I have ordered a clothing set from this website almost weeks ago and I have yet to receive any conformation, shipping, and delivery emailI tried contacting Belle Lily's customer service but have not gotten any responseI checked other reviews and all the reviews are the same involving horrible customer service, bad products material, no refunds, and no product arrivalThis website NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I ordered shirts and a pair of pantsThe shirts fit fineThe pants I ordered in a medium, when I received them they were clearly to small as it miss sized and they have to be at least and x-small if not smallerI emailed the company and told them the shirts were great and the problem with the pantsThey informed me I needed to take pictures of the pants including measurements and IF they see it as miss sized they will issue a partial refundI explained I simply wanted a return label to return the pants for a refundThey have since sent me the same generic email asking me if I can keep the pants and give them to a friend and the will offer me 10% off my next purchaseI again explained to them I wasn't keeping them as they weren't the correct sizeI have yet to get a return label from them

I ordered a sweater from this companyWhen I received my sweater it looked and fit nothing like the advertising pictureI contacted Fairy season and told them that and asked for my money back saying that I did not order a sweater that fit and looked like the one advertised They sent me an email back asking me to take a picture of the sweater and send it to themI did that and they sent me an email back saying that sometimes the item isn't "exactly" like what is pictured but that they thought it was adorableI asked for all my money to be refunded to meFairy season told me that they would only send me back 10% back of my refund and I told them that that was not good enoughThey sent me a product that was nothing like their advertisement said and that they could not swindle people out of their money just so they can make a profitI told them that I was going to turn them into the Revdex.com and after that email Fairy season sent me an email back saying that they would then give me 15%

I purchased three pieces of clothing on 03/20/It is not 05/23/and I have only received two of the three piecesI have contacted the company on multiple occasions starting on 05/04/2017, & all they keep telling me to do is waitI have waited past the days from the shipping date as they have requested and still nothingNow, the company has completely ignored me & stopped responding to my emails, when I asked them to issue me a refund for the one item I did not receive

Thus company advertises delivery in seven to ten days I ordered well within that time period So that I can receive my product for Memorial Day They have no way to track the shipment and will not get back to me when I contacted them Oddly be email only as there is no phone number to be found I was also told that I can resolve My problem in my own Who does this ??

I would give no stars if that were an optionThis merch is coming from ChinaI ordered pair of funny socksmade it within the stated delivery window but the others never made it out of China in almost two monthsThe company will give you nothing but excuses and will not refund your moneyDon't waste your time or energy on this company

I placed an order with fairyseason.com on January 12th, the money was withdrawn from my account on January 13th, IMMEDIATELY! the shipping order was confirmed on 1/22/2017, I've yet to received a package! (my order, I dress, sports bra, a few tops) it is now February 2nd "NOTHING"I sent an email, NO RESPONSE! NO PHONE #, NO CONTACT! someone has withdrawn the money! where is my merchandise, my order was $which included $shippingI've tried on my own to resolved this matter on my own, to no avail! so far I've gotten nowhere! I placed an order with this company on December 2nd I paid with a credit card on line, which I have a receipt for After not receiving an email that my order was being shipped as promised, I attempted to contact their customer service department which supposedly is available 24/Unfortunately, no phone number was listed, only an emailI have sent several emails to trying to get information about my orderI also attempted to contact them through their social media page on ***

I ordered two headbands with the phrase Harley hair don't care on them when I receive them the letters had stuck together so I asked if they could please send me new ones or please send me a refund and they said no I can either have 10% off my next order which why would I order from them when I'm having so much difficulty them refunded me less than $a headband I have emailed them three times and they keep on telling me no they will not refund me they will either give me a percentage off my next order which I'm not going to order from them again and then they want me to send the headbands back and I have to pay for that all I want is my refund on both headbands that's it I do not want new product because I will not order from their company again

I ordered some pair of socks on December 10th, and they were supposed to say "If you read this" in one sock and on the other one it supposed to read "Bring me wine" well they sent me socks (1pair) saying "If you read this" and the other one says exactly the same thing "If you read this" They have taken weeks to reply and finally the answered they can only refund me $yesss like it was my mistakeAlso they sent that email and that was more than a week agoI will never buy from them EVERTerrible experience
