The customers credit card was charged on 3-2-and before the payment company could be notified the customer called [redacted] to make a paymentBoth charges went through and one of them was automatically applied towards the next month's payment moving the next payment due date to [redacted] 19thSeveral attempts have been made to contact the customer with the following offer, 1) we could refund the 2nd payment and move the due date back to March 18th or 2) we can apply the charged amount towards March paymentWe have left several messages seeking to apologize for any confusion and asking the customer to contact the Customer Service Manager, [redacted] at (312) [redacted] , to let us know how she would like to proceed

Endurance Dealer Services' manager spoke with the customer, explained all of the claim notes and helped the customer understand that Endurance properly adjudicated his claim The customer agreed that Endurance did what the contract said to do but was still very unhappy that he had to pay the repair facility Endurance could not overturn a proper denial, however, in the interest of customer service, Endurance agreed to pay an amount towards the claim The customer was grateful and satisfied with the outcome

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My fathers household was the the only once that received this piece of mailI spoke with our mailman, and he told me it was junk mail and that he had delivered the same envelope with the same information that was sent to my dadHe also stated that he noticed most are sent to elderly people and he is proud that I contacted the Revdex.com regarding the letters because he has picked up mail from residents to be returned to this place of business for them to find out later they never had a policy with them to begin with.; You can say fwhat you want to, but this business preys on people especially the elderly, because some elderly get confused about their bills and its a way to lure them inI have truly lost faith in the Revdex.comI know this company along with many others will continue to get by with these wrongful lying letters and scam so many more people out of their moneyThey should be ashamed of themselves, and so should you Sincerely, [redacted] ***
