The worker came out my house and checked the furnace and informed us it would cost $2,+ installation, but said we just really needed a new furnaceThey also took the parts off the furnace and left them hanging assuming we would buy a new furnaceWe had two other companies come and check it, and repaired for $536.00, and was informed that what they were doing was Fraud because we did not need $2,in repairs or a new furnaceWe are senior citizens and we felt like they were taking advantage of us due to our age

Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning - Ricky F quickly diagnosed the problem that had shut down my furnace - a non-repairable motor He drove from Hyde Park to Winton road, obtained and installed the new motor, as well as some replacement tubing I was grateful to have my furnace working within hours of notifying Apollo

Called Apollo for a backed up main sewer line They came out at almost 1am to fix the problem Adam H*** was the tech that showed up from Apollo He was very friendly and was quick at getting the job done He cleared the clog and cleaned up the mess and was on his way Apollo called the next day to schedule a free camera inspection The camera tech came out and let me watch the inspection of the line The line was clear all the way out of the house I already have Apollo scheduled to do some more work for me Great company

I contacted Apollo Home two weeks ago for an estimate on air conditioning repair for a leaking ac unitSomeone came to my house, said I need a new evaporator coil and quoted me a price, including laborThey sent another person out to give me a quote for replacing the whole unitThe called me every day for a few days to schedule an appointment, even though I had asked for a few days to figure out how I could pay for itI finally scheduled an appointment for Saturday August between 10-amI scheduled this a week and a half in advance as I am only available on Saturdays as I am a single mom and I work during the weekThe day of the supposed install I received a call ten minutes before their expected arrival time where they said they were trying to pick up the part but the warehouse was closed on Saturdays They told me they would just come on Monday instead I asked how we can resolve this as I will not be home on Monday and I had scheduled this appointment well enough in ad

Brandon and Terry did a wonderful job installing a new tankless hot water heater for us We had a failure of our old water heater that was discovered ~10PM I called Apollo's afterhours line and Brandon called me back in less than minutes He was very knowledgeable and a great phone resource to get things set for the evening He was at our house by 9AM the next morning and the new tankless heater was installed by 5PM that day Both he and Terry were great about keeping me informed of what they were doing and why and the overall experience was very positive I would highly recommend both of them for household plumbing needs
