Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint My view on the matter is that this company is being unreasonable, especially considering the fact I have mentioned multiple times that their sales rep clearly was not aware he was selling me a month packageThis was proven by his response when I wanted to quit my service, which I have saved in the form of text messagesI have spoken with the company on the phone, and while they continue to be polite, they are persistent and non-budging that they intend on collecting the $buy-out feeAs a small business owner who does not need the service, their suggestion that they are trying to work with me to retain my business is insincereI have made it clear that I cannot afford to pay $/ month for a service I do not need, and therefore they are to pick up their belongings next Tuesday The ONLY response I will accept from this business is for them to pick up their belongings, bill me for any outstanding weeks of CURRENT service and sever ties Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] signed a 60-month agreement with Cintas months ago We make a serious financial commitment to meet our customers needs, and walking away from our contract at this point would be a losing proposition due to our significant investment Our Service Manager, Regional Service Director, and I have been working with this customer to meet their expectations, but [redacted] has found a competitive service provider that has offered them lower prices than ours, and they are attempting to breach our agreement Cintas holds customers to their agreements unless we have not performed our commitments In this case, we have done everything and more than the agreement holds us accountable to do We will continue to work with this customer to find a resolution, and we will continue to provide the service we promised until a resolution has been reached.Sincerely,Brian H., General Manager

Revdex.com: BJ meet with us the very next day after I contacted Revdex.comWe have high hopes that they will make things rightWe did get charged on our auto bill pay (we were to receive a credit until things are right) but BJ assures us he is handling it on his endWe are excited for our new uniforms, the ones we should of had and we hope that the company has all the right people handling their customers and has discharged all the wrong ones!! Our Service Manager received a voicemail from this customer on his cell phone yesterday, stating that they were going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com if we didn’t call him back This was the first communication we had regarding any missing mat Our Service Manager returned the call within a couple of hours of receiving the voicemail, left a voicemail for the customer, and then sent a text message to the customer to let them know that we would find the mat, or credit them if we could not find it The customer was satisfied and thanked our Service Manager for the response Rod L., General ManagerCintas Corporation, [redacted] * [redacted] **

Cintas met with the owner of the business and came to an agreement to continue the service on a monthly basis providing a floor mat each month and paper towels on an as needed basis

This customer is serviced by our location in [redacted] ***, *** Jose H [redacted] , Service Manager, reached out to the owner and scheduled an appointment to meet with him approximately a week ago When Jose went, the owner did not show Jose rescheduled another meeting for yesterday on Tuesday, 10/at 7am to resolve any issues The customer has agreed to reinstate the business and continue with his Cintas service moving forward
