I was happy with service and recommend others to purchase this

They helped me this week when I was stranded in the middle of nowhereTurned this nightmare right around! I was travelling for thanksgiving with my family to a relatives house in a different state and my car broke down They sent a tow truck and picked us up I was able to get a loaner car and continue my tripAll and all, we were only delayed an hourMy car is being fixed today at their expenseThey are paying for the loaner car abd the repairthe Gentleman's that helped through this whole ordel is Steven [redacted] I hope his manager see's this post because he really did put us at ease with this stressful situation

The ustomer service is terrific, Eddie [redacted] was very professional and knowledgable

Martin was wonderful! This warranty company is easy to work with and they cover alot for comparatively littleWe have two cars covered with them and I will take out policies on every car we have in the futureDefinately worth it

Endurance takes consumer complaints very seriously and upon receiving the complaint from your office, Endurance did an internal investigation of company records int the handling of Ms [redacted] vehicle service contract sale and service Our office has completed the internal investigation and would like to advise your office that Endurance stands behind the following facts regarding Ms [redacted] transaction with our company.On March 8, Ms [redacted] contacted Endurance and purchased a vehicle service contract Upon agreeing to purchase the contract, Ms [redacted] was transferred to the sale verification department to consummate the sale The sale was verified with Ms [redacted] over a recorded conversation and Ms [redacted] was also told Endurance has a "Day Money Back" guarantee policy If Ms [redacted] wanted to cancel for any reason during the first days, she would be due a full refund Ms [redacted] agreed to pay $as a down payment for the purchase Later the same day, Ms [redacted] called Endurance and stated that her husband just purchased a contract from their credit union and she no longer needs the Endurance plan The Endurance customer service agent suggested she compare the two plans to see which coverage is better because she has a day money back guarantee with Endurance Ms [redacted] agreedOn March Endurance received a Revdex.com complaint from Ms [redacted] that Endurance did not process her refund Endurance provided the call between Ms [redacted] and Endurance to the Revdex.com The call did not justify a complaint regarding a refundNonetheless, upon receiving the complaint, Endurance cancelled Ms [redacted] contract and issued her a refund

I had a good experience with this company and working with Nicole [redacted]

Everything was great, Martin made this process very simple and laid backHe was great to work with and resolved all of my needs

We just purchased a [redacted] 750LIEndurance has basically told my wife and I we are lying and that the car is a [redacted] [redacted] Endurance claims that since their system shows our car is an [redacted] they will not offer the warranty for a LIWe had [redacted] of the WOODLANDS in Texas send them a bill of sale and verification letter, Endurance still claims we are lying

The issue presented was a misunderstanding regarding the customer payments Endurance cancelled the contract and issued the customer a 100% refund

I recently called Endurance for information on a part that was not covered and MrJoe [redacted] was kind and courteous enough to help me find a solution to my issueAlthough the part wasn't cover, Mr [redacted] helped me as if it wasHe suggested a few options and eased my mind when I ended the call....this gentleman deserves to be rewardedGreat job Joe

Endurance contacted the customer and sent the customer a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of the vehicle service contract to the new address provided

The company is excellent, I feel they done a excellent job with my vehicle, my rental ,the payment monthly plan is definitely affordable,
