My experience with Endurance has been nothing but the best. Their staff has been exceptional helpful and patient during my contract. Mr. Joe [redacted] was absolutely the best. I wish more companies provided the type of services Mr. [redacted] provided. A GREAT COMPANY!

Endurance reviewed the customer's vehicle service contract sale and service.  The customer purchased the vehicle service contract on December 12, 2016 and cancelled the contract on January 9, 2017.  Upon cancellation, Endurance's, pursuant to Endurance's 30-day money back guarantee policy,...

initiated a full refund to the customer and contacted the third party finance company to cancel the financing of the contract.  Endurance's refund was effectuated on January 11, so two days later the customer received the refund. However, the payment plan company did not mark the contract as cancelled and erroneously charged the customer.  Endurance contacted the payment plan company to ensure the customer's money was returned, but the customer had already charged back the payment.  Endurance is sorry about any confusion the payment plan company caused the consumer.

In response to the above referenced case number, we reviewed the information regarding this account. The consumer purchased the coverage on 09/25/2015 and cancelled the coverage on 09/29/2015. In most cases, if the contract was initiated by credit/debit card, the payment can be returned to the...

customer electronically within 3-5 business days. This customer made the payment by check (ACH) which takes up to 10 business days to clear the bank after the payment has been made. Once the check clears the bank, a check can be issued and mailed to the customer. This process can take up to 30 days. The check has already been issued to this customer ( Check # [redacted] ) and should be received by mail shortly. Endurance will always provide each and every customer with excellent customer service.

In the interest of customer service, Endurance expedited the 30-day refund process, waived the contract's refund section time-used provision and issued the consumer a full refund minus a fifty dollar cancel fee.

In response to the above referenced case number,
Endurance reviewed the information attached with this specific consumer to
ensure a resolution. After a thorough investigation, Endurance determined this
to be a complaint against the administrator of claims. The
obligor/administrator of the...

contract is Interstate National Dealer Services
(INDS). A claim was filed directly with INDS by the consumer’s repair facility.
Endurance does not approve or deny any claims whatsoever therefore we
accordingly contacted INDS in order to obtain a resolution on behalf of the customer. INDS informed Endurance that the claim was authorized and paid for the
fuel pump. The fuel delivery lines were not covered due to rust/corrosion. We
explained to the consumer that the claim was authorized for the fuel pump
however the fuel lines were denied due to rust/corrosion which is a listed
exclusion on the policy and does not constitute as a mechanical or electrical
failure. Endurance will always strive to provide each and every individual with
excellent customer service.

Endurance has offered everything in our company's means to the customer.  If the customer is not happy with the contract he was sold and wants to cancel his vehicle service contract, Endurance will waive any applicable cancel fees and issue a pro-rated refund, which is approximately 92% of total of what the customer paid.  If the customer has an issue with the denied claim, please contact Interstate National Dealer Services.  Interstate National Dealer Services administered the claim and is obligated to pay for approved claims.

I'm on my second policy with Endurance and a very satisfied customer. We still have our first one, which I'm beyond grateful for. When it came to purchasing our second vehicle, there was no question of who to get our coverage from. I even found out that the dealers sell Endurance policies!
