 The employee did not say her name, I do not lie! When I asked, several times for her name she would not give it. This does not excuse her from laughing at me, nor being so rude to a customer. I was in tears, and felt totally humiliated. I realize their policy may have changed as far as coupons/discounts. But I asked for assistance due to having problems with placing an order on line, they have nothing or know one to help when there is an online issue, I asked for assistance with that also. How do they think a customer can order on line if they don't have anyone to help with online issues? They have a recording when you call that states the calls are recorded for training purposes etc. They could easily replay this call and hear how demeaning, hateful, and rude their employee was. This person is representing their company and needs to be aware of how they are treating customers. I feel an apology is required. I no longer wish to order from a company that allows their employees to treat customers in this manor. It says a lot about a company that has so little concern and no value for a satisfied customer.

The refund for this order was processed on the same day the package was received in our returns department on 8/**/2016.  Refunds can take up to five business days to appear.

The response they give has nothing at all to do with my complaint.   Its a generic reply.My complaint is VERY clear and involves the breakdown in communication of the company, and their refusal to be able to be reached by the consumer byphone and e-mail, and the non working "status check' for the product purchased.  The package was finally delivered two weeks after ordering but that doesnot resolve the concerns in my complaint.

I am totally upset with this firm!! I immediately sent back the perfume in their box and they have received it. However, I'm not getting my full price of $63 back and I don't know why. PLUS, I won't get it till the end of the month, if ever. And when I try to call them to ask why I didn't get my full refund, their answering machine says that no one can come to the phone because they are too busy so email them with your question. How can anyone do business with such a horrible business! No wonder they have so many bad reviews online. If they were a reputable business with good customer service, they would immediately refund my entire purchase price.  What do I do now? Wait till January * for a refund that is not my entire money and may never come? This is completely unacceptable. They have the perfume which I never opened in their original outside box and I have to wait more than a month for a refund that is not even the entire amount that I spent.

When we researched this complaint we found that the customer sent three emails on Dec [redacted]. The customer was irate and it was reflected in these emails. The customer placed her order on December 7th with standard delivery (4-7 business days) and it was received on December 14th which is within the...

suggested delivery time frame. A refund will not be given at this time as the order was received.

We understand that [redacted], would prefer that the balance of her refund, to be issued back to her original payment method. Our records show that [redacted] used a credit card for the purchase and we have refunded her credit card in the amount of $45.29, which was the original order total. We...

Order was placed on 11/**/2015.  Customer sent email at 12:09am 11/**/2015 requesting to cancel.  An email response was sent back at 8:11 am letting the customer know that the order had already processed and could be cancelled.  Customer was given a Return Merchandise Authorization...

number in that email.  Once we are in receipt of the returned product, a refund will be issued.

Our records indicate that we have been notified by [redacted] in regards to this unauthorized purchase. We understand that this order was not authorized by the cardholder and a claim has been issued with [redacted] regarding this matter. FragranceNet.com  will not dispute this claim and once [redacted]...

Order was placed on Saturday, June **, 2015.  One item was out of stock on the first business day 6/**/2015 (Monday) at 7:13am.  The balance of the order (1 item) was shipped on 6/*/2015 at 21:16pm.  Customer called to cancel at 2:04pm (after order had already shipped with common...

carrier).  Customer was refunded for the unshipped item immediately.  Customer alleges he was refunded in full, which he was not.  He was refunded for $54.74 for the out of stock item.  This order was delivered on 6/**/2015.A Return Merchandise Authorization was sent for the item he requested to return.  Once received, the credit will be processed.

If [redacted] will refer to magazine details attached - it clearly states that a magazine subscription with a value of $20 is included with your purchase today.  It also states on the 5th line of the details :If you prefer not to receive a magazine, you may request a rebate for the stated value by printing and completing THIS FORM.....  also attached.[redacted] did read the offer in its entirety as evidenced by his comment that he was presented with a choice of magazines to select.  Had he read the offer completely, he would have seen that he could have clicked the link to get to the rebate form and claim his $20.00 rebate instead of receiving a magazine.
