Very helpful in making sure I had the right information when I needed to have my truck fixed.

Endurance customer service is the best in the business. I have had warranties on the car I am driving since the early 90s and I have seen every provider out there. Endurance is by far the best in my opinion.

In response to the case number listed above, Mr. [redacted] purchased an [redacted]) contract from Endurance on September 16, 2015.  Please be advided, Endurance is strictly the seller of the [redacted] vehicle service contract.  [redacted] is the administrator/obligor...

of the vehicle service contract which means [redacted] administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claims.  Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of the claims. Endurance did not know of the consumer's negative experience regarding the claims process until our company received the Revdex.com complaint.  The consumer mistakenly stated that his ASC certified mechanic said "Endurance" was "trying to weasel out of paying for the repairs any way they can, even to the point of verbally walk them in circles to say something that would excluded their coverage's.  Even when I have been party to speaker phone conversations with the repair facility and Endurance, they try to the typical insurance thing..."  Endurance was not party to those phone conversations whatsoever.  The marketplace interaction was with [redacted].  As the selling agent, Endurance gets involved on numerous occasions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the consumer's behalf to ascertain why the claim was denied and put forth the best case for the warranty company to approve the claim.  Similarly, Endurance has reached out to the consumer to ascertain the exact issue and continues to work with the consumer to help the consumer regarding his claim experience with [redacted].

Wonderful service! Martin [redacted] is a great employee! Martin is very attentive and helpful in every aspect. He is always on top of everything and calls whoever he needs to in order to make things happen.

Worst customer service experience I have had in my adult life. Rep Eddie, was rude and disrespectful when I made attempt to inform him that I was going to wait to purchase a warranty as I had just purchased my vehicle and only had 200 miles on it at the time. He immediately cut me off and very rudely asked why did I request a quote if I wasn't going to purchase their product. When does requesting a quote from anyone commit you to making a purchase. I refuse to deal with any organization that accepts this type of performance from their so called professional staff.

I had purchased an extended warranty from Endurance warranty in December of 2015 and never had to use it until September 12,2016, I took my car to my mechanic like Endurance said that I could do, then when my mechanic told them that my power steering had a leak and my power steering pump was bad and my hub bearing was bad and my compresser for my suspension was bad, they told my mechanic that they need to send an appraiser the and that took over 48 hours, then when the appraiser got there he told my mechanic that he didn't see a leak , my mechanic told me that he showed him the leak and the appraiser still said that he didn't see the leak he just see that it's rust, my mechanic told me that the Endurance warranty claim office said that they are not going to repair the power steering pump or hub bearing, and that they wanted to negotiate with the suspension compresser price, I call them and asked why can't I get my car fixed and I was told that they have to go with the appraiser word, so I asked what do I have to do drive with my baby in the car and have a rollover because the appraiser said that the hub bearing didn't have a lot of play but it had plat, and the power steering fluid leaks a lot when I'm parked for a few hours and move you can see a puddle. I am canceling my warranty and asking for a refund, I can't get my car fixed on my own, it would be less stressful that's why I purchased this I thought I would have less stress be dealing with this company have put a lot of stress on my and my job is already stressful
