We apologize for this inconvenience. In researching this issue the problem seems to be that the Customer applied a 30% discount code, received free shipping but using that coupon does not offer 2 day delivery. Customer selected standard delivery. Order confirmation is attached. We have not...

received any emails from the email address specified in the complaint, however, he did call us on 10/**, rep explained that he did not select 2 day shipping, he disconnected the call. The order shipped on the [redacted] but has been floating around with the courier, still not delivered but certainly should have been by now, only shipping to NJ. Since customer has also filed a dispute with [redacted], we responded to the dispute and asked [redacted] to issue refund to customer.Thank you.

I actually paid the $242 in AUS dollars and when the change in currency occurred it amounted to $335 US  at the time. Fragrancenet took $335 US from my account NOT $242 as they are stating. Please see attached bank transaction for amount paid.I have never had this much trouble ever with an international company before and I shop online frequently. I am disgusted by the service,  or rather lack there of and do believe the company never filled or dispatched the order thinking I would let it go as I was in another country. Too bad for them that I refused to be ripped off nearly $400!!If it wasnt for this organisation Revdex.com.org it would have taken me a lot longer to get a genuine although somewhat less than honest response.Hopefully the refund will be forthcoming quicer than my so called order.

Refund was issued in the amount of $68.98.  $48.98 was a typographical error.  Customer can check with his credit card company to verify

Return Merchandise Authorization processed and return label sent to customer.

Reship has been processed and should be received by [redacted] within 7 business days.

A full refund has been processed for lost package.

[redacted] placed her order on 6/**/2015 for a total of $37.94, not $43.00.  Her order will delivered on 6/**/2015 -- the 8th business day.  [redacted] spoke to a senior Customer Service Representative (who is not a jerk) and she explained that standard shipping is not a guaranteed...

Refund has been issued in full.  Please allow 4-7 days to process.

Refund has been issued for missing product.  A 5% additional discount has been applied to this customers order for the missing free gift.

Order #[redacted] was placed on 11/**/2015.  No delivery information available; refund issued for $76.92.  Order #[redacted] was placed on 12/**/2014; standard delivery.  Customer did place this order with same billing and shipping info as order #[redacted].

Refund issued as customer never received delivery from Post Office.

Please note our records show that customer was provided with a prepaid postage return label so that the items may be returned back to our facility. When the order was placed, customer used email address f[redacted] and that is where the label was sent. Since we have received email from customer from and alternate email address; [redacted], we have resent the label to that address as well. The last email we received from customer, she adamantly stated that she does not have a box to return the items. We understand that customer has discarded the original shipping box,however, these items maybe returned in any type of corrugated box. Since customer is not satisfied with any of the items purchased, we will issue a full refund back to her payment method once the items are returned back to our facility. Thank you for your feedback. We have created an RMA for the customer and a prepaid postage return label has been emailed to the customer. A refund will be issued upon receipt of return.

The email clearly states that standard shipping is 4-7 business days, it doesn't matter if it's Christmas or not, the email clearly states this.

Return label was received as we have received customers return.  Refund of $51.09 has been processed to [redacted] account.
