I placed an order on Dec with their company also known as belle lily.com and did not receive the order before ChristmasI requested a cancellation and refund as I still had not received a shipment statusThey refused and said I should have ordered soonerIt's Jan and I still have not received the order or a shipment email though they told me it had shipped at the end of DecemberI have sent emails to complain and only one was responded to that I should have placed an order sooner than dec if I wanted it before Christmas I would like the order cancelled and a refund to the credit card used as this is terrible customer serviceI am unable to get any type of response from them

I ordered from this company on May 14th Their website promises that the product will ship in 1-days Free shipping was offered but I chose to pay to upgrade my shipping as I wanted the item for and event on the 29th (over weeks later) I checked my order on May 24th and it still had not shipped That was business days after my order (and outside their promise of 1-days) so I contacted the company On May 25th they responded "We have checked your order [redacted] _is too hot and sold out at presentWe are still not getting the new stocks for itOnce the item is ready,we will process your order at the first timeWish you kindly be little patient for itIf you can't wait it for such a long time, we can cancel it for youOr do you want to change it into other item? Placed order on 11-12-for several items of clothing totalling $ Company withdrew for order and several days later sent emails about items no longer in stock I wasn’t able to cancel my order and had difficulty contacting a representative for company What kind of company doesn’t have a customer service phone number? I purchased three pieces of clothing on 03/20/2017. It is not 05/23/2017 and I have only received two of the three pieces. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions starting on 05/04/2017, & all they keep telling me to do is wait. I have waited past the 45 days from the shipping date as they have requested and still nothing. Now, the company has completely ignored me & stopped responding to my emails, when I asked them to issue me a refund for the one item I did not receive.

A month now I a still havent recieved my order. Have asked them to cancel and refund me and they have asked me to wait another week 2 times now. Absolutely ridiculous company. I would never purchase from them again

Less than one star. Paid for item to be shipped, never received the item or response from the company. Disputed with my bank and got my money back. Scam business.

I recently ordered a maternity jacket from this website. The color was completely different than what was pictured. Nowhere in the description was the correct color I received. Plus, the jacket was supposed to be worn with a baby bjorn (a baby carrier), the way the jacket was made it would of been impossible to wear the carrier. I filed a complaint with the site and 3 months later they finally got back to me. They basically said (written in broken English by the way) sorry about your luck. I went onto the website to write a review and after I wrote it it wouldnt show up under the product. After looking at other products I noticed that there wasn't any customer reviews showing, most likely because they rip people off for a living. This website is a SCAM!

I purchased from their affiliate Bellelily.com and the items they sent are not the items they show pictured on their websiteTheir products are extremely cheaply made and their sizing runs about sizes smallThey don’t allow returns (which I didn’t know before I purchased)They essentially are scamming people out of their moneyThey offered no resolution to my problem...just stated that there was nothing wrong with the items they sent me
