I placed an order through the website for three shirts on November I received a confirmation email immediatelyThe money was taken out of my account the following dayI received a shipping notice for one shirt November 27thI have yet to receive the “shipped” shirt, and a I have not received a shipping notice for the other two shirtsThey claim that there can not be a tracking number for the product as I was not charged shipping

Their site claims 1-business days to process ordersI placed an order on Dec My payment was processed immediatelyThe order was not shipped until Dec I wrote to the company asking for a refund when the items had still not arrived by Jan They refused to refund me and asked me to wait ANOTHER week Have gone back and forth with costumer service sinceOne item I ordered finally arrived Feb (and is of very poor quality),, the other still has not as of March Customer service refuses to issue a refund and still asks me to wait on delivery

Items ordered December 6, with free shippingWebsite says 15-business days for deliveryFirst email from Vivian, customer rep, said it takes 35-business daysItems never arrived, told them I want a refund and here is the response from Hebe from today March 14, 2017:
Dear Customer,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you
We have checked your order ***
We know that you choose free shipping
But in fact it is not free, we have to submitted shipping fees to the delivery company
We can resend to you,you can choose the other item with the same price to replace
If you need refund,sorry that we will deduct the shipping cost $which we paid for sending the parcel to you at the beginning

I ordered items from this company and it’s been almost weeks and I have yet to receive any tracking numbersI emailed them and they told me of the items I ordered and PAID for are out of stock, I have not even been refunded yet! This company is a huge scam

I first placed my order with fairyseason.com in February After waiting almost months and multiple emails back and forth through a terrible customer support system, a rep emailed me that they would resend a different package in April It has now been another months and I still have not received anythingI have requested a refund multiple timesThe only responses I get from the representatives are asking me to wait longerThis company is a scamMy order number is: ***I have all email correspondence saved from the company's representatives

Fairyseason.com is unreliable at best Concur with previous star reviewers about shipping Ordered socks as a Christmas gift on Dec Paid ~$(socks plus ~$in shipping costs) I never received an order confirmation email from fairyseason, but the transaction was posted to my bank accountAccording to the website I could expect delivery within 1- business days (Dec at the latest) After no package received on Dec, I sent an email to fairyseason requesting a refund Received a reply showing the package tracking number and shipping detailsThe package left from Dongguan, China on Dec - days after I ordered - It is Dec and tracking shows the package enroute to a USPS facility - yet somehow this package was supposed to arrive in North Carolina by Dec???? I can't tell if fairyseason is truly a scam or if they just have extremely shoddy business practices, but I can tell I will NEVER do business with them again

I ordered a shirt and the size was materially misrepresentedI contacted the company customer service and they asked that I provide photo proof the the shirt was more than cm different that the size chart said it would beIt was more than 3cm smaller and I provided the requested photosThe company will not issue a full refund unless I mail the item back at my cost (it came from a foreign address)I do not feel that is right when I provided proof that the company made a mistake in the sizing of the shirt, which they did not dispute

I purchased an item online The product appears a greyish color online and advertised as a "was at $101.86" Purchased for $ When the item arrived it was a pink color and the quality not even worth $I have contacted the company via email since that is the only way and they refuse to refund me the money They keep offering me 30% off or 50% off They say it cost too much to have them pay to return the item
I stated that it isn't my fault the item is not properly advertised online I'm not going to pay for an item that I no longer want because the color is hideously wrong and of poor quality

T-Shirts I purchased arrived smelling like chemical fumes (burning plastic)They were all the same size, when I had ordered different sizesThe color of the fabric was not the same as advertised These items were gifts so I had to wash them before distributing them to get the horrible smell out of them I checked the packaging, website, and products themselves for any type of washing instructions - there weren't any, so I washed and tumble dried the shirts on delicate low The shirts came out of the dryer completely ruinedThe decals on the front of the shirts melted to each other and were all stuck together When I contacted the company to request a refund, I was told I wouldn't be issued one because I didn't wash the shirts according to the instructions, but there weren't any instructions These were $t-shirts, and should be able to last a time through a wash cycle! DO NOT BUY FROM FAIRYSEASON.COM - IT APPEARS THEY ARE A BIG SCAMNEVER HEARED FROM THEM AFTER MY PURCHASE AND MY SHIPMENT NEVER WAS SENTI GAVE A STAR RATING OF ONLY BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ZEROI ASKED FOR A REFUND AND RECEIVED AN AUTOMATED REPLY TWICE THAT SOMEONE WILL REVIEW AND GET BACK TO ME BUT NO ONE EVER DID

