Buyers Beware I purchased an extended auto warranty from Endurance Vehicle Warranty The policy had been in effect for days when the air conditioner quit working I called the service department for the names of garages in my area and took it to a covered garage When the owner called for advanced approval they denied my claim They insisted that they would only explain the reason to me , so I called them and they went through a myriad of reasons why they would not cover repairs They said that the air conditioner had been going bad for a while and I should have known about it So I cancelled the remainder of my contract , I am writing this to caution consumers to beware of this type of company In my opinion they are pulling a scam just to get your money and then they deny your claim for some obscure reason

I work with MartinJ regarding our policy and he is always very helpful!!! Ask for him when you call!!

Endurance offers a 30-day money back guarantee policy whereby if a customer is not happy for any reason within days, the customer may cancel the vehicle service contract and receive a full refund Endurance's refund policy is such that if the customer paid by credit card, Endurance will provide the refund within business days If the customer paid by ACH, Endurance will provide the refund within business days This is because when a customer pays via an ACH transaction from the customer's bank account it may take to business days for the bank to clear the funds Within that time frame an ACH transaction may come back insufficient funds, stopped payment, account unable to locate or invalid account information With all due respect to the customer, for him to say "this company is a bunch of crooks" is an unfortunate and unfair statement The customer purchased the vehicle service contract on January 3, and paid the down payment via ACH He then cancelled the contract on January Accordingly, the Endurance mailed the customer his refund check yesterday, on January However, yesterday being Martin Luther King day it was a postal holiday so the check will be in the mail stream today

Endurance's Manager spoke to the consumer Endurance Manager understood the consumers issue, apologized for his negative experience, and explained how the confusion came about Endurance Manager retrained the sales staff on how to avoid this type of confusion that arises when a consumer submits quote requests on multiple vehicles He also deleted all of the consumer's information from Endurance's system

My Vehicle broke down, I got the run around by numbers of repair shops and I got in touch with Eddie [redacted] at Endurance Warranty and the Repairs that I needed to get back on the road was completed in a very Quick manner and My Car is running like newAnd Hassel Free !

In speaking to the consumer, she contacted the Revdex.com in error and emailed the Revdex.com to retract the complaint The consumer's assistant misunderstood her and erroneously filed a complaint against Endurance The consumer was satisfied with Endurance

Martin Jefferies was extremely helpful and I highly recommend anyone to deal directly with him on any claims

This company continues to harass me about purchasing a warranty for a vehicle I no longer ownI have repeatedly tried to tell them that I want to be taken off of their calling list but all they do is hang up on meI get approx 3-calls a month from them and now I just started receiving mailed notices This is borderline harassment

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/04/28) */ In response to the complaint listed above, Endurance investigated the situation in order to resolve the consumer concernThis consumer stated that he called in to cancel the coverage he purchased from EnduranceOur records indicate that his policy was cancelled upon his request on 4/18/We also provided him with the proper cancellation procedure outlined in his contractWe believe this customer's concern was that he wanted to avoid being charged any more payments prior to providing the appropriate documentation for cancellationEndurance would like to inform that we discontinue any automatic billing upon customer request to cancelProviding the proper documentation for cancellation is part of the contract procedure however it does not prolong the discontinuation of automatic billingThis consumer's request was properly executedEndurance will always strive towards complete customer satisfaction

In response to the above referenced case number, Endurance reviewed the information attached with this specific consumer to ensure a resolutionAfter a thorough investigation, Endurance determined this to be a complaint against the administrator of claimsThe obligor/administrator of the contract is [redacted] (***)A claim was filed directly with [redacted] by the consumer and the claim was deniedEndurance does not approve or deny any claims whatsoever therefore we accordingly contacted [redacted] in order to uncover a reason for denial on behalf of the consumer [redacted] informed Endurance that the claim was denied due to vehicle modificationsThe coverage specifically excludes aftermarket modifications/ alterations made to the vehicle under the exclusions section letter KThe inspection results show the vehicle was equipped with a [redacted] Supercharger, engine electronic tuner and exhaust headersWe contacted the consumer in order to grant assistance with this issueWe explained that [redacted] informed us of the denial reason due to vehicle alterations/modifications not recommended by the manufacturer Although Endurance does not approve or deny any claims filed by the consumer, we processed a full refund which is outside the contract termsThe consumer needs to redirect this complaint to the administrator of the contract in order to further dispute / obtain a resolution in regards to the claimEndurance will always strive to provide each and every individual with excellent customer service

My experience with endurance has been absolutely 100% greatMr Steve [redacted] took great care of me all through the process of signing me up as well as helping me with finance issuesI would highly recommend without hesitation this company stars guys ! You deserve it

A company is only as good as it's employees and Specialist Martin [redacted] was a good example of why Endurance is successful Mr [redacted] was respectful, personally remembered who I was and a man of his word I purchase a warranty to help sell my truck which was a difficult experience After my truck sold Mr [redacted] turned my difficult experience into a pleasant one by going above what I was expecting by refunding my money minus a small fee which I was glad to pay By doing this Mr [redacted] and Endurance will now have my future business If all the employees at Endurance are like Mr [redacted] , Endurance will continue to grow by earning the trust of used car owners in the U.S

NOT AN HONEST COMPANY.!!!!Sent me on a day [redacted] asking about maintenance records just to find out that on page We're not allowed to do our own maintenance I tracked down old receipts over the course of days and they even sent out an inspector for some reason just to waste my time They state on their "ON HOLD" music message that they know how important the customers time is well they could give flying [redacted] about us customers They need to come right out and let people know about how you're not allowed to do your own maintenance There are plenty of HONEST AMERICANS who make an HONEST living and get duped into spending thousands of dollars on a protection plan, for what, to be denied after wasting days worth of time This is an UNJUST AND DISHONEST company that doesnt pay honest claims DONT WASTE YOU TIME BUYING ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE NEVER WASTED MY MONEY I HOPE THIS COMPANY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS AND PEOPLE GO TO JAIL FOR FRAUDULENTLY SELLING INSURANCE WITH NO INTENTION OF PAYING HONEST CLAIMS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY AND STOP THEM FROM HURTING OTHER PEOPLE I WISH I COULD PUT A "0" FOR HOW LIKELY I AM TO RECOMMEND THIS [redacted] UP COMPANY

I have had my doubts about these after market warranties ..Didn't remember having this so when I got my car fixed I paid out of pocket and then remembered I had something to this effect ,, I called Endurance talked to a manager Eddie [redacted] and I can tell you from the beginning this guy was great not only did he re send my information top me he got me reimbursement for my claim I no longer have my doubts I thank you Endurance and Eddie [redacted] You are a Valued employee ,, there needs to be more of you

they are very professional with great prices and great customer service
