Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Endurance is lying and wanted me to pay out of pocket for a motor tear down over 4,000.00 which I don't have. Vehicle is still sitting in my garage needing repairs.
Sincerely,
Terry [redacted]

I need some help with some payment problems..and I got the help I needed ...from [redacted] he was very helpful...and very pleasant to talk with....big ups !!!! To [redacted]

Had a great experience with Mike from customer service to help me with my extended warranty in keeping everything running smoothly for me during my breast cancer illness.

I purchased a 5 year warrenty with this company at a cost of $2700 and was told that it covered everything from bumper to bumper, A to Z.....WRONG!!!!!! This warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. I have filed as many as 5 requests for warranty service and all of them have been refused. To me that constitutes bad business, why would I pay the amount I did and have it not cover anything. Beware if purchasing from this company, this warranty doesn`t cover anything. I wish I could get my money back, but it's been to long.

Awesome company!

thank you Mr Eddie for helping me with my policy I didn't want to loose it and you made it possible for me to keep it .. thx

Martin was extremely helpful at endurance and was a please to deal with.

In response to the case number listed above, Mr. [redacted] purchased an [redacted]) contract from Endurance on September 16, 2015.  Please be advided, Endurance is strictly the seller of the [redacted] vehicle service contract.  [redacted] is the administrator/obligor of...

the vehicle service contract which means [redacted] administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claims.  Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of the claims. Endurance did not know of the consumer's negative experience regarding the claims process until our company received the Revdex.com complaint.  The consumer mistakenly stated that his ASC certified mechanic said "Endurance" was "trying to weasel out of paying for the repairs any way they can, even to the point of verbally walk them in circles to say something that would excluded their coverage's.  Even when I have been party to speaker phone conversations with the repair facility and Endurance, they try to the typical insurance thing..."  Endurance was not party to those phone conversations whatsoever.  The marketplace interaction was with [redacted].  As the selling agent, Endurance gets involved on numerous occasions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the consumer's behalf to ascertain why the claim was denied and put forth the best case for the warranty company to approve the claim.  Similarly, Endurance has reached out to the consumer to ascertain the exact issue and continues to work with the consumer to help the consumer regarding his claim experience with [redacted].

Martin [redacted] is an awesome person who looks out for their customers.

Everything was great, Martin made this process very simple and laid back. He was great to work with and resolved all of my needs

eddie [redacted] has been wonderful and a joy to deal with.

Mr [redacted], is always very helpful when I call in with my a million and one questions. And if he is not sure about something he finds me the right answer. He is some one that is live to talk to and not these crazy recordings.

I have had a positive experience with Enduranc, have already used a claim on the policy. Spoke today with [redacted] and had a good conversation and good result to my call THANK YOU ALL ENDURANCE!!!!

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Endurance says they tried to contact me but I did not receive anything in the mail. I received no phone calls from anyone who identified themselves as an Endurance rep. Actually, even if an Endurance rep would have called me I would be suspicious since they would not talk to me about my cancellation when I called them twice.
I mailed a certified letter to Endurance that was delivered on 9/17, nearly two weeks after my first attempt to cancel over the phone. My contract was purchased on 4/16, effective 5/16. Coverage for 100k or 60 mos for a total cost of $2583. My cancellation letter shows my first attempt to cancel was on 9/4 with 106,904 miles. I agreed to the required $100 cancellation fee. I have received a check from Endurance for a refund with no other correspondence, or explanation enclosed. Evidently it is in response to the Revdex.com complaint. The check is for $266.24 which is about $100 less than it should be, depending on whether I'm required to pay for the first 30 days of "non-coverage" and what date they used for cancellation.  They may have used the Revdex.com complaint date as a cancellation date, which is totally unprofessional and dishonest.  It takes a Revdex.com complaint to get action??
This company may handle a warranty well, I don't know, but they certainly don't handle a cancellation well.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

On May 8, 2017 the consumer purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 with 158,491 miles from Tallgrass Motors.  At the point of purchase, the consumer also bought an Endurance Apex Select Plus vehicle service contract.Just four days later, on May 12, 2017, Enduance's Claims Department was called to...

initiate a claim stating the consumer reports that his check engine light is on, noise is coming from the front end of car, his mirror flood lights are inoperable and the pinion seal is leaking.  Upon inspection, all of the failures were pre-existing, which means the failures pre-existed the sale of the car and thus, the sale of the vehicle service contract, and the claims were denied. On October 27, 2017, Tallgrass Motors notified Endurance that the consumer requested to cancel his policy.  According to the consumer's contract, "If this Contract is canceled after the first thirty (30) days, the unearned Contract purchase price will be refunded calculated on a pro-rata basis." Accordingly, Endurance provided a pro-rata refund to the customer.Upon receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com, in the interest of customer service, Endurance agreed to provide the customer with a full refund.

thank you Eddie for giving me great customer service

[redacted] K. Was excellant in helping resolve this issue he really took my complaint and my concern serious and gave a resolution that I am happy with. I will continue to do business with endurance because they actually do care about the satisfaction of their customers
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Although I did recieve refund for the purchase of the contract I believe the company did that becauae that would be a cheaper way out..I did use the vehicle for commercial use for 2 weeks and that was 6 months before I contacted them to get their services and they also sent me to the location to get a letter from the commercial company to show it and was told once I get it all repairs would be approved I had to pay a the shop $490 to get my car put the shop with no repairs done because of this...So not only did I pay them every month on time Iand still had to come out of pocket with extra cash for nothing I was also out of a car for over a month and they didnt provide a rental.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

In response to the
above referenced case number, Endurance reviewed the information attached with
this specific consumer to ensure a resolution. After a thorough investigation,
Endurance determined this to be a complaint against the administrator of
claims. The obligor/administrator of the...

contract is Interstate National Dealer
Services (INDS). A claim was filed directly with INDS by the consumer’s repair
facility. Endurance does not approve or deny any claims whatsoever therefore we
accordingly contacted INDS in order to uncover a reason for denial on behalf of
the consumer. INDS informed Endurance that the claim was called in for engine
mounts and a drive belt tensioner. The drive belt tensioner was not covered due
to wear and tear. The repair facility diagnosed the issue and reported the
drive belt tensioner to be weak. With the vehicle current mileage at 166,153
miles, it is expected that some components will wear out and eventually reach
their life expectancy and will need to be replaced as they experience gradual reduction
in operating performance over time. This condition is not covered under the
contract and wear and tear is specifically excluded in the contract terms. The
tensioner is listed for coverage if it is broken or defective but not if it has
fulfilled its life expectancy. In addition, the repair facility indicated the front
and rear engine mounts were broken and therefore Interstate authorized and paid
for the replacement of those mounts. The coverage is designed to protect
against unexpected breakdowns and failures however it does not recondition the
vehicle as it wears down due to age. Endurance wanted to provide all of the
details in regards to what INDS approved and denied. Endurance will always
strive to provide each and every individual with excellent customer service.

martin has been very helpful and quick every time I've had any questions. very pleased.
