Friendly customer service

Interstate vehicle service contract Interstate is the administrator/obligor of the vehicle service contract which means Interstate administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claims Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of the customer's claims On March 16, the customer contacted Endurance regarding an issue with her claim Endurance, as seller of the policy, gets involved on numerous occasions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the customer's behalf to ascertain why the claim was denied and to put forth the best case for the warranty company to approve the claim Accordingly, on March 16, Endurance contacted Interstate to ascertain the issue with the customer's car repair Interstate explained that the tech at the repair shop had not given Interstate a cause of failure for the repair so Interstate requested a tear down According to the vehicle service contract the initial cost of the tear down is the customer's responsibility and if the customer's claim is approved Interstate will reimburse the customer Endurance's customer service representative advised the customer to take the car to a different repair shop to avoid the cost of the tear down The customer is currently working with Interstate and Interstate authorized the repair work and the repair shop is working on fixing the car

I was really surprised how quick this company responded to any of my inqueriesThey have exceeded my satisfaction

I bought an *** (top of the line) contract from Endurance in July for my *** It is a month/ 100k contractEven though we purchase the contract from Endurance, the contract is later administered by a company called *** I have seen this type of business model with many businesses
On Jan 13th 2015, the alternator failed When I took it to *** auto shop ( A nationally recognized auto shop), the auto manager said we need to replace the alternator and the serpent belt (a belt that drives the alternator and few other stuff) Both of these items are explicitly covered in my contractWhen we called the claim department at ***, their response was that the alternator is broken but not the Serpentine belt For ***, to cover the Serpentine belt, it has to be broken But as per my auto shop manager, it does not make sense to put an old worn out serpentine belt on a brand new alternator
I was really frustrated after trying to explain without any success to *** why they should cover the expense for both the alternator and the serpentine belt I, an *** contract holder, was concerned about the extra expense I have to pocket out, in addition to my $deductible for an item that is explicitly covered by the Endurance's top of the line extended warranty contract
When I called Endurance on Jan 16th, at 4.30pm, I was only hoping Endurance will take care of the payment for the Serpentine belt (Approximately $+ labor) since it was the right thing to do when replacing the Alternator for an *** customer But did not expect Endurance to go above and beyond and wave my February monthly payment (a big one) also And all this happened without myself kicking and screaming to the customer service specialist on the phone
What this tell us? The Endurance / *** pair is a great business The *** STICKS to the paper (contract) in satisfying the customer and minimizing the cost to the business But Endurance stands behind its warranty and ENSURES customer satisfaction No wonder Endurance is a top rated business in the extended auto warranty arenaHats off to Endurance!!!

In response to the consumer rebuttal, we contacted this customer and assured him that the refund has already been processedThe customer expressed that Endurance did not do anything wrong but it was just an unfortunate situation with the vehicleWe also understand two different cards were usedThe refund was processed as follows: to the MasterCard and to the Visa card totaling a full refundThe confirmation numbers for both refunds are: *** MasterCard & *** Visa

Worst company ever do not use there service they denied my claim because my wheels where different sizes they where 18's an they needed to be 17's an they terminated my contract

My experience with Endurance Warranty was very good I had an issue regarding a mileage discrepancy with a family member's car and Art Rwas great in helping us get our issue straightened out
