving and had to purchase new work clothes. Legion Express movers delivered goods, many items of which were broken including a business desk, glasses, broken floor lampThe legion express mover made me pay cash firstAfter he received payment he brought in the items and refused to mention anything about their broken state until questionedAn honest straight forward person would mention this prior to payment. Contract with Apollo relocation service was for white glove service, disassembly and reassemblyThe mover alexander refused to reassemble the remaining intact desk. "So called movers": The actual movers were Alexander, his wife, and roughly year old kid who sat in the *** truckThese were not professional movers, something which we paid for. I will be filing an insurance claim but people need to be made aware of this terrible service Apollo relocation service and Legion express provides.

carrier then confirmed a time with the customer for the delivery of the boxes and the customer didn’t show up until about an hour and a half later. If the customer has any missing/damaged items the customer would have to file a claimIf the customer has any questions he can give us a call at ###-###-#### where one of our representatives can assist him

First of allthe driver left of his own accord2nd , the had nothing to do with ApolloI do not know why Apollo keeps mentioning this The Dispatcher for the movers said they would come back the next day and not do this move without Apollo as they were hearing more and more from customers that Apollo was exercising unfair business practicesThere were NO OVERAGES as we were within our 2000lb weight limit per the contract Apollo came on the wrong dayI never called the office and excepted this at ALLI told the dispatcher (Danielle M**) they could come but we were not readyHe replied "That was fine" because they would finish the packThis was not trueThey just wanted to show up to get in the doorI did not have to accept another move day with them as they were too late getting back to meI left them my number and they did not call meWe had to vacate by midnight Apollo was more than aware of thisI was not told EVER that if they came on the wrong day they would rescheduleWhy would I do that ? The day they contracted was in fact not fulfilled by themThe reschedule which I did not accept was also on the wrong date according to their contractAll of this Good Faith non sense was made up by Apollo when they admitted their wrong doing.
Perhaps they should as their movers to tell the truthIf you look this company up you will find I am one of many that this has happened tooThe truth is absolutely in my favor and their responses prove itYes they offered a partial refund but why would I take thatThey provided absolutely no service to me.
If someone higher authority that SETH would like to give up a phone number I will call them Other than that they are very abrasive because they are wrongoffice girls managed to mess up this move and I am not taking the blame.

This response is not accepted because they provided no resolution They state that there was a delay to the time window provided and that they apologize, but nothing about what they are going to do about the additional charge that was assessed to us of $(see attached contract), for them to meet the specified time They state they will hand this off to a manager to review our file, however, we have made multiple attempts to work directly with them prior to filing this complaint and received absolutely no response from them since May *** and the one time they did respond on May *** was simply a bunch of garble highlighting the fee's that were assessed after the fact, with no explanation or resolution as to why they were assessed in the first place when all measures were taken in advance to make certain there weren't any additional charges, no less $4,more than what was originally quoted.I was an actual resolution, an amounth that we will be refunded, provided to us through the Revdex.com If there will not be a refund, I want a very descript reason as to why not and the reason of the space utilized for the product is irrelevant considering a complete box count which was over estimated, along with pictures of all the non-boxed items was provided prior to pick up, based on this information the space should have been calculated accurately and we should have been quoted appropriately We aren't talking a couple hundred dollars over, this was almost $4,over that had to come out of an employees personal finances because the financial arrangement for payment was also not upheld This was an epic fail, and a mere, "*** *** *** ** ** * ***" will not suffice

I feel as though my complaint has not been resolved appropriately, as no attempts have been made by the business to rectify the situationThey have yet to acknowledge that they did not follow through on promises I was made regarding communicating my moveI was told by several representatives that I would be contacted hours in advance of my move with details regarding a pitimeWhen I had not heard withing hours, I emailed and called multiple times for details regarding my move, but did not receive a responseI was beginning to think that I was being scammedIt was only until hours in advance of my move that I was contacted by the company (and only after contacting them multiple times)This lack of communication, and follow through made it difficult for us to arrange other parts of our move, such as scheduling a walk-through with our landlord, arranging a shut off time for our power, picking pets up from the kennel, scheduling hotel rooms for family, scheduling a cleaning company, etcIt is unacceptable that we were only notified the night before as to when our movers would arriveHowever, despite multiple emails and phone calls regarding this, Apollo has yet to address this complaint. I am still asking for a monetary refund to make up for their terrible customer service and lack of communication with their clients.In addition, we continue to dispute the $in "packing fees" we were charged unexpectedly, as the movers did not have to perform any packing duties at the time of pick-upApollo has told me multiple times that they would contact the moving men for details as to these charges, but has yet to do soWe have not heard any further information regarding these charges, or a resolution for refunding this overcharge.However, despite our continued back-and-forth, I am quite certain Apollo will not take any steps to help resolve the significant inconveniences they caused us or the overages we were charged unexpectedlyAlthough my complaint has not been handled appropriately, and I still am requesting a refund, I fully expect that Apollo will continue this trend of poor customer service and will show no desire to right their wrong'sI will 100% NEVER recommend this company, and will go out of my way to ensure that everyone I meet is made aware of Apollo's terrible practicesIt is said that word of mouth is the most effective advertising, and I will use every opportunity I have to ensure that others never use this relocation company. Thank you for wasting my time and money, ApolloYour business ethics are an excellent advertising tool to promote the business of your competitors.*** ***

an email. When we were able to get in contact with the customer he stated that he wants to cancel the moveSince the customer chose to cancel within the cancellation window and a truck and carrier was already dispatched, the customer is unfortunately ineligible for a refund, as stated on our cancellation policy three (3) times before a customer electronically signs for the agreement: “Deposits are 100% refundable with No Cancellation Fee or AdditionalCharges for moves cancelled outside seven (7) business days (weekends andfederal holidays excluded) prior to the first estimated pack or load dateIunderstand that deposits are non refundable for moves cancelled, reserved, orplaced on hold within seven (7) business days (weekends and federal holidays excluded)of the first estimated pack or load dateAdditionally, cancellation policywill apply to the earliest estimated pack/load date in the event a date changeis requested by client.”
