Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:Attached is a copy of the sample agreement that was sent several timesThis is the only agreement that I have receivedIt states that "TRANSMISSION: (Automatic or Standard) Transmission Case and all Internally Lubricated Parts plus: Torque Converter; Flywheel/Flex Plate; Vacuum Modulator; Electronic Shift Control Unit; Transmission Cooler; Transmission Mounts; Oil Pan; Slave/Clutch Master Cylinder; Pilot Bearing; and Throw-Out Bearing(Transmission case is covered if damage is due to the Breakdown of a Covered Part)" are coveredThis contract dose not identify specific parts of the Transmission that are not coveredIt does have an "exclusion" section but it does not mention it either.The adjuster mentioned that the specific part of my Transmission that malfunctioned, is not covered, yet the copy of the agreement that has been provided to me does not reflect thatIn addition, I did not receive a copy of the agreement until after days of signing upThis deprived me of the opportunity to cancel and receive a full a refund, had I not liked the terms and conditionsThis is why I am seeking a full refund or my claim approvedYes, Endurance did refund one-tenth of my money ($93.00) But I invested over $800, yet they did not provide the quality of coverage and service that I was lead to believe Sincerely, [redacted]

This company is the worst that could beI purchased extended warranty, but claim department denied to pay for repairI'm in active duty and ready to be deployedSTAY AWAY OF THIS BUSINESSOTHERWISE YOU WILL WAIST YOUR MONEY

In the interest of customer service, Endurance expedited the 30-day refund process, waived the contract's refund section time-used provision and issued the consumer a full refund minus a fifty dollar cancel fee

I purchased a BMW for my fiance about a year and a half ago One day I was cleaning the interior of the car, and noticed or bundles of wires bundled together, with hundreds in each bundle I thought to myself, if something goes wrong, its going to be expensive I turned to ENDURANCE AUTO WARRANTY The BMW dealer, who I felt like was in shock complimented on them, saying they were the were amazing, respectful and simple to work with, adding her job would be much easier if she only had deal in with ENDURANCE I myself am nothing but completely satisfied with this company and everything they do customer service is great, and I know if anything minor or major went wrong tomorrow, it would be taken care of as soon as I got an appointment with the mechanic of my choice They do not try to sway you towards any shops, dealers, its your choice Thank you ENDURANCE, I recommend you to everyone I know and will continue!

I was informed on December 27, by [redacted] that I needed a radiatorEndurance warranty, informed me that my warranty was expired by milesThe representative, Art [redacted] , informed me that I stated my miles as 94, on April 2, at the time of the warranty purchaseHe also mentioned, that the representative told me to call back within days to verify the mileageI don’t recall anyone informing me to call back within days; therefore, I asked could I hear the recordingArt, mentioned that if I had any documents that could prove my mileage around the time of purchase they could use it [redacted] faxed over a receipt from February 13, showing my mileage as 95,069, which is higher than what I stated at the time of purchaseI asked could I speak to someone higher to get the matter resolved, I was transferred to Eddie [redacted] Eddie downloaded the recording and heard the stated mileage; however, I did not hear the representative tell me to call back to verify the mileageEddie argued that it was my fault I didn’t verify the mileage and stated they inform the customer to call back within days on the verification callI asked to hear the verification call and was told he would have to download itIn the meantime, I was asked to get a valid receipt from [redacted] on their letterheadI was able to pick up valid receipts and emailed them to EddieEddie called saying one of the receipts was for a rental carHe questioned me, asking why I rent a carI told him I can’t remember why, but what difference does it make? My mileage for my car was on the receipt, which is what he needed as proofHe said it was not validHe went on stating both receipts were not valid and they had been fabricated by [redacted] He also mentioned that my warranty will continue to be expired because of the invalid receiptsI could not believe what I was hearingI told him [redacted] would not fabricate receipts for me and more importantly, I wouldn’t go to a dealership that would fabricate receiptsHe stated he would find a radiator and have Endurance to pay for it, but after listening to this, there is no way I can trust Endurance warranty to pay for anythingI’m sure they would have gotten the cheapest and most unreliable radiator they could findThis is very disheartening to learn that a company would treat their customer this wayMy warranty is paid in fullAs a customer, I take full responsibility for stating the incorrect mileage, but I will not take responsibility for Endurance’s behavior and attitude towards this entire situationEddie [redacted] is unprofessional and disrespectfulHe accused [redacted] of being dishonestIf he accused them of being dishonest, he’s accusing me of being dishonest, I’m their customerHe wouldn’t allow me to hear the verification call as he promisedHis attitude was horribleHe blamed me for the expired for stating the incorrect mileageI will not recommend this company to anyone! He did not have to ask me for the receipts as proof, knowing he was not going to honor the mileageWasted over $for nothing

Complaint Details Under all Coverage Programs that are offered at Endurance Direct Seals & Gaskets are covered [redacted] Endurance Direct refused to repair our vehicle under the highest level of coverage that they offerEndurance Direct Sales People are baiting and misleading consumersDesired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement: Modification/discontinuance of an advertised claim Repair our vehicle and remove the misleading statements from your web site and documents

In my opinion their warranties are better than the dealersI had a dealer warranty and there was little to zero customer serviceEndurance really does have the best customer service I've ever dealt withI'm about to buy a second vehicle and you bet I'm going to cover it with Endurance!

Have nothing but great things to day about Mr [redacted] Very informative and not pushy good adviser

Good customer service Martin was very informative and understanding, he showed concern and tried his best to resolve my problemI will certainly reach out to him for guidance in the future
