The customer had booked rooms for night through our pre-paid reservation system in March of The payment for these rooms was taken out immediately on the date that they were bookedThey then booked another rooms for the following night through the same bookingUnfortunately when they booked those rooms, the payment could not be processed at that time because the credit card declinedSo when the customer came down after their first night here, we informed them that we would have to check them out of the first reservation and check them into the new one because they were different prepaid reservationsThey said that was fineI explained to them (the complaintant's son) that there was no payment for the second night for either room yet because the credit card they had tried to use when making the reservation had been declinedHe said ok and handed me a new credit card to useI checked them into those rooms for another nightThe payment went through and everything was fineWhen I put the credit card in for the second night, I automatically did the payment at that timeThere may have been an authorization for that stay as wellThe authorization comes off of their account after they check out depending on their bank (some says 3-business days and some are longer)So as far as the payment being taken out, put back in and then taken back out again, this is probably what happenedWe only have one charge for each room for their stay During the whole time that he was at the front desk, nothing was ever said about either of the rooms not being cleaned or up to their standardsAt this point they had already stayed one night in our hotelI would think that if there had been an issue that they would have brought it to our attention at this timeThe son did mention the piece of metal that was supposedly on the floor in their room and I said that I would make sure that housekeeping came up and vacuumed their room completelyHe said that would be fineThere was no mention of the supposed issues in the other roomThe night before when they came down about the broken chair, the front desk clerk that was working went up and removed the broken chair and offered them one from another room that was fine and they declined Our hotel is inspected every months for cleanliness and such and have always passed with high scoresFurthermore, our rooms are inspected daily by a head housekeeper when the housekeepers are done cleaning themIf there was any issue with cleanliness when she inspected them, she would have taken care of it at that momentWe do not rent dirty rooms Thank you for taking the time to read this and to let us tell you our side of the situationWe truly appreciate itIf you need anything else, please contact me at this email and I will be happy to assist you

spoke with customer two days after purchase and she said the puppies suddenly started throwing upNext day she reported the puppy was fine with no throwing up and good energy Eight days later she called me frantically from her vet saying there was an obstructionSpoke to the vet he said that he would have to do more tests but that customer wanted to return the puppy to meI agreed Customer started sending threatening messages when I hadn't even have five minutes to respond to herGave her fax information to send me the vet records and asked her to return the pup so that I could have him checked outShe refusedI am now finding out that she had the puppy euthanized which she never even gave me an opportunity to have an autopsy done to see what was going on with the puppy she broke the health guarantee that she signed which dates that I have the right to have the puppy checked out and also the Arizona State law which gives me the right to have the puppy checked out this customer has repeatedly threatened me and I have asked her not to contact me again except through a lawyer

The warranty is through the manufacturer which is a one year warranty not a lifetime warrantyYou can go to the manufacturers website and read up on itThe leather is a natural skin there is sometimes imperfections in the grainWe offered to take back the set and refund the customer their money but they refused, they want new cushions which we are trying to get for the customerWe are in the process of trying to work it out with the manufacturer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Evidently they did not read my complaint clearly It's just a ridiculous policy that Econo Lodge has implemented How can you even cancel a reservation when you make a reservation within the day cancellation period? As I've stated previously I will never stay with any Choice Hotels again!! I also would appreciate if I could be refunded from my supposedly second night stay Econo Lodge said I would be charged a nights stay since I cancelled my reservation and so far I have been charged a two night stayGood grief!! The customer's vehicle DOES in fact have a chip Customer took vehicle to another repair shop and that repair shop called [redacted] to submit a claim The technician from that repair facility told [redacted] that there was a chip [redacted] has covered over $in repairs on this vehicle The transmission repair got declined because of the chip, not because of the wheels, tires and leveling kit If there had been no chip, [redacted] would have covered the repair The representative from [redacted] told our dealership that the truck was reported with a chip from another repair facility We will not be refunding the amount of the warranty The customer has well exceeded the amount paid for the warranty by repair claims (over $7800.00) Also, the customer became beligerant to our management team, therefore we asked him to leave

I've always used Tim's Service Center for work on my vehicle, and everyone was very helpful so I decided I would buy my next vehicle from them The sales end of the Tim's Subaru could use some work From the start I kind of had a weird feeling about it all The sales men were a little shifty, you could tell they were trying hard to make the sale which I'm not a fan of but I gave them the benefit of the doubt So supposedly got the loan, got in the new vehicle and left I got a call a couple days later to be informed that I actually didn't get the loan and that the vehicle needed to be returned Now I'm sure there are good people there but this deal just blew my mind Why would you lie to someone about having the loan for a vehicle or not? Why would you risk letting a new vehicle off the lot, register it, and then have it returned And to top it all off I found that they were shorting me on my refunds that I was using on a down payment I won't be using Tim's anymore

About the concern, this is the first time any customer has complained about this issue, we weren't aware of this issue till todayIf the issue was brought forward to us during the customers stay or as soon as they found the problem, we could have changed their room or would have given them a refund and dealt with the situation right away.We are here to provide each customer that stay at our motel, the best experience possible, however, if the customer is not able to communicate the problem to the management or the party they bought the room from, we are not able to do our jobs and provide the experience the customer might be looking for.Also, the customer's statement states that they experienced hard times throughout their stay, health issues are something people usually don't take lightly, but they decided to stay quiet during their stay, which is something they should have addressed right awaySome might say this is a way of getting their money back and by making the problem sound over exaggerated, they might get them their money back.We personally asked several people to step in and give their opinions about that particular room and each person came back without any issueFor the picture, the customer has posted, it is black caulk used when attaching the AC unitAlso, after initial inspection of the area there is a carpet that's been pulled apart, which might have left carpet glue stainsMold is usually caused by damp surroundingsThe area of the discoloration seems barely reachable and is dry.We will get in-depth about this problem right awayWe have several customers stay at our motel and we have received no complaints regarding the issue stated by the customerThe customer should have never waited this long to address the problem and we would like to state that there is no mold in the particular room
