I am rejecting this response because: 1) I was sent a DHL tracking number for the itemSo I'm confused...was it sent DHL or Postal Service? (It is important to note that the item HAS ARRIVEDI am not disputing this factWhat I am disputing is the customer service received by the companyWhich clearly and unflatteringly, continues.) I am also disputing the anticipated delivery date versus the date that the item was received. 2) The item was not sent in a timely fashionThe shipping method was also not clearly communicated. 3) Despite my VARIOUS attempts at making contact with someone who could communicate to me and with me, no one EVER responded to me until I went to Revdex.com. Here's the bottom line: I don't want free productI don't a discount cardI want NOTHING from the companyI was hoping for an apology to untaint the bouquet of flowers that now sits in my mother-in-laws houseI hate the flowers now and they represent a horrible mess of a situation that could have been easily prevented with some helpfulness and clear communicationSo, in short, there's really nothing that you can do or say at this point to "satisfy" my complaintI am disgusted by the way this entire situation was handled.
