Endurance called the customer, apologized to the customer for his negative experience and issued a refund.

They are salesmen first. When I called to compare rates I was given several sales pitches and smoke and mirror discounts. So, I called back and spoke with a different agent. The second agent gave me the same pressure filled sales pitch but this agent gave different inflated prices on the same plans. I went with a different company who gained my confidence by having a great Revdex.com rating. And the agent listened to what I asked for and didn't need a sales pitch. He explained the product and it sold itself.

Great customer service. My rep was very helpful in assisting me with the claim and answering all my questions!! They are always there when I need them
