They will sign you up over the phone in mere minutes and charge your credit card immediately. However, if you change your mind, no matter their assurances that it is no problem to cancel, it takes written notice via USPS (no e-mail) to cancel and that process can take up to 2 months. If you choose the monthly billing to credit card you have go thru separate steps to cancel that and again wait 6-8 weeks for the cancellation to take effect and credit for any charges to be issued. Cannot speak to any warranty coverage but if this is any indication it may be a long wait for any actual payment for covered losses to be be done.

On March 3, 2014 Endurance sold the customer an Interstate National Dealer Services Xtra Supreme vehicle service contract.  Please be advised Endurance is strictly the seller of the vehicle service contract. Interstate National Dealer Services (INDS) is the administrator/obligor of the vehicle...

service contract which means INDS administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claims.  Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of claims.  When the claim was originally presented to INDS, INDS sent a repair kit instead of replacing the part.  The repair kit did not work and INDS then wanted the customer to pay for the teardown so they could send an inspector out to inspect the vehicle.  Endurance's Customer Service supervisor has spoken to the customers several times and they now understand who Endurance is versus INDS.  The customers moved the vehicle to another repair facility that will do the tear down and then re-submit the claim.  The customers were happy with Endurance's attention and assistance and understand INDS is the obligor of the policy and not Endurance.

I had follow up on my account as to when it was paid in full.
Kevin [redacted] was very helpful in getting the information to me while I was on the phone with him.
Kevin does a good job with his dedication to assist the customers.

We contacted Mr. [redacted] and issued a full refund to resolve the matter. Endurance will always provide every consumer with excellent customer service.

The customers credit card was charged on 3-2-16 and before the payment company could be notified the customer called [redacted] to make a payment. Both charges went through and one of them was automatically applied towards the next month's payment moving the next payment due date to [redacted] 19th. Several...

attempts have been made to contact the customer with the following offer, 1) we could refund the 2nd payment and move the due date back to March 18th or 2) we can apply the charged amount towards March payment. We have left several messages seeking to apologize for any confusion and asking the customer to contact the Customer Service Manager, [redacted] at (312) [redacted], to let us know how she would like to proceed.

We could not find the consumer in our internal mailing database.
However, to ensure that the consumer will not be mailed an advertisement from our company in the future we have added his name and address to our internal "Do Not Mail" list.

We are sorry about any confusion we caused the consumer and as a result of her complaint Endurance placed her on our internal "take me off you list" mailing database to ensure she does not receive any future direct mail advertisements from our company.

I am on my 3rd. Policy with Endurance and have been dealing with Customer Service Eddie [redacted] and have had positive outcomes when I needed assistance with my policy!! I had friends and family sign up also and they are very happy they did. I will never go with another warranty company and I plan on continuing to call Mr. [redacted] when assistance is needed!! Thanks Eddie!!

Mr. Bill [redacted] was an exceptional representative. He made sure I was getting the best coverage for my SUV as possible....base on his customer service I would recommend Endurance to my family and friends.

I had a great experience with Nicol. She was very professional and courteous. She handles the reason I was calling very quickly. She seemed very knowledgeable and very willing to help.
