I have not had any problems with this company, when ever I call them about something they always are very helpful. Today I talked to a young man named [redacted] he was very helpful.

MARTIN [redacted] IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE EVERYTIME I CALL HE HELPS WITH ALL QUESTIONS AND GIVE GREAT ANSWERS

Eddie [redacted] at Endurance was able to solve a problem I was dealing with for the past month. He provided excellent customer service and used creativity to come up with an acceptable solution that the 9 other people, and the dealership I dealt with, were unable to do. Thank you for relieving a stressful situation.

Steve was very helpful and wonderful...great guy....

Endurance refunded the customer and she is satisfied.

Endurance contacted the consumer's power of attorney (POA) and apologized for any inconvenience.  The payment posted to the payment plan company after Endurance received the consumer's intent to cancel letter was refunded back to the consumer.  Endurance contacted the payment plan company...

in this regard.  The customer was also mailed a pro-rata refund using the remaining funds in the account, based on a cancellation date as the receipt of the certified letter.  Endurance's Customer Service Representative confirmed the refund amount with the consumer's POA holder.

This company has wonderful customer service. They answer all of your questions politely and treat you like you actually matter. The coverage they provide is the best out there and they actually make it affordable! Keep up the great work!

In response to the above referenced case number, Endurance reviewed the information attached with this specific consumer to ensure a resolution. After a thorough investigation, Endurance determined this to be a complaint...

against the administrator of claims. The obligor/administrator of the contract is Interstate National Dealer Services (INDS). A claim was filed directly with INDS by the consumer and the claim was denied. Endurance does not approve or deny any claims whatsoever therefore we accordingly contacted INDS in order to uncover a reason for denial on behalf of the consumer. INDS informed Endurance that the claim was denied due to components not listed for coverage. The coverage specifically lists all items which are covered under the contract. We contacted the consumer in order to grant assistance with this issue. We explained that at the time of contract purchase, client chose not to go with the full coverage due to mileage restrictions. The plan the customer chose to go with does not provide as much coverage however allows an additional 100,000 miles of driving which was specifically requested and explained at the time of sale. The customer called in a year later due to a denied claim and was understandably upset. We explained why the item was not covered and once again offered the higher level of coverage. The customer upgraded however, the upgrade will cover only future repairs and cannot cover the current claim. Although Endurance does not approve or deny any claims filed by the consumer, we reversed the payment back to the customer for the upgraded contract. Endurance will always strive to provide each and every individual with excellent customer service.

I had worked with Justin who was my liaison for Endurance, he provided outstanding customer service. When I called Justin after speaking with the warranty company which had turned down my claim, Justin reassured me he would review as well act in my best interest in resolving any disparity with the warranty company to assure that my claim would be reexamined and if necessary would have a third party expert technician sent to determine my claims validity.. Justin had reassured me that I would receive a fair assessment and he would as well personally review the facts concerning my claim. I have been in the customer service field for over 30 years and as a professional I salute the Endurance team for having such a straightforward and competent staff. Quality associates are the product of senior management's competency in hiring practices. My experience has been outstanding and I would recommend Endurance to anyone who is considering purchasing vehicle breakdown warranty insurance..

Excellent customer service. Martin helped me make a decision on going with interstate warranty coverage rather than [redacted] And for less money brought my payments down from $233.79 to$154 a month and the term miles are the same for 54,000 miles for five years which ever comes first.
