I ordered a shirt over months ago, and have yet to receive itdays ago, they asked me to wait more daysThis company has very poor service and I wil Never order from them againTHIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUNCAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!!

I ordered an item on Nov24th I have yet to receive the item (12/12/17) and have yet to be responded to by customer service The order tracking states that it is in custom in China!

Waited weeks and then I came hereAs others have said, this place is a scam! They operate out of china and they have a bogus tracking system which delivers only sorrow! They will take your money and runComplete scam! Avoid like the plague

Order placed on 2/6/for swim suits Received notifications that all of the suits shipped Have sent numerous emails to their customer service department to state that the items have never been received In the beginning they replied to give it additional time that I would receive but never did Then is changed to please let up reship the items to you but pay additional shipping fees 1st time $ then 2nd email requested $ I stated I would not send them any additional funds as they already took my money with out sending at merchandise they state they will not refund my money I have now been asking for over weeks to reship the items but continue to receive correspondence requesting additional funds before they will ship To date still have not received items ordered

On December 8, I ordered three items for Christmas presentsI have received two of the three, but according to the tracking information, the last item is still in ChinaIt's the 27thThe website is short on helpful information, so I am considering that purchase a loss and heading to a more legit retailer

I ordered a sweatshirt from them, but when I received it, it was torn at the waist band seam I emailed them and they responded and asked for picturesI sent them pictures, and got no response I have since sent them or more emails over the span of a week and they have not responded to any, including the email with the pictures

I placed an online order for a pair of socks for Christmas for my daughterThe order was received and paid forThe order was placed in mid December and I have not received the product, yet I was charged over and the pair of socks were only I have contacted this company bellelily.com via email multiple times and they have replied to no avail, asking me to waitI asked for a refund or to cancel my order and they replied noI have kept all email communication and will share if requiredThis is terrible customer service and if I do not receive the socks or a full refund, I will consider this theftI warned in my last email that I would contact authorities if there was no resolutionI have also checked the tracking number of my order and it says it's not in existence

NEGATIVE! I would rate it a 0! I order items that came at different times The first items was a dress with stains all over it It looked like someone made it while eating Doritos The second item was another dress that had a huge hole in the armpit The third item had a collar that looked like it was cut with scissors by a year old The company has requested pictures through email, which I've sent multiple times and a different person keeps responding They finally said that they would offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase and a 10% refundAre you kidding me? I can't wear the faulty items they sent me The emails have been going on for weeks Never buy from this company! EVER!

Orderd in August, its now NovemberAnd...Nothing!
I've repeatedly asked for refunds, they say wait until Oct On Nov after asking for refund again, they offered to re-shipI again asked for a refund, they then said they will deduct $for the shippingNov 12, still no refund

I placed an order more than a month agoI still have not received all of my items, but one of the items I have received arrived defective and is not wearableI promptly contacted customer service and in their initial response they suggested I take it to a tailor and offered a 10% refundWhen I told them this was not an acceptable solution they offered a 30% refund and said that that was as much as they would doTheir website states, “If a purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to doing our best to find you a satisfactory solution.” I am now stuck with a garment that cannot be used and feel uncertain the rest of my items will even arriveI feel duped

I placed an online order with this company on December 1stBased on the estimated delivery time quoted, I was supposed to receive the products by Christmas (I do not remember the exact dates quoted, but I would not have placed the order if the items would not arrive by Christmas, as I ordered the items for Christmas gifts)Based on the email documentation I have, the email I received on December 4th says the products would be shipped in 1-days
On December 29th, January 12th, and February 16th I sent email inquires to the company as my order still had not arrivedI did not receive a response to any of these emails
On February 20th I received an email saying they would resend the items with free shippingI responded to this email saying that I would like my money refunded, as it had now been months and the items were intended as Christmas presents, so I no longer would like the products
They then responded to this saying "In the most cases, Canadian buyers received

I ordered a pair of socks on Dec8th, I was sent an email on Dec12th, stating my order had been shippedI then received ANOTHER email saying my item had been shipped on January 6th, I never received a tracking order, and the parcel was never receivedLooking at the reviews for this website (www.bellelily.com) it looks like lots of people have never received orders that were placed with that companyIt is a scam, and they should be shut down

DO NOT order from this company They sent me shirts, one was the wrong size and the other clearly mis-printed I have been trying to get a refund for these items Customer service offered 10% and I said no I wanted a full refund Now they said they will offer 30% refund because shipping back to them internationally will be costlyIf I knew this was coming from China, I would not have ordered from them They do not want to give any money backHorrible company

I received my order seperately however the last shirt the inside package was completely wet with some sort of liquid The outside package was completely dry I've been emailing back and forth with them - at first I wanted a replacement however now I just want my money back They insulted me with "can you wash it" - I don't know what the liquid was and never took the shirt out of the package I also sent pictures to them

I ordered a pair of socks that had one logo on the lelft sock and one on the right I received two of the same socks I notified the company After multiple emails, each taking months to respond in between, they agreed to send a replacement pair in March of I still have not received the replacement pairI would like a refund

An order was placed March 23, I received an email stating my order shipped (different shipments) on March for both May 11th I emailed asking about my merchandise and if they could not provide it to please refund me Fairyseason.com responded on May asking if I "could please wait some days?" I have It's been weeks and nothing I emailed them again this week, requesting my money back but nothing yet I have waited a total of days and am out $ No where could I find on their web page stating "merchandise can take up to plus days to be delivered" This is poor business and I would like to file a complaint All I want is my money back for merchandise I have not received

I purchased two clothing products from this company in December and have not yet received anything I contacted this company by email (there is no number) and asked for a refund They asked me to wait one more week Which I have and now for over a week, despite sending numerous emails, I've not heard back from anyone Looking online at their reviews it seems I'm not the only one with this problem I don't believe the address listed here is where the business is set up from and believe its some kind of scam
