Per Progress Residential response I am not satisfied.? Due to? my main complaint is getting monies reimbursed for the March payments and the for touch up paint.? As I stated before, I touched up the requested spots that the pre inspector suggested.? (so that Progress/maintenance team) could just paint over the touchups) per inspector.? ? Again, I had lived there for years with? (Park Ave Realty -May 2014) before Progress Residential took over in( DEC2017).? Never made holes in walls or hung pictures.? Pre inspector stated that the walls were in excellent condition for living at Twin Spires for years.? I NEVER signed a lease with Progress Residential and am technically owed my entire deposit back due to that factI signed with Crye-Leike RealtyHad I signed a lease with you, I would agree to charges for the blinds, the cabinent, the carpet repair, light bulbs and trash removalJEROME in your office had already offered to remove the carpet cleaning, interior cleaning, A/C filter charge (which was not old anyway), and the shrub trimming charge (my mosheet documents that the yard was not taken care of when I moved into this houseHe tried to bully me into signing the agreement with these charges taken offAs you see per the attached, was shown for paint charges, which seems right as the move-out inspection man noted "scuffs" on the walls, and told me they could probably just paint one or two of the walls in the house to fix itAny pictures of walls would look bad if you took individual zoomed in pictures of each scuff and scratch found in square feet! Laws allow for wear and tear, and years of wear and tear is all the walls gotYou are trying to make me pay almost a thousand dollars for paint for your next tenant, and that is ridiculousEspecially since I have proof in the form of a screenshot of my account where it did not cost that much(please see attached)I expect the paint charges, carpet cleaning charges, interior cleaning charge, A/C filter charge, and shrub trimming charges to be removed from my account, which would the amount owed back to me By law the timeframe for returning my deposit has already lapsed on your endIf I am not returned my deposit at this time, I will immediately proceed to court and will file suit against your company for my entire deposit since I did not sign a lease with you, and I guarantee it will cost you more than in attorney feesAlso, I have posted comments and questions on your facebook page; however, you blocked me and did not even respond to meThat is very unprofessional.?

Thank you for your feedbackWe have asked [redacted] to provide official documentation from the bank that a payment came out on 4/1/to Progress Residential or Rent CafeAfter not being able to provide this documentation, we asked that [redacted] have the bank contact us directlyWe received an email from the bank in question, but after we called to verify the source, we found that email and phone number on the email did not belong to anyone at that bankAs stated, we will offer to? waive the late fee if a redacted bank statement or verifiable letter from the bank is brought in regarding the payment in question