I ordered from this company on Aug 31st I received an email the next day saying that it had shippedAbout a month later when I still had not received it, I inquired to customer serviceThey told me it could take up to business days to please wait a little longer After another week and a half it still had not arrived so I contacted customer service againThey only respond one time per daySo the first day they replied that I should check my post office to see if was thereI told them it was notthe next day the asked me to wait a little longer, The next reply was to verify my shipping addressI kept replying that I wanted a refund, and they kept trying to put me offFinally they told me that I could not get a refund, but they would resend the item that had not arrivedIt was a seasonal item that I didnt want after the season was over, so I told them that was not okay with me, and I wanted a full refundThey have now stopped replying to me

I received a product that was NOT as advertised I order a pair of brown leather shoes, that came in the mail as orange, and far too small (I ordered my everyday size) I wrote asking for return information They don't accept returns I wrote stating that this was advertisement and sent pictures, and they told me the color were very much alike (basically telling me my eyes are broken) They basically told me I could return them but I would spend more money shipping them to China than I'd receive as a credit, and that I should be pleased with 10% off my next order I would never order from this company again, and this is a total scam

I ordered items from their website One of them was the wrong size, so I asked to exchange (on their website this was an option).they told me that if I followed the measurements in their size chart there was nothing they could do (which, I did) As I was trying to ask them to pls exchange, they asked me what I wanted to do with the remaining items of my order I wanted the initial issue resolved first I told them Then they said that they cancelled the other items I ordered since I 'did not reply' and I could reorder Then when I told them I would not being doing business on their website anymore, they said the two items I could reorder were now not available They never even acknowledged my complaint

This company as I am sure you have heard is a complete scam...how can they continue to be in business?? After months of waiting on my product to be delivered...which they lied and said I put my last name as my address (really???you cannot even do that!! must have complete address or cant even order) I have emailed them many many times, eventually they may respond and they say just wait longer....I have since gotten online and checked reviews....every single one says the same thing...they take your money immediately and no one ever gets their merchandiseNo phone number to even callThey are thieves!!! They need to be shut down, they are ripping off people left and right

I ordered a tank top from this company's website and made sure to double check the product details prior to buyingI purchase a lot online and know what materials I likeThe website stated that the shirt was made of PolyesterThe color was a dark grey as wellWhen I finally got my shirt (which took forever) it was not the shirt they advertised on the website that I orderedThe shirt was a different color and very hard and made of 100% CottonThose two materials are completely differentThey quality was awful and the shirt was short and boxy and can't be wornI have reached out to the company via their customer service email on their website and *** and nothingI have read on their website that so many others are having the same issues and they never reply back to correct their fraudulent actsThis is fraud as they advertise one item and send you something cheaper and not what you orderedNow I can't get my money back from them as they don't respond to their customersI

Ordered shirts on December 1, I haven't received products and the company is not responding to my email nor a private message on *** At this point I would just like a refund

I received shirts that were the incorrect size and of the shirts are defective, hem coming out at bottom of one shirt and seam coming out under the arm of anotherWhen I emailed them about the issue they said they sent the sizes I ordered and even sent me a picture of the order they hadTheir order shows L but I ordered XLAnyway, they refused to exchange the shirts, even the that are defective, and refused to refund my money

My daughter ordered swimsuits from BelleLily for spring break on Jan and the order has not been shipped We have sent emails and have not received a reply as of yet Very disappointed in BelleLily as they do not even have a number for you to call to get any sort of customer service Hopefully someone is able to shut these guys down as I read hundreds of bad reviews online we wish we had seen before we orderedVery Disappointed,
