I had purchased an extended warranty from Endurance warranty in December of and never had to use it until September 12,2016, I took my car to my mechanic like Endurance said that I could do, then when my mechanic told them that my power steering had a leak and my power steering pump was bad and my hub bearing was bad and my compresser for my suspension was bad, they told my mechanic that they need to send an appraiser the and that took over hours, then when the appraiser got there he told my mechanic that he didn't see a leak , my mechanic told me that he showed him the leak and the appraiser still said that he didn't see the leak he just see that it's rust, my mechanic told me that the Endurance warranty claim office said that they are not going to repair the power steering pump or hub bearing, and that they wanted to negotiate with the suspension compresser price, I call them and asked why can't I get my car fixed and I was told that they have to go with the appraiser word, so I asked what do I have to do drive with my baby in the car and have a rollover because the appraiser said that the hub bearing didn't have a lot of play but it had plat, and the power steering fluid leaks a lot when I'm parked for a few hours and move you can see a puddleI am canceling my warranty and asking for a refund, I can't get my car fixed on my own, it would be less stressful that's why I purchased this I thought I would have less stress be dealing with this company have put a lot of stress on my and my job is already stressful

On September 1, the consumer contacted Endurance's Customer Service Department to cancel his vehicle service contract Accordingly, the Customer Service Representative cancelled the consumer's vehicle service contract in our system and explained to the consumer the refund process According to the consumer's vehicle service contract Cancellations Section, "If You cancel this Contract after the first thirty (30) days, the unearned Contract Purchase Price will be refunded calculated on a pro-rata basis...less an administrative fee of fifty ($50) and the total amount of all authorized claims, provided We receive a Federal Odometer Statement or notarized affidavit verifying mileage at the time of cancellation." The consumer stated that he would send in the Bill of Sale of the car and the Customer Service Representative said Endurance would calculate a refund, if any, would be due according to the Bill of Sale.On October 30, 2017, the consumer called Endurance's Customer Service Department inquiring about his pro-rata refund The Customer Service Representative explained to the consumer that there is no refund for his contract due to the miles used The consumer then stated that the miles listed were wrong and he will send an email to Customer Service.The customer provided miles at time of sale were 51,and Endurance calculated the pro-rata refund.Please be advised Endurance sent the consumer a pro-rata refund today via [redacted] and, in the interest of customer service, also included a $Gas Card

This company is located nearby so I thought it would be nice to get a quote for coverage on my carWhen I called them, they were all very informative and very nice throughout the entire processThey offer different types of payment plans to fit your needs which is great during a tough ecomonyI didn't purchase a policy and they werent even upset about itThey made sure to answer all of my questions and provided me with different issues my vehicle is commonly known to haveThey also let you use the policy nationwide which means you are not limited to just one single place! I would definetly recommend this company to my friends and co-workers!

Endurance's Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer and went over all of the payments made by the customer to Endurance Endurance is processing the customer's refund and the customer is satisfied

On Oct 13, the customer contacted Endurance and purchased an Interstate Xtra Supreme vehicle service contract for his [redacted] with 107,miles on the car At the point of sale and during the sale verification process the customer was made aware of the specifics of the vehicle service contract The customer was also provided a hard copy of the vehicle service contract which was sent via USPS Critical Mail with delivery confirmation Please be advised Endurance is strictly the seller of the vehicle service contract Endurance sold the customer an Interstate National Dealer Services (INDS) vehicle service contractINDS is the administrator/obligor of the vehicle service contract which means INDS administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay for the approved claims Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of claims On January 26, and February 2, the customer's monthly credit card vehicle service contract payment was declined On February 10, 2016, Endurance attempted to contact the customer regarding the payment The customer did not answer so the Endurance customer service representative left a voice mail to let customer know if payment was not received the customer's contract was going to cancel for non-payment The Endurance representative also emailed the customerThe customer did not respond On February 16, 2016, the policy was cancelled for non-payment On March 7, the customer called Endurance seeking to reinstate his policy The customer was told when his payment posts his policy will be reinstated but there will be a day waiting period attached to his policy to protect against any pre-existing conditions that occurred while the customer policy was cancelled INDS will not cover any issues that occurred while the policy was cancelled On April 25, the customer contacted Endurance's customer service upset because of a denied claim Endurance, as seller of the policy, offered to get involved by calling INDS to asertain why the claim was denied According to INDS, the customer's payment posted on March On April 14, a repair shop contacted INDS to initiate a claim for engine repairs When INDS received the repair order it was dated April and the diagnosis clearly showed that the issue occurred during the waiting period of the reinstated contract so the claim was denied as pre-existing the reinstated coverage

I purchased my extended warranty with ENDURANCE for an older used car that I bought "as is" Thank goodness, while it did not cover the new clutch, the ac belt, or the broken door handle (wear and tear items) It did cover a faulty sensor, and most importantly a replaced engine The cost of covered repairs far exceeded the value of the vehicle and were 4x the cost of the policy I had to jump through a few hoops to get approval for the engine but all was well in the end I eventually traded in my "money pit" car but am thankful to have had the warranty!

The customer has been issued a full refund Per the Superior contract, "Replacement of Covered Parts that have experienced a Breakdown may be madewith original equipment manufacturer parts, non-original equipment manufacturer parts, re-manufactured parts, or used parts at the Administrator’s discretion." Although the repair was not covered and the contract was cancelled, Endurance offered the consumer to help source parts for his repair at a less expensive price and understand if the consumer does not want Endurance's assistance
