We have come to an amicable financial seperation arrangement with LifePower Chiropractic within the terms of the service agreement

Lin G., Service Manager for Cintas, met with *** *** on 4/27/18. *** *** was upset that his employee signed a service agreement and used the titlae of Office ManagerLin explained to *** *** that this was an authorized signature that we would accept from a customer*** *** also
explained that he recently had a relative start working for a competitor and that he could get better pricing from the competitor. *** *** agreed to purchase our logo mats and pay all past due money and we agreed to end our business relationship

Our local Service Manager, Matt Bvisited in person with *** 5/30/2018. Our goal is to resolve her concerns over the next days as we work towards potentially modifying her current delivery frequency, changing her product line, or finding purchase options to fit her
business needs. We will continue to have consistent communication with her, and have agreed to a follow up meeting on June 25th

tried to recharge the invoiceOn June 3rd, *** called and spoke with *** *** in our AR department*** told her that he had no funds and that the business was not doing wellLater that afternoon on June 3rd, *** ***, our Office Manager, called *** and he told her he had money but that his credit card had been compromisedShe emailed him a new credit card form on June 3rd and told him that we would not bill for the back balance all at once*** said that would be fine.On June 4th, we received a letter stating what great service and products Cintas had provided to *** ***The letter serves as his day notice to stop service with CintasWhen *** was contacted by Cintas he said he was in the process of selling the business so that he could pursue other interestsOn June 22nd, we have tried to reach out to *** to resolve this but were told that he was out of the country so we left a message for him to contact usOn June 23rd, Cintas sent out a demand letter to *** *** to pay within days or be sent to collectionsWe have yet to be contacted by him despite our best efforts

Cintas’ ability to exceed our customer’s expectations through the services and communication we provide has allowed us to be the Leader in our industryEvery agreement that we have with a customer involves a Service Guarantee where both parties communicate and Cintas is given the opportunity to
remedy any issues within a reasonable period of timeWe adhere to this principle and we also expect our customers to as wellUnfortunately, Cintas did not execute a flawless install of this customer’s uniform programWe agree with this portion of the customer’s statement; however, we feel confident that all documented calls were returned within a hour period and if the Service Guarantee portion of our agreement was followed by the customer we would have been able to resolve their issuesThe customer chose not to follow the agreement which was the reason for our initial responseSince receiving this complaint, we have contacted the customer and have reached an amicable solution to resolve this situation

Revdex.com:I have attached the letter that was sent to Cintas Corpin September stating why we were cancelling service. *** has two owners in which one was in contact with Cintas on several occasions via phone and email. We never claimed the signature was a fake but that the signature was on an electronic device, and the contract was not presented before signing a five year term

Update: yes they have picked up the productsThey have not resolved the complaint, the last I heard from them regarding the complaint was that they would pursue legal action to get the full $4000-something buy outSo I guess now I will just wait and hear from their legal people

Hello I just wrote a complaint about cintas and on the desires I wrote I wanted to be able to cancel my contract but want I wanted to put was I want to be able to cancel it without any cancellation fees since I was misled by the salesman
