In the message about the return authorization it says: "However, please note that if the return is not received within 90 days of original order, a gift certificate will be generated as a refund as after 90 days we have no access to process a refund to original payment method." The original order was made on April [redacted], items arrived a few days later, after opening the first item (1 of three identical items), when I found out it was fake or defective (On June [redacted]) I immediately contacted the seller but been told I could not return the items because it was over the 30 day return policy.As you know, following my complaint I received the RMA on July [redacted], which was already way over 90 days after the order was placed. What use do I have to a gift certificate? Why would I want to purchase anything else from an unreliable company with such a bad customer service? I will say again, I am not interested in their gift certificate since I am not going to purchase anything from them. All I want is to return the items that are defective and receive my money back in any way, shape, or form that is not limited to use only on [redacted], because that's, to me, is like NOT getting a refund at all. We understand that customer does not agree with our level of compensation regarding this matter, however, as previously stated, as a Merchant, we are only authorized to refund payment methods for the amount of the original purchase. The order was placed 12/** with Premium Ground shipping (was expected to be received within 3-4 business days). package has been received. The order total was not $95.00 as customer is stating.  Customer was charged $63.43 for this purchase.  Merchandise needs to be returned before we issue refund to customer. Our CS Manager is reaching out to the customer.Thank you!

 I spoke with a representative today by the name of Anita.  She was very helpful in this situation.  I told her that I did not receive the merchandise.  Also, she was informed of the steps  taken with FedEx and USPS regarding filing a claim.  Only the merchant can do this. Anita stated that FragranceNet will be sending the items again and she will add a note for a required signature.Anita was helpful, patient and exudes Customer Service.

This customer stated she would dispute the charge with her credit card company as well as made no mention of returning the products.  Return Merchandise Authorization has been processed.  Customer will not be charged a return shipping fee.

Order shipped 12/**/2015.  Return Merchandise Authorization has been processed and sent to customer to return the product upon receipt.  Additionally, orders can be cancelled on the web site.

Customer contacted us and reship was processed and received on 12/**/2015.  Refund has been issued for express hipping of $17.95.

Refunds were issued for $87.75 on 12/**/2015 and $9.74 on 12/*/2015 for a total of $97.49
