When we researched this package we found there was no movement with the courier.  A claim has been issued for the lost package and a full refund was given to the customer via [redacted]. Thank you.

Customer requested replacement.  A return merchandise authorization was previously emailed to this customer.  Once the return is received, a replacement order will be processed.

issued a refund, but no refund has been issued as of yet. This is the same company that said my purchase would arrive in 4-7 days, and it never came. I accepted their lie the first time; I will not be fooled so easily the second time around. This issue is absolutely NOT resolved.

Refund was issued on 12/**/2015 and can take up to seven (7) business days for it to process through credit card company.  We cannot expedite as we have not control over the process

I called looking for when the order will deliver and the customer service representative was VERY Rude and said maybe I should have paid for express shipping, 8 days is not their standard shipping timeI will never order from this company again, obviously their delivery days are a joke, from reading other reviews, I am not alone in regards to the delivery.  I feel my shipping charges should be refunded, if I wanted to return the merchandise, obviously I would have to pay to return this which I am not going to do

Negative. I called in multiple times on June [redacted], much earlier than that, but each time I called the customer service department, I was on hold for over 45 minutes. After calling multiple times I was finally connected to a customer service rep after holding for 25 minutes. I was told I was being charged the full amount and would have to wait for them to issue me a refund. They charged me for the full amount of the order. On 6/**/15 $82.48 was posted to my bank account. I had to wait for them to issue me a credit of $54.74. If they knew they were not going to send the full order, then they should have only charged me for the product they provided, and not the full amount. The amount was still in "pending" status with my bank and could have been changed by Fragrancenet.com. I know this because I called my bank and tried to do a stop payment, but because the amount had not posted yet they were not able to do that. I also emailed multiple times on June [redacted] asking to cancel my order (see below) with no response. I have also been in contact with [redacted] - [redacted] and she has emailed me twice saying that someone from Customer Service would be reaching out to rectify the situation and I have heard nothing. I ordered 2 items this weekend and without checking with me first, you decided to only ship one of the items and then offer me a reduced discount for my next purchase. I emailed and also called to cancel the entire order. I waited on hold for over 25 minutes only to be told that the order can't be canceled and my only option was to send the product back and wait for a refund. In all of my online experiences, if something is missing or out of stock, the company will notify me prior to a partial shipment. I would have liked to make the decision on this. I only added the [redacted] because of the sale and because I was ordering the [redacted] (which was the reason I placed the order in the first place). Now, I am paying shipping on one item instead of 2, am not getting the original item I wanted, and my only option now is to send the item back and wait for a refund. The customer service associate that I spoke with was unfriendly and obviously didn't care at all about my issue. Expect the [redacted] to come back as soon as I receive it. Also, know that you lost a customer over an issue that should be a simple resolution that could have happened had you communicated the issue to me prior to shipping out part of my order. [redacted]

my complaint has NOT been resolved because The company responds that they sent 4 emails, however except for the original emails for order confirmation I only received THREE responses. Also if the items were sent why did I not receve a tracking number via email as is their company policy and why was I sent a contradictory email saying it was still being processed and my order status on their website was not changed from "in warehouse". Plus more tellingly I havent received it.Yesterday an email stating they would refund my money was sent to me but they are only refunding $242.59 which is the amount in australian currency.
