In trying to obtain a decent cash price I was hung up on and not treated with kindnessThe reps have been very short w me especially when I asked for a supervisor which I have not heard from yet I also emailed the company with no reply to date

Endurance policy where you first give then a Down Payment and then get the 'Contract' with coverage details and T&C's within 'to days' is ridiculous I will not provide a pre-payment for a service before reading the fine print and understanding what is/is not covered on something as significant as the vehicle I rely upon for my livelihoodThe other providers I contacted share what's covered and not covered to the actual Plan proposed for my vehicle (e.gQuote)

The customer service was great The person was very helpful, professional, cheerfull Everything was taken care of and all question answered

I got a letter from this company on the letter it stated for October 28th I got the letter November 10th and it told me that I had days to renew my warranty when I called said I could only use this code one time and that I had to renew today or I wouldn't be covered I told him to hold the line so I could check my warranty by the time I got back to the phone and hung upThe letter also told me that I had till the 11th of November to callFelt like I was being pressured when I went to check online there's a lot of bad press on this company and their behavior with their warranty so I'm reluctant to renew my warranty I'm going to look for someone else and I'm calling the car dealer and reporting them and I will report them to the Revdex.com and name is Maria

On April 3, the consumer contacted Endurance and purchased an Interstate National Dealer Services (INDS) XtraSupreme vehicle service contract for her Nissan Pathfinder Please be advised Endurance is strictly the seller of the vehicle service
contract Endurance sold the consumer an INDS vehicle service contractINDS is the administrator/obligor of the vehicle service contract which means INDS administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claims Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of claims On May the consumer contacted Endurance's customer service department understandably upset INDS denied her claim for auto repairs Our office, as the seller of the policy, gets involved on numerous occassions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the consumer's behalf to ascertain why the claim was denied and to put forth the best case for the warranty company to approve the claim According to INDS the consumer denial was because the breakdown of the consumer's engine was the result of the radiator failing and the radiator is a non-covered part of the contract The radiator failed causing severe over heating thus warping of the engine heads Although the breakdown was not listed for coverage, in the interest of customer service, Endurance cancelled the consumer's contract and waived the applicable time used as well as waived any cancellation fees and issued the consumer a full refund

I called in to cancel my policy because of finance issues and the Customer Service Manager *** *** was so helpful with my situation that I am now keeping my policy, I am very happy with Endurance

On Nov6, the customer purchase a *** *** *** *** (***) Xtra Supreme vehicle service contract from Endurance Please be advised Endurance is strictly the seller of the *** vehicle service contract *** is the administrator and obligor of the
contract which means *** administrates (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the claims Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of claims on *** contracts Endurance, as the seller of the *** policy gets involved on numerous occasions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the consumer's behalf to ascertain why the claim was denied and to put forth the best case for the vehicle service contract company to approve the claim In this case Endurance had no knowledge of the consumer being upset with ***'s claim denial until our company received information from the Revdex.com Accordingly, Endurance contacted *** to understand why the company denied the claim *** denied the claim because the customer's failure was due to "wear and tear", stated the decision was final and *** would not re-open the claim In the interest of customer service, Endurance issued the customer a full refund for the amount the customer paid into the contract The customer was very pleased with our attention and effort and understood the denial is ***'s decision and not Endurance

Endurance spoke to the customer and will issue the customer a refund - the customer is satisfied
