I ordered from an online company, and as soon as I did, my phone showed a slew of star reviews stating that peope hadn't gotten their orders from January, that orders' colors or styles were not as picture, that orders were filled incorrectly with no returns available
So within the same minute of placing my order, I requested an order cancellation from both their website and by writing them an email
I got an auto reply email saying they'd be in touch soon
Ten hours later, I got an email that my order had already gone to shipping, so they couldn't issue me a refund, but to my incredulity,assured me that I'd love my order
When I sent more emails demanding my money back, both went unanswered
There is nowhere to be found any other contact info or location of their business on their website
Because of their shady website, their lack of information, and their poor reviews based on wrong order deliveries or non deliveries, I closed my debit card, suspecting fraud

It's been months and I still have not received my orderI have e-mailed them and they keep telling me to wait, that they don't have the tracking and that I should receive them within business daysWell, it is now over business days, I e-mail them and they tell me they are still on their wayNow, they have stopped responding to my inquiries

I ordered a pair of socks that was suppose to have the word "beer" on one bottom of the sock and the word "me" on the other sockI received a pair of socks and each sock had the word "me" on the bottom of itI contacted the company and even showed them a picture of the socks and all they offered me was a 15% refundI did not agree with this and required a full refund because I did not receive the product that I orderedOrder # ***

I ordered a shirt over a month agoNever received it and cannot get in touch with anyone regarding my problems! I will never order from them again!!!

I ordered on February 2nd a sweatshirtThe website says shipping can be up to weeks on week I emailed them since there is no phone number listed, and was told they were out of stock and they don't know how long a wait it would be but it was at least a few monthsI emailed back and asked for a refundI was told it would take up to days I figured I should have received it the first week in march for sureI emailed back when I did not and asked for the refund they apologized and said they would rush that out right away, I should have got it the beginning of the second week in marchstill I have nothing, not my product nor my money and not even a true way to call and discuss my issue just the email you receive when you email them first

I placed an order with this company as a wholesale order in order to supply my businessI have experienced multiple issues with this company
1) The tracking numbers given for packages are not real tracking numbers unless I paid over $for shipping
2) I received partial of my order, and when I asked them, they asked for pictures of my goods to confirm that I didn't receive itNot sure what this shows them
3) One entire set of items I received were completely covered in stains that looked like black mold
4) Email responses with the company are extremely slow, and do not solve any issuesThey will address one of your questions and ignore the rest of them
5) Items I received were damaged
6) All items received were not as advertised on the websiteAt all
When I brought my first complaint to the company over months ago, I was told I needed to wait for all my items to be received in the instance I had more issues with other parts of my orderWhich, was fine with me

On December 3rd, I placed an online order through this company's website (http://www.***.com), the amount totalled $USD, which translated to $CADMy credit card was charged and the amount was paid in fullOn the website, the anticipated shipping time for Canada is listed as 10-business days, so I waited, hoping to receive the items in time for ChristmasIt is now Jan 26, and I have yet to receive my purchased productsI did not even receive an email notification that the items have been shippedI have reached out to their customer service department on three occasions, each time no explanation has been given, other than the request that I just "wait longer"I think this is a fraudulent company, and I am fairly certain I will never receive these items, yet I paidOn my last communication with them I asked for a refund to my credit card, and this was denied, again, asking me to wait longer for the product
In further review of this company, I see

I had ordered from this company in Nov and contacted then via email many of time because I didn't get my ordered or when I requested a refund theyour never got back to me

I ordered shirts from fairyseason.com of the shirts were damaged, either stains on them or holes in the shirt I contacted the customer service email and over the past 1/months have exchanged over emails with them I have asked for replacements or refunds They start by offering a 20% refund and a 10% discount on my next order, and suggested I have my shirts fixed They can't be fixed They increase their offer to 30%, then to 40%, then back down to 30% I have said over and over again that I expect a full refund for the damaged shirts that I cannot wear that I paid for, or to ship me replacements They said I would have to send them the damaged shirts first at my own expense I am not doing that Their customer service is horrible!

I received a shirt with the stain and sent them emails with picturesI did not get a r fund or a new shirt

Fairy Season took my order in November for two holiday shirts It is not Dec 27th and not only have I not received the shirts, but the company does not respond to emailsThe one time I received an email, it was ladled with English errors
