They told me that because the shipping was free, that there was no way to track the order They are willing to resend the order to me if I pay the cost of shipping to have a tracking number
I asked them to pay for the shipping as I was told that shipping was free
I just either want the product sent to me with a tracking number or to reimburse me the money that I paid
They tell me that they are not able to reimburse me the money back onto my credit card
I placed an order through bellelily.com on 12/29/As of today, 2/22/16, I still have not received any productI emailed their customer service on 1/17/and again on 2/2/I did not receive a response until 2/17/They stated that they could only refund for the item that still hadn't shippedAnd that shipping can take 10-days once it's been shippedI responded back on 2/17/to let them know that this was unacceptable and that I no longer wanted the itemsThey then responded on 2/22/stating that they "are not able to cancel the shipping items" and that they would refund the postage as compensation I responded by stating to them that this was unacceptable and that I would be reporting them to the Revdex.comI have copies of these email conversations

I purchased multiple items in the size medium on 8/and received similar t-shirts in which has the same exact size chart on their website When I received two of the shirts that were mediums they fit exactly expected, the last Item # *** is considerably different in size, I emailed them pictures with the size difference and I advised them that the shirt looks humongous for a medium compared to the other two (which are the same size) and they won’t send me a correct one for their sizing errorThey told me “1) We sell new one to you at lower price( 10% off)
2) We refund 10% of the item and you keep it
3) You can send it back to us for return or refund, but the postage may be at your side”
I can’t locate on their website at all that these are only conditions !
